¡Increíbles vistas al FRENTE DE LA PLAYA desde esta casa renovada de South Beach de 4 dormitorios y 4 baños! En el primer piso se encuentra la cocina renovada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El comedor se encuentra junto a la sala de estar y la cocina tiene una mesa grande con capacidad para hasta 8 personas. Al lado del comedor hay una acogedora habitación acristalada en Carolina, con un sofá grande y una silla cómoda. Este es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de las hermosas vistas que abundan en esta villa. El salón tiene muchos asientos para toda la familia. Accede a tu terraza privada desde la sala de estar. La cubierta ofrece maravillosas vistas del sonido Calibogue, así como una parrilla de gas para cocinar el filete perfecto! También en este nivel hay un dormitorio con 2 camas individuales y un baño completo.

Arriba, en el segundo piso hay 3 dormitorios más. A la derecha de la parte superior de las escaleras hay un dormitorio con una cama king y un baño privado. Al final del pasillo se encuentra la suite principal con cama tamaño king y baño en suite con tocadores de granito dobles y combinación de ducha / bañera. Esta habitación también tiene una terraza privada para que disfrutes de las vistas del sonido mientras tomas tu café de la mañana. Junto a la suite principal encontrará un dormitorio con cama queen y un baño privado. Las impresionantes vistas y todas las comodidades de South Beach hacen de este el lugar perfecto para vacacionar. The view was beautiful of the ocean, you could hear the waves we were so close.The pool was close by and we used it for two whole days. Our rooms were great, everyone had their own space. Location was perfect!

The condo did have a damp smell. The layout and view were excellent. The deck and underneath were messy and under the deck was cluttered with junk.

Nice location in HH

Overall the property was very nice and comfortable. Would stay here again if given opportunity. Two minor issues noted - bathrooms/ showers could use updating as tile and grout old. Heavy rain the night before we departed resulting in leak from upstairs skylight. All in all, would recommend this unit.

Great property with excellent location, nice neighbors, and dynamite view. Bathrooms are marginal and could benefit from an updated remodel. The shower stall in the downstairs bath was loaded with black mold and, unless a remodel is scheduled soon, a thorough cleaning is overdue. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would likely return if the price remains right. We arrived an hour early and noted no activity at the property. Called Vacation Company for early check-in and were basically brushed off. Never wanted to speak with them again as we had already made another simple request weeks in advance for a potential upgrade to AV access ( the location of one free HDMI port) and were essentially given the run-around despite several calls (ignored might be a better word) Loved the place. Marginal management. One last "hats-off" to the owners: the necessary cleaning and cooking supplies were far more plentiful than we have ever encountered at a Sea Pines rental after nearly five decades of frequent visits.

Great location

Went on a mini girl trip. Everything was within walking distance, beach, pool, restaurant, shops within complex. If venturing out, other beautiful beaches and great restaurants only 10 minute drive. Our unit was clean, comfortable and quiet. The view was beautiful

Nice condo right near the beach

We enjoyed our stay. We were much closer to the beach than we thought. The beach was not busy at all. The Vacation company was great and very responsive. Much better than other management companies on the island. The unit was a bit dirty but overall it was nice.

Family Fun

The location was perfect and the townhousehad everything we needed with the beach just over the sand dune. It was clean but the bathrooms could use updating. It was within walking distance to the pool, Salty Dog and some shopping. We would definitely recommend this townhouse!

Family fun beach condo

We loved how close the condo was to the beach and to South Beach marina restaurants and shops. It was perfect place for our kids and grandkids to make memories. We ride bikes and rented a boat for a day. The kitchen was well appointed forwhen we cooked vs eating out.

Great stay !

The beach and views here are fantastic. There was a lot of wildlife from deer, to birds, to dolphins. Lots of families vacationing here. It is a short walk to the Salty Dog Shops and cafe. Getting out of sea pines from this location takes about 15 minutes.

Just right for our group!

Overall we really liked the place and location. The only negatives were that two of the rooms got too bright early in the morning. They needed darkening shades or curtains. Also, there was a broken towel rack, and the dishwasher did not clean well.

Beautiful Home in Sea Pines

Our family just spent a week in a beautiful home in Sea Pines. The beach was just steps away, the biking paths were awesome, restaurants and shoppping were close by and the home was intimate but still roomy.

I loved this place and the views. The 2 teens used the bike rentals every day! We knew it was the wrong time of year for swimming but enjoyed walks on the beach daily.

Great unit and location

Great unit, as advertised. We stayed for three weeks and we loved it. Everything worked very smoothly. A short walk to the beach, to the pool, or to the south beach marina. A well-equipped kitchen (we cooked most of our meals). Would stay there again! Highly recommended.

Location location location.

This condo was the perfect location for our two families and 4 kids. Right across from salty dog and right on the water with amazing views. It’s was as advertised but could seriously use some updates. The shower doors were hard to open and the a/c in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. The condo could be easily updated with some paint, new furniture and a little TLC. All in all we still had a great time and the location made up for the interior.

Perfect for our family

1417 S. Beach Villa-Beachfront was the perfect getaway for my family. My husband and I got married the week before so this started as out mini- moon, then our family joined us later in the week to make it a family vacation. This property looks exactly as pictured and the view from the sun room and the decks are amazing. Only a short walk to the private beach which was so nice. There is a bike rental place in walking distance so we rented bikes for the week and had a blast riding around the resort. We didn't notice this until the last day but they have movies and plenty of games and puzzles right under the TV, made family game night amazing! Just wish we would have noticed sooner. Everything about this property was spot on. We are actually thinking about booking again when everyone can get off work. Lastly we had a bit of a scare with the hurricane and were going to cancel but via email and by phone they were so very helpful and pleasant and I can say I am glad we came. Did I mention it was perfect? Oh yeah, the only thing we didn't like which is not a reflection of the property just mother nature doing her thing was the mosquitos are vicious there lol... SO bring bug repellant! Overall an amazing stay and We cant wait to visit again. Thank you for making my mini-moon/ family vacation a hit.

Our summer vacation

We have been vacationing in Hilton Head since 1980. This is the 1st time we have stayed in the South Beach area. We loved it. Much more private & peaceful. We loved the deers that greeted us in the morning. We also loved the layout of this villa. There was a full bath with each bedroom. We would definitely stay here again
