Enjoy your coffee/drink viewing Lake Conroe from the balcony or living room. This unit is completely remodeled and updated, clean, and is fully furnished with a washer and dryer. you just need to bring your suitcase!
You will find information on check-in day. There is an automatic lock on the property to facilitate & flexibility for self-checking and check-out. The code will be shared on the checking day. 
The apartment is on the second floor with a balcony that overlooks one of the most gorgeous lakes. This condo offers many activities in and around the area for every season of the year. Swimming pool on site. Tie up your boat or jet skis right in the back of the apartment. Jet Ski rentals are nearby. Easy parking in front of the unit.
Convenient to nearby restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and lakefront nightlife.
Short drive to Walden's lake view dining or Breakwater Grill where you can have a great meal while watching a beautiful sunset.
Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a boat or Jet ski. Marina Vista is within walking distance, you can rent a boat.
Laundry facilities are available in the condo. Detergent is provided for your use.
Updated with wooden flooring throughout, a beautiful breakfast bar, and a full kitchen. You'll also notice the little "extras" we leave for you such as complimentary coffee, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, board and games for the kids. Free high-speed internet.
You can find an access card and two golden keys to use Walden amenities and Marine Vistas. Do not lose the keys and access card. Each key costs $75 and the access card$25.
If you lose your keys and access card, you will have to pay $175.

Restaurants: Walden Yacht Club is great for dinner or brunch. Cafe on the Green (on the golf course), Marini’s Pizza & Delivery, Fajita Jack (Mexican restaurant), Akashi Restaurant (Sushi and Asian cuisine), Mariel’s Meat Market (Excellent Meat for Grilling), and Jack & Jill Donuts.

HOUSE RULES*
• A BBQ grill is available by the pool area, but you will need to bring charcoal.
• No Smoking in the house. If you smoke outside please don’t throw cigarettes in the grass.
• Pets are allowed.
• Parents: Do not book for underage teens. You will be held legally and financially responsible.
• Maximum number of people allowed in the condo is 4.
• Absolutely no loud music and profanity.

• 2 Parking Spaces - Tags are in Unit OR Visitor Parking available on the back row. You will get towed if you park in regular parking without tags. A $25 fee for missing tags will occur.
• Failure to follow these rules can result in charges to your security deposit.
