Such a cute little house! The air conditioner worked well in the summer heat. Loved the backyard and pool. Great communication with the rental company. We would stay again!

We loved this place! Beautiful house, great location. They have a comprehensive binder explaining the property which is really helpful. Pool and spa tub were AMAZING! Only thing is there were some tiny bugs in the main bathtub, we sprayed twice but a few still showed up every day. Property contact said this can happen in warmer months. Not a problem for 2 people as we showered in the other bathroom, but could be hard for larger groups. Still, we came away absolutely willing to rent here again! Overall it was exactly the oasis we we hoping for.

Perfect property

This adorable house is full of historic charm, but is well appointed, comfortable, and has an excellent yard, a place you will want to spend time. The pool and spa were in good condition. The kitchen had everything someone might need. The combination of AC and ceiling fans made the house very comfortable in the middle of summer. On top of all that, the location of this property is exceptional with all of downtown Palm Springs within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location- Beautiful views!

The location was perfect for getting around to all of the shops, eating establishments, as well as things to do. Beautiful balance of mountain and palm tree views! The pool was definitely a highlight for the hot temperatures and relaxing.Our flight arrived early in the morning, and we had to pay an additional fee to check in early which was communicated that it was previously disclosed. Each person in our party reviewed the terms and did not see that disclosure. One of the shower curtains in the shared bathroom was moldy. Overall, we had a great stay in Palm Springs!

Cozy and central

We really enjoyed our stay at the Casita :) The property has a lovely back patio and it's walking distance from downtown. We also saw lots of hummingbirds in the garden which was a treat!!

A perfect getaway

My wife and I spent four nights at the Casita. Perfect location. Walked everywhere. Close to great restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the privacy and quiet of the pool and spa. Looking forward to going back someday.

Had a wonderful time, Loved the hot tub, fantastic location! Close to everything! Great communication with property manger, one small issue of a broken lock, it was fixed within a half hour!!!

Gorgeous Spanish Gem!

This is a charming, beautiful home. It is as pretty in person as the pictures show. We had 6 adults, and plenty of room.The backyard is much bigger than photos show, and the pool is fantastic. Add the perfect location, and it was dream come true!

Perfect Oasis

This home was perfect for our family! The pool was beautiful! Amazing outdoor space has plenty of shade from umbrellas, lounge chairs, a hammock and a bbq. We enjoyed every minute! We look forward to staying again in the future!

Clean, comfortable, close!

Everything about this adorable casita was as represented by the owner. Charming, well appointed, and so close to everything. We spent most of our time in the lovely back yard by the pool. This was our second stay, and we will be visiting again.

Perfect spot

Just returned from this gem! Location can not be beat! We walked everywhere - restaurants, shopping, museums, hiking trails. Close to it all but we still felt we were in a quiet oasis when in the backyard - beautifully landscaped with plenty of lounging. Pool was perfect.

Wonderful location!

La Casita was everything we expected it to be. The house was as the perfect size for 4 adults, and was tastefully decorated. We appreciated how well stocked the house was, with games, kitchen gadgets, books, etc, and the pool and grounds are lovely. The location is the real star of this property, however….within walking distance of downtown. Manager was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to La Casita!

Heavenly Stay

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, an easy walk to anything downtown. LOVE the home and the yard, such a cute place and we used the pool a ton. The umbrellas were perfect for letting us stay in the shade and the big table is great for a central spot to gather. The home is very clean and organized, had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The property management company was super, very responsive, easy to work with and contactless check-in and check-out. We LOVED our stay!

Amazing!

The property was beautiful and had every amenity we could ask for. Along with with property being great, it was centrally located to downtown Palm Springs. My family and I were able to walk everywhere. The property is also closely located to prime hiking trails. This property enhanced our vacation! We would highly recommend anyone else to stay here, whether they have children or not. Would definitely stay at this VRBO again if we were traveling to Palm Springs again.

