This is a cozy and quaint getaway condo located by Lake Conroe and close to Sam Houston National Park. Walden on Lake Conroe is a beautiful and relaxing community next to the lake. There is opportunity for fishing, boating, golfing, tennis, and swimming. The community has fine restaurants, convenience stores, fitness center, yacht club, and marina. As you travel outside of the Walden community you will find Margaritaville, various types of shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Great stay!

The perfect place for a quick getaway. We spent a weekend here while attending a dance competition nearby. Great location. Everything was easy about this rental. Clean and comfy!

Nice area. Condo was clean. Only downfall was they were working on the walking path so not easy to get into. Finished on our last day. Would stay here again. The owner was super helpful and answered all our questions right away.

Great Little Place

Great communication and response from the host. Honestly, the only negative things about the place were completely out of the control of the host. Don't miss this gem if you're looking to stay at Lake Conroe.

Cozy getaway

Cozy spot not far from Lake Conroe. There's a nice seafood restaurant and bar within walking distance from the condo. The complex overall was quiet and there was no issue with parking. Check in and out was straightforward and immediate. I would recommend.

Budget friendly win @ Lake Conroe

My family of 4 had a great stay. Rob was super friendly and accommodating. He responded quickly to every question and went out of his way several times to help us (he showed us where the best community pools and restaurants were located, helped us get our boat registered to use the community launch, etc.). We really enjoyed the community amenities and had a great first trip to Lake Conroe without breaking the bank. Smart TV and WiFi was a bonus for my kids. Won’t hesitate to book again!

We rented this condo over the long July 4th weekend because it was close to our home in the lake. We were just there to shower and sleep but it was very convenient. Accessing property was easy. Plenty of parking. Only issue was bright lights coming through the blinds in the bedroom and only one vent in bedroom for cooling. We arrived to 90 degree temp inside the unit. It took 5 hours to cool to 74. Thereafter, it remained cool. Since we were only there for very short timeframe and didn’t use the pool, tv, kitchen, etc., it was very adequate for our needs.

July 4th

Unassigned parking. A random woman told me I wasn’t allowed to park in the parking lot. I stood my ground and told her I did have the right to park there, and she demanded to know the number of the condo I rented. This unit had a tan ring inside the toilet, the shower door kept sliding open when I closed it. The shower made a screeching noise when it was turned on. On the bright side this unit was close to my brother’s place and I felt safe sleeping there. I had an awesome time with family who have a place close by. The unit has obviously been rented over and over.

Sorry that the guest had such a poor review of our condo. She was fortunate enough to even get a place to stay during the holiday weekend. She was able to book the condo just before another guest who was working with us to rent our condo; who had difficulty getting a unit with other owners due to the site having overloading! She has right to her opinion!

Vrbo Complaint

The property was nice, kind of hard to find at first, unaware it was a second-floor property. Rob was always available to answer my questions. My biggest complaint is about the VRBO fees that are charged, I feel the rental of a night is fair but with all the fees that VRBO requires is unreadable Will not be using VRBO again.

What the dr ordered

Check in was so easy a caveman could do it. The feel of the condo was very welcoming and expressed "home sweet home". The ceiling on the patio was pretty dirty with spider webs..etc.. prob if cleaned would prevent a lot of the gnats. But overall it was great

My wife and I purchased this condo to give our guests a relaxing place to stay while they are enjoying Lake Conroe and other areas of their visit. This gives us an opportunity to have a place to stay and enjoy the relaxation around the lake whenever the unit is not booked by our guests. I am retired and manage the condo and my wife is a Registered Nurse. We love nature and we love people.

This condo is located on the second floor with just a few flights of stairs that makes it an easy access. It is located next to the swimming pool and clubhouse. You can walk just a short distance to the lake inlet and the boat marina. It is very close to everything that you may want to use and enjoy.
