Apartment (classified 2*) of 64 m² facing south-west, completely renovated in the Vintage spirit, located in the city center next to the train station and 150 m from the beach of Royan on the famous Place Gantier built after the war between 56 and 60. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building and can accommodate up to 4 people

This apartment without vis-à-vis benefits from an ideal location in the city center of Royan which will take advantage of all the shops (shopping, pharmacy, bakeries, mini-market, gas stations, restaurant, train station, taxi stand) without the need to use the car. Apart from the shops, the beach is a 4-minute walk away.
The living room on the living room side offers a beautiful view of the Place Gantier with double glazing that completely ignores the traffic and the train station. A sofa bed offers two additional beds. The kitchen side offers the same view, a dining table, a completely renovated kitchen and total appliances (dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer...).
You can admire the summer fireworks and those of the Violins on the Sand from your window.
The separate bedroom can accommodate two people (160 bed) and the wardrobe will allow you to make yourself comfortable.
A second bedroom provides two additional beds (140 bed) as well as a wardrobe and many board games and books for young and old.
The two bedrooms to the east are quiet, they are opposite the view of the Place Gantier, the apartment being through.
The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin with a cabinet. Separate toilet.

PLEASE NOTE: any arrival after 20:00 and until 22:00 will be charged an additional 30€ on site. FROM 22:00 to 00:00 the arrival will be charged 50€ additional to be paid on site. No departure before 6:00 in the morning.
From 6:00 am to 8:00 am any departure will be charged an additional 30€.
