Good location for a family trip. Beds were a little small, but we survived. Had a great time.

Great place to stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our visit to Cherry Grove and this condo was perfect for us. We had a few questions while we were there, and the management team was always quick to respond. There were plenty of bathroom towels for us to use for the week, and the washer and dryer was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Vacation

Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The Beach is just across the street. Located in an area that is quiet and relaxing. We all enjoyed are stay and are looking forward to do it again. Can’t be great full enough thanks for the good times and memories.

Our Vacation

I was happy with our condo. Very quiet neighborhood, our neighbors were friendly as well. The location was perfect for us with easy access to the beach. I love the fact there was a grocery store within distance, ice cream, hot dogs stands, pizza joints and clothing shops within distance. I loved the grilling and pool area as well. I appreciate the fact that they took the time to leave certain necessities like plenty of towels, tissue, paper towels, extra pillows, etc, etc. I'm looking forward to returning very soon. Thanks for the hospitality.

Good location, close to beach. Parking was good. We didn’t have a view which was disappointing. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. The bathtub in the master bath was partially stopped up. Overall it was a nice stay. Very quiet!

Not bad.....

The condo was a good location for the beach. This was near the end of Cherry Grove so the beach was mostly families. The condo was a good size but had a few issues. Both tubs were slow to drain so you were standing in dirty water the whole time you took a shower. The beds were hard.. There were not many dishes or cups, pans, etc. Luckily, we didn't do any cooking in the condo. With some more care, this could be a nice condo.

Great location and easy access!!

The condo was larger then expected. There was a few minor repairs needed but didn’t interfere with anything. Limited amount of pots and pans and no bowls available. Overall a great location and access to the beach was right across the street. I would definitely rent again.

Cleanliness of unit and communication with Eagle Realty was awesome. Stay at unit was great!

My sister always stays at the same complex. I rented the unit for me for convenience with family being there. My daughter was able to come down mid week to stay. We all agreed this unit was a definite upgrade from prior rental. Queen bed with bath and sink inside and outside bath. Other bedroom had two full beds and access to bath that was outside kitchen area. Deck access from main bedroom and living area. Beach view from deck. I recommended to a friend who was staying on 3rd floor. This 2nd floor unit was down hall from my sisters so her granddaughter would ring doorbell and hide. I plan to book this time next year! Unit was quite and very safe. Loved the no key and using key code. So convenient when going and coming to beach. You can walk down path direct to beach. Eagle Realty was very quick in responding to any questions I had. Definitely recommend this condo. Even though 2nd floor access to elevator is very close.

Needs an update!

The condo was nice to stay in, overall it was a great place. The beds really need to be replaced, super hard mattresses! We had a good time.

Needs updating

Need an upgrade on the beds. Disappointed in the kitchen cookware. Hardly any dishes or pots/pans to cook with. Had issues with the tub in the master bath. Never got to use the bathtub.

Nice Getaway

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is nice and comfortable. It would be nice to have alarm clocks in the bedrooms, but no big deal.Overall it's a great place to relax, enjoy the quietness, and beautiful views. I look forward to coming back next year!

Great stay for our family of four

One of the most important things to us for a beach vacation is proximity to the beach, and this place is just right across the street! We also loved the hose down by the elevator to get all the sand off and also the fact that there's an elevator! The apartment itself is nice, pretty basic but really everything we needed. If you are planning on doing a lot of cooking, you'll need to bring pretty much everything you need for essential ingredients but they do have some pots and pans and everything. Bring your own dish soap and laundry detergent!

Nice place, just needs clean sheets

The condo was nice and in a perfect location. The beach access is directly across the remote street. The beach does not have a lot of people at that end of North Myrtle. My only issue was the master bedroom blanket and pillows were dirty. At first I thought maybe just dingy and old but then I saw some dried blood on the pillow. I just tossed it aside. We were only there for a few days and everything else was great.

Cherry Grove vacation

We enjoy Cherry Grove and Ocean Pointe was a good place to stay. Convenient location to everything we wanted to do. Not a far walk to beach. Unit was sufficient for a short vacation.

Almost perfect

Everything was great except for: cable went out and a couple of roach sightings. Cable issue was never resolved and there were only two roach sightings! Very spacious, very clean, ok view from balcony from our unit, and unit needs a new toaster.

Location Location Location

Pros: The location almost can’t be beat. No matter where you park you are close to the elevator (which is also an added bonus.) The walkway to the beach is *directly* across the street. This property is almost at the end of the point so there is hardly any traffic and the beach was not crowded. If you can’t be ocean front this is for sure the next best thing. The pool was also a really nice touch to have; especially since we traveled with a little one. Cons: the beds were pretty hard and definitely could stand an upgrade. The place as a whole could also use a deep clean and updated carpet in the bedrooms (or new flooring in them all together) due to being dingy and stained in certain areas. What’s provided in the kitchen (dishes, silverware, cookware etc) could also use a good haul over. Our experience with the property manager was great and checkin/checkout was a breeze.

Great location

We got there really late, check in was simple just getting the key from the lockbox. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Master bed could be updated it’s pretty hard but the location to the beach and fishing was great. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.
