Afslapning i smukke omgivelser

Fantastisk lejlighed, fantastisk beliggenhed. Skønt med flere badeværelser! Vi boede mest på terassen - og nød aftnerne med udsigt over vandet. Det kan være lidt hårdt at slæbe alt op til 3. sal, - men det var det hele værd! Vi nød særligt at tage morgenkaffen med ned til en morgendukkert. Stranden er vidunderlig - og om morgenen er der meget få mennesker. Køkkenet er godt udstyret, og ellers er der flere spisesteder indenfor 150 meter - og endnu flere i Moraira centrum. Vi kommer gerne igen!!

Bel appartement idéalement situé

J’ai eu l’opportunité de séjourner quinze jours dans un appartement situé au pied de la plage d’El Portet. La localisation est idéale : l’appartement est spacieux et confortable pour quatre personnes (deux adultes et deux adolescents) et offre une vue imprenable sur la plage, considérée comme la plus belle des environs. À seulement dix minutes de marche du centre de Moraira, il permet de rejoindre facilement les commerces, restaurants et services de la ville tout en bénéficiant du calme et du charme d’El Portet. L’agence de location a fait preuve d’une grande efficacité et d’une communication de qualité. L’équipe s’est montrée prévenante et disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Je recommande chaleureusement cette location pour toute personne souhaitant profiter de Moraira et de la plage d’El Portet dans d’excellentes conditions. Quelques petits bémols quant à l'appartement : bbq manquant, la chaudière se coupe de temps en temps de manière inopinée, le soubassement de la cuisine fait cheap et se décolle ce qui est dommage et peu pratique pour nettoyer celle-ci. Les chaises de la terrasse mériteraient d'être remplacées.

My views

I liked the location of the property and the views not to keen on the stairs on the hole not a bad apartment but room for improvement for the cost. The two single beds need replacing not suitable for adults the TV needs sorting very difficult tochanals and the satellite doesn't work could do with a small radio in the apartment and a spare key lefted in the key locker and also some cleaning products so you can keep apartment clean, l think with the rental price's going up these point's need to be considered

Great base to relax

Very well-equipped and comfortable apartment for our family of 4. Had everything we needed. Lovely big terrace for relaxing in the sunshine, overlooking the beach where we swam every day. Can hire paddleboards on the beach, but we booked a family trip with Zibalife who were great. Had a gorgeous dinner at Le Dauphin, and a couple of relaxed meals at Raco Bar. Supermarkets are a short drive away, but there's a local shop for fresh bread etc. Loved it!

Great location, apartment and view.

The terrace and its view, the sunbeds and outside lounge group, the sunsail, the kitchen equipment. Best TV so far. Sunprotection for sunbeds - not all of us can stand the sun for several hours. Was thinking of buying an parasol but never happened. That could also be very useful down at the beach where no sunbeds was to hire.

We really enjoyed our stay here , great directions to find the apartment on arrival, the apt was spotless , spacious and very comfortable . We loved our proximity to the sea and the view from the terrace . We would love to re-visit this location

Relaxed stay in El Portet

We had a wonderful stay in Guatipiti. The penthouse really has everything you need. A large balcony overlooking the bay of El Portet, the most beautiful spot of Moraira. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts and also the spacious bathroom. We enjoyed it very much. It would be nice if the terrace had a table with chairs, where you can have breakfast / lunch.

Perfect September getaway location

Our stay in September was the ideal timing - beautiful weather. The beach is so peaceful to watch and the water temp was perfect. The apartment is in a fantastic location - right on the beach and far enough from the town centre to feel removed but an easy and enjoyable flat walk to the shops (plus there is a small shop across the road for emergency supplies). The finishings in the apartment are as the other comments reflect - this is not a typical rental accommodation - I have already booked for 2018 and judging by the availability, you need to book early.

Fantastic apartment in fantastic location!

I spent almost a week in mid September and the weather was perfect. We spent our time between the beach, beachside bar, and Guatipiti's beautiful balcony. So restful and peaceful. The apartment really is as good as the pictures shown. Not your typical rental property with great finishings in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Already booked the return for May next year!

Excellent apartment and location

The standard of decor was fantastic! We found that everything had been carefully considered for our comfort and convenience. The bedrooms were spacious and beds v comfortable. The balcony has a safety glass to protect kids while preserving the views. The area was peaceful and we felt safe, always important when you have children with you. Amazing location! Very close to the beach. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment, stunning view

“This was our first time in Moraira – perfect for young teenage kids to enjoy the sea with minimal supervision. The apartment is right on the beach and we adults loved the extra touches to the apartment that it was difficult to leave. The beachside balcony is just wonderful; the kitchen is excellent and the wine fridge got more use than the regular fridge! The bedrooms and bathroom are top quality and the inside living area is very good although we spent most the time on the balcony. The curve TV looks nice but we never turned it on. Definitely will return.”

First time to this area of Spain and it is unique. The apartment has very modern fixtures and perfectly located. We never left the balcony - the ideal place just to sit, drink and take in the great scenery. From the wine fridge to the Curve TV to very comfortable bedrooms, the apartment has been decked out to a very high standard. Definitely will return.

This really is LUXURY

Weather was perfect and apartment interiors seemed brand new. Great facilities (kitchen fantastic, bathrooms beautiful and balcony stunning). Never used the massive bathtub but it looked comfortable. Very roomy and right on the beach. Price only OK.

Amazing location, Amazing Penthouse

A short stroll to the beach and to the town. The unit was brand new inside, fully renovated, and it had all the facilities needed for our stay (and much more than was expected). It was clean and modern inside and the view from the living area and balcony was amazing. Great place to relax and chill out. Highly recommend it as a place to stay

Small peace of paradise

This is a little gem. Beautifully equipped, clean and well laid out, it was perfect for our group of 4 friends. We loved chilling on the balcony watching the activity below with great views of the El Portet harbour and beach. Only a short walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants in the town of Moraira. We will be back!
