Frente al golfo, muy amplio cuarto piso, condominio de lujo de tres habitaciones ubicado directamente en 15 millas de amplia playa de arena blanca en exclusivos condominios Sand Dollar. La sala de estar y el amplio dormitorio principal tienen vista al Golfo y se abren a un gran balcón. Los amplios dormitorios segundo y tercero tienen vista sobre el canal intercostero. El dormitorio principal tiene 2 camas queen, el segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas queen, el tercer dormitorio tiene 1 cama queen. Todas las habitaciones tienen TV LCD y DVD. Great condo! Location can't be beat. Hot tub is plus and was well heated. Pool was clean and also well heated. Condo is spacious. We'll be back!

This condo was very enjoyable for our week stay, equipped with absolutely everything we needed. I have my favorite condo in Miramar Beach and this condo is equal in quality, comfort and property amenities. The sunset views from the balcony were amazing. The pool and hot tub were great. There is still some construction going on from the hurricane, but the Sand Dollar property is so well maintained and convenient in location up and down the coast. We drove up to Clearwater and Tarpon Springs, and down to John’s Pass, Treasure Island and St. Petersburg. Just so much fun. Ed the host is very responsive and welcoming into his property. He wants to make everything just right for your stay. We had a wonderful week and I can’t wait to return to this property next year or sooner. Thank you, Ed.

We had an excellent time and stay. The condo was clean and had plenty of storage and amenities. The building had construction going on the ground level so there was some noise during the day. The beach was very nice and the views are stunning! We did not use the pool but it looked nice and the hot tub was nice as well.

We loved our stay. Annette at the front desk was so helpful and Ed the owner was very responsive to our questions. The condo was well stocked with books, puzzles, beach items, and even a potty seat. The kitchen was also supplied with everything we needed to cook breakfast and a few dinners. Thanks for the great vacation!

Our return trip

This was our second time staying here. Just like last time, it was great. Though the weather didn't totally cooperate. overall a good stay. The owner Ed, touched base with us, during the week. the check in process and communication with the front desk was excellent. On our last night we took a sunset sailboat cruise in to the gulf. . It was magnificent out there. Once again Ed thank you for sharing your condo.

Wonderful Time!

This was our 2nd year staying at Sand Dollar and it was a wonderful time. This year we stayed in 407 and everything was great. It was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Ed was great to work with as was Holly at the front desk. Would definitely stay here again!

Great week with great friends at this beautiful beach front property!

Really enjoyed Sand Dollar in Indian Shores! Property is well maintained, staff very helpful and friendly, few maintenance issues handled quickly by onsite person, and the sunsets were amazing from our 4th floor unit! The unit had a well equipped kitchen including a Keurig coffee pot, large toaster, tea kettle and numerous other small appliances. Nice bedrooms with dressers and large closets. Furnished well and comfortable for numerous guests. Large balcony with amazing views of the gulf! Beach towels and toys provided. In unit laundry room also a plus! Many good restaurants, bars and coffee shops in the area. Thank you to the owner for quick responses to our questions and requests! We really hope to be able to enjoy this lovely condo in the future!

Wonderful condo and a great host

Spent five nights at Sand Dollar as a pre-Christmas family getaway. The condo was beautiful and exactly as depicted in the description and pictures. Very spacious; five quite comfortable queen beds; fully equipped / stock kitchen. The balcony overlooking the gulf is amazing. We spent ever night on it watching the sunset. Ed was a great host to work with. Very helpful and accommodating. He provided helpful recommendations for area restaurants and attractions. When we arrived, the garbage disposal was operating properly. I reached out to Ed who in turn contacted the property manager who immediately sent someone up to fix the disposal. We will definitely be making a return visit to this condo.

Beautiful condo

This condo is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. We appreciated the amenities such as the beach chairs and sand toys. There are plenty of great places to eat and drink on the area. We had a great time here.

The place did not dissapoint. Staff were super friendly. The one small irritation was whoever was above us in 507 sounded like they were moving furniture around from 7 till midnight. Don’t think you can stop that🤔😁

family vacation

The Condo was spacious and met our needs as a family. Pool and Spa were great. I do wish there were more tables with shade in the pool area. Will consider this property in the future.

Great vacation rental

Very nice property on the ocean offering a pool, hot tub and even a private fishing pier. Unit was spacious, clean and offered all you need for a vacation with family. Booking was easy and owner/manager communicated before and during our stay. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Beach vacation at Indian Shores FL

Thank you Ed for sharing your beautiful condo with us. (Aug. 5/12) We loved our stay at Sand Dollar unit 407. Everything was as described and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped (even though we never used the stove). LOL we mostly ate out. The high-end beach chairs were a real bonus. We used them everyday at the beach. We can’t say enough positive things about the staff. We were always greeted with a smile and when asked for information on places to eat they told us their favorite places to try. The area is very quiet and relaxing. We will definitely be back. Thanks again!!

Excellent Family Choice

We really enjoyed this condo. Our fist time at Sand Dollar but not new to vacationing in the area. Great location and the property was as described. The only complaint about the property was as others have described ~ only one elevator for all units.

the only negative is a minor one, there is only one elevator for the place and its sa little slow. but i wasnt that big of a problem if you are juat a little patient. other than that, the place is great. everything you could want. the water was calmer than panama city, they have thier own fishing pier....tones of things to do, places to eat. we also rented a pontoon from Salty, which was nice, but the inland waterways dont offer a lot of beaches. Sand Dollar staff and owner were very friendly and responsive. would stay again.

Vacation week

This was our first time visiting Indian Shores. We had a wonderful time staying at the Sand Dollar Resort. With the pool, hot tub and beach steps away, plus restaurants, grocery shopping near by there was no need to travel far. It was just what we wanted a fun and relaxing time!

It couldn’t have been better. We loved the condo and had plenty of room for our group. The kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed to prepare meals. We used the beach chairs provided but really enjoyed the pool more. The spacious pool area and patio area was delightful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything went very smoothly. Perfect!

Very clean and great location!

My family was very impressed with the condo. The condo itself was spotless with fantastic amenities, including cookware and utensils, beach chairs, beach towels and a huge selection of books. The grounds were well kept as well. We enjoyed the heated pool and large hot tub as we were there during cooler weather.

Great get-away in Indian Shores

Looking for a wonderful place to stay for fun and relaxation with all amenities? Then look no further than this 3 bedroom beachside condo right on the Gulf. From the spectacular views across a double-wide deck (complete with plenty of outdoor furniture) to the beautifully appointed and spotless interior, this condo has it all ! Staff friendly, and communication with property owner excellent. Thank you, Ed, for sharing your beautiful place with us. We hope to be back next year!

I have travelled to many areas in Florida. This part of Florida between Clearwater Beach and St Petersburg Beach is the most beautiful and relaxing part of Florida, yet convenient to many facilities and attractions. The 15 miles of wide white sand beaches are fantastic and are suitable for swiming, walking, running, and even bicycles as the sand is firm near the tide line yet fluffy back from the tide.

Great breakfasts and sunsets on the balcony overlooking the beach and Gulf,great tropical garden on the beach with palms, tiki huts, hot tub, and pool all beachside. Great restraunts in the area and a family oriented condo atmosphere. Be sure to visit some of the great Florida State Parks in the area including Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island, Myakka River and Egmont Key, featuring trails,boat rides, kayaks,bird watching, and even alligators.
