2nd great stay in this condo!

It was great to be back at our home away from home. Our family always loves and look forward to this trip every year and this year did not disappoint. The condo is exactly as explained in pictures. They went above and beyond with communication, making sure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommend this property.

Nice condo. Most people were friendly. Very impressed with the guys who operate elevators on weekends -very friendly. The only thing I can say would be it would have been good to have dishwashing liquid in the kitchen for when you just have a couple of glasses to washEnjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful condo! View was amazing! Anything negative about our stay would be regarding the resort. Not enough elevators and having to deal with the smell of pot on the balcony at times.

Enjoyable vacation

We enjoyed our week after Christmas in this property, even with the construction and some areas closed due to the virus, we feel it was well worth what we paid and will return in the future.

The room was just as described. Clean and beautiful view. They thought of everything. Kitchen had everything you would ever need. Only negative was the elevator situation. Super slow and busy, which is not the fault of the host. Highly recommend staying with them!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Tidewater 1109.. It was clean & roomy. Decor is lovely. Exactly like it looks in pics. Also nice having the beach chairs to carry down to tha beach! No complaints, only suggestion is the toilet seat in master bathroom needs to be replaced, it is cracked & maybe a nicer comforter & decorative pillows for the beautiful bed! We recommend 1109 & will definitely stay here again!

Amazing place and lcoation except ot takes 1 hr tp get from 11th floor to ground or vice versa. Insanely slow for elevators.

Awesome family stay however the elevators are unreal, we lost power for a bit and the a/c sucked.

When calling maintenance they say we will call back and never do, the a/c was not working properly. Will not be staying here again.

Elevators are extremely slow.

Overall the resort and room were very nice and clean. The wait to get on and off the elevators was ridiculous. Won’t be returning only for the fact of the slow elevators and wasting so much of the trip waiting on them or having to take 11 flights of stairs with beach accessories and etc everytime we left the room.

Our room was nice. The temperature although not happy about not being able to control the temperature the elevators plainly suck, and I wasted too much of my vacation waiting, and will not return. Even though u know u have a wait for the elevators we waited over one hour for an elevator one morning. Would not return to This resort

Thank you for booking with us. I love to hear that you felt our room was nice. I hate to hear that you had an issue with the temperature. As noted in our property description, you can change the A/C between 71 and 74 degrees. If you had an issue with the A/C not working, we would've loved to have helped you right away. Our office is open 7 days a week and we even have an after-hours line for emergencies. I hate to hear that you had an issue with the elevators during your vacation. I've used the elevators in the building hundreds of times and have never had to wait for more than 6 minutes for an elevator, over an hour seems like a massive exaggeration. I'm happy to report that the elevators are all working at this time. Best of luck in your future travels.

Family Fourth of July vacation

This condo was perfect!! Everything inside was great. The beds were comfy, there were extra towels, and the a/c control didn’t bother us at all. I would recommend bringing extra beach toys and chairs as all they had were two chairs and an umbrella. Couple of downsides were the elevators at the resort, they were ridiculously slow and being on the 11th floor with two small children made the stairs impossible. Some guests did say it was because of the holiday but others said they were always this slow. The resort had fabulous amenities from the three pools, Starbucks/market store downstairs, poolside bar, and restaurant on site. We had a great vacation, thank you for your hospitality!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort is located less than a mile from Pier Park that has many options for dining and shopping. Property description was accurate. Our condo included absolutely everything you may need at the beach. It was very well maintained and exceptionally clean. View from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Complimentary beach service included two chairs and umbrella, which was very nice and saved us some money. The property manager responded to every single request or question in few minutes. Busy elevator issue that existed in the past improved by the resort management. Average elevator wait time was no more than 5 minutes. We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends and other guests.Four Star Condo should be renamed to Five Star :-)

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was alright. The fridge barely worked, the water smelled funny and the bed was dirty. Tidewater has rude workers and is so run down. There were security guards watching the customers like prisoners.

This lovely condo with the bedroom facing the beach and the complimentary beach service usually receives great reviews so we were very surprised to see this negative review. Especially as our records show we never received a call informing us of any of the complaints listed. We ask guests to notify our office which is open 7 days a week and has an after hours answering service with any maintenance and cleaning issues. We pride ourselves on responding to and resolving issues guest may experience but unfortunately we received no calls. We would have loved the opportunity to address the cleaning issue. Never received any previous complaints regarding the smell of the water so that is a new one. Unfortunately we cannot control the resort staff but typically guests appreciate the security as they are there to protect guest and keep out unauthorized individuals. Certainly recommend communicating issues to owners and/or condo managers the next time you rent a vacation condo. Anyway, best of luck in future travels.

Condo itself was awesome.

The condo we stayed it was beautiful. Clean, and quite. I’m only writing this review because of the ELEVATORS in the building. The elevators were terrible. You had wait 10 mins or more… there were times that all the elevators in a 30 story building were down completely leaving everyone having to walk up stairs. I don’t care about walking up stairs, but coming from the beach and having to lug everything up the stairs was not the best.

Beautiful inside condo and great view of the beach!

The place was very nice and looked like the pictures, comfortable, and well thought out. Spacious and accomadating. Extra's like a blender, good nonstick pans, and books to borrow. Dishwasher, washer, and dryer were all really good! We fixed the stove handle. The closet doors and keurig need attention. Was surprised of how dirty the floors were, socks black first night. We paid a cleaning fee, surely others did also....? Elavators are horrible during peak times and sadly slow at other times but we managed.
