6204 Hampton Place - Oceanfront Views, Pool, Spa & So Much More!

This 1-bedroom, 2-bath seaside villa is a perfect slice of paradise. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are open and bright, with a beachy low-country feel. They lead to a patio with an amazing view of the gardens, pool, and ocean. The décor throughout the villa is beautiful and comfortable. The master suite is crisp and spacious with a TEMPER-Pedic bed. It has a private balcony with that same stunning view. All this and just a short stroll to the sand and sun.

**THE ELEVATOR WILL BE DOWN FROM OCTOBER 27, 2025 - until sometime in 2026. Work will be done Monday through Thursday, 10 hours each day, until completed.

***WINDOW AND DOOR REPLACEMENT PROJECT TO BEGIN 11/18/25 - April 2026. Each wave will take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete. Scaffolding will only be used on the parking lot side of building and man lifts will be used on the ocean side.
6204 Hampton Place is in Wave 2 and tentatively scheduled to begin 1/2/26. Please inquire with any questions.

Beautiful view! Easy walk to beach. Condo well stocked. The rental company communicated well. Nice welcome gift from rental company. Credit for the bikes was an extra surprise. Highly recommend this spot!

We stayed here for 8 days/nights and loved it. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking breakfast and fixing lunch. We chose to eat dinner out each night. The bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of outlets for charging technology. The two baths make it nice for getting ready each evening. We enjoyed late evenings on the balcony where we had a great view of the ocean.

The condo is beautiful! It is well cared for with up to date furnishings. The one bedroom, 2 baths is perfect for a couple's getaway! The property grounds are well kept and beautiful. A visit from the deer family was special. The walk to the beach is short and puts you in just the right place to enjoy a nice walk along the water.

Lovely and well maintained condo, just as described. Hope to stay here again Only complaint we have is the bedroom smells quite mildewy. Coincidentally we talked to the next door neighbor and they said their entire condo was old and mildewy so that may be the reason for it. Also we’re hoping the tiny shower stall is updated by the time we stay again

1. We enjoyed our stay the only negatives are: Would be nice to have beach chairs that aren’t the rental ones (maybe in owners closets in garage). We bought some and gave to another family as we were leaving. The rental chairs are too far from water. 2. The bed is not comfortable. It’s hard and the topper gets very hot. But this could just be because we sleep hot. Overall it was a nice place.

Perfect, except…

Pros: Ideal location, stunning views, patio is amazing, decor is well-done and comfortable; bed is wonderful, beach is pristine and quiet. Cons: the elevator rarely works, so if you are staying on a higher floor, prepare for lots of climbing. More importantly, and sadly, this unit smells VERY mildewed, I have traveled extensively to many beaches and many beach resorts, and stayed in waterfront hotels and timeshares. This one had the worst smell by far. We bought air freshener to try to make it better, but it’s strong. My husband said that maybe it’s the air conditioner for the building, but if you are sensitive to mildew smells, this unit will bother you.

Hampton Place has gorgeous landscaping and pool areas. Villa was quiet, spacious, decorated beautifully, exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Near golf courses and tennis courts. Beach is wide and flat. Great restaurants nearby.

Pretty but loud

place was very clean and pretty with ocean some ocean view and could hear the ocean but not over the cherry picker that was there all week making a racket and the construction of a pergola and the never ending grounds crew. The cherry picker noice was still easily heard on the beach so rather ruined a planned get away to relax and listen to the surf.