La Casita

We really enjoyed our stay. It was great for walking to downtown. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The landscaping was really nice. It was peaceful and the view was beautiful. The house was small, but plenty of room for 3 people. My only complaint was the size of the jack and jill bathroom between the master and second bedroom. It was challenging for two people to share. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

This home is located ideally to enjoy downtown Palm Springs.

The home is perfect for four people. It is located in the Tennis Club area and is ideal for walking to nearby restaurants and shopping. I believe that they are due for a few up grades. In my opinion, they need upgrades in pool furniture and most of all the beds need upgrading.

Best place to stay in Palm Springs

We can’t say enough about how great the location is and how comfortable the house is. The entire yard is beautifully landscaped, but the backyard is a retreat! After hiking and touring, we enjoyed the backyard to relax. The house was clean, comfortable, great location to everything (walk to downtown), good kitchen and grill to cook, comfortable beds, etc. the only criticism is the master bath sink is small and the guest bath shower couldn’t be adjusted, so it was a bit of a challenge. But small things compared to the rest of the place, which was perfect! Shannon Dion from 360 vacation rentals was so wonderful to work with! Just a great place and a wonderful experience!

Ac terrible noise

The noise from the AC IS TERRIBLE AT NIGHT THE UNITWAKES YOU UP WHEN IT COMES ON. Single pane windows and the bad location really 0f the ac unit effects ability to sleep.

Almost great

A nice little house in a fantastic location. Nice backyard and pool. Unfortunately, no real privacy in the backyard or the bedroom windows that face the neighboring apartment building. House was dark because of low wattage bulbs and lack of fixtures -- especially not having any recessed lighting. Having the drapes shut for privacy just made the dark aspects even worse. Unfortunately we had to interrupt the trip due to the Los Angeles County lockdown and the 24 hour grace period to return to home. Unable to contact the management company via phone. Still no response from notices sent via the VRBO and email directly to the company that we were forced to leave 3 days early.

Cute Little Spanish Getaway

This is a great little house very close to everything. I loved the Spanish style and all the little Spanish touches inside. The salt water pool and spa were wonderful and the landscaping is great. My only complaint is the lack of privacy in the backyard. There is a new complex on one side with a two story place that has windows that look right into the yard. Behind the house they are building more units and during the weekdays there were roofers on the two and three story places laying tiles. If you look closely at the pictures, you will see the tiles piled up, but I did not notice until after i booked. Obviously this will be done eventually, but in the meantime, it makes you feel weird swimming and enjoying the pool while workman are sweating up on the nearby roof top. I am not a picky person, but I like my privacy when I rent and I would have appreciated a heads up on this situation. I would definitely rent this place again once the construction is done.

Location and Pool for the Win!

If you read the other reviews, you already know this rental has high praise for the location and the backyard pool - they are right! The backyard was the perfect retreat I was hoping for, and I found it quiet and relaxing. The spa/hot tub was a little daunting because it has manual controls, and the pool can get a bit warm like bath water for periods of the day when outdoor temps rise. The interior of the home was a little less than ideal for my preferences. The square footage is similar to my own beach home, however, it feels small because each room is very segmented. I cannot imagine having more than a couple of people stay. The dark and heavy furnishings and linens defuse the potential magic of this spanish bungalow, and make it quite dreary. The bedrooms are plenty big but the living room and kitchen lack open entertaining space. There is an outdoor dining table for about 8, but the eat-in kitchen is tiny. Lastly, the property needs a good deep cleaning, linens need to be replaced, and drawers and closets need to be reorganized. Things are just stuffed (without logic) into places, so it was difficult to find things. I will say the dishwasher and washer/dryer work very well. Most sheet sets are stained and dingy, and the draperies are covered in dust. In fact, a friend visited for one night and had such a horrible allergic reaction she barely slept. I really did enjoy the peaceful nature of this rental and the location was perfect to walk into town. It's a gem of a house, but I just did not care for the interior space and the overall dusty/dinginess of it.
