Villa hermosa al lado de la playa con sal piscina, jardín, situado en una comunidad privada y cerrada de 12 villas, muy tranquilo, frente a la bahía de Nathon y las islas del Parque Nacional Anthong. Consiste en una gran sala de estar frente a la playa compuesta de una cocina totalmente equipada (lavavajillas y horno), una sección de comedor y una sala de estar con televisión vía satélite (TV5) y Wi-Fi, rodeada de una terraza una sala para comer fuera, pufs al aire libre,. 4 dormitorios, 2 habitaciones de la reina camas frente a la piscina y al mar, baño privado, 1 dormitorio con cama de matrimonio jardín privado y 1 habitación aéquipée dos literas con baño privado. Frente a la villa, el mar es una laguna verdadera, profunda y segura, rodeada de una hermosa playa de arena blanca. Entre la villa y la playa, hermoso jardín con césped, rodeado de vegetación tropical. Numerosas zonas de relajación con tumbonas y cojines al aire libre en la terraza, en el jardín y en la playa .. barbacoa de gas. Lencería con lavadora ... un paraíso en la costa noroeste, cerca de Nathon, la capital de la isla con todas sus tiendas, a 20 minutos del pueblo de pescadores ya 30 minutos de Chaweng o Lamai. !! Playa muy segura para niños, mar poco profundo y transparente, playas profundas de 10 a 20 minutos en scooter o automóvil. Muy buenos restaurantes cerca de la playa, excelentes resorts cerca también para beneficiarse de su spa, alquiler de canoas, gimnasio en la mañana ...

Beautiful villa in lovely beachfront location. Perfect for families.

Our family of four, including two teenage children, stayed for eight days. We loved the villa and the peaceful location. Perfect for relaxing or sunbathing in the garden. Wonderful private swimming pool to cool-off in. And we made good use of the several small restaurants within walking distance along the beach. Mrs Fon looked after us extremely well and we paid for her housekeeping service on two days.

Such an amazing paradise

We had such and awesome time at the villa. We enjoyed the villa immensely. We were travelling as teo families, total 9 people. The layout of the house was perfect. 2 masters suites with views of the ocean and two rooms for the kids. We woke early every morning and sat on the deck Oceanside and enjoyed our morning coffee. The caretakers Fon and her brother Dond were so great. They booked us excursions and made us a couple of Thai meals in our home. The house is 100 meters to a resort called the “The Mud”. They had excellent food and a bar right on the beach. We also walked the other way along the beach and had daily Thai massages. We had an excellent stay and would like be to return.

Fantastic Samui Villa

Can't say enough good things about Dominque's home. It was exactly what we hoped for. The photos are 100% accurate. What you see is what you get. The location, for us, was perfect. The villa is on the quiet west side of the island. Walking distance to about six good restaurants and a short scooter or cab ride into Na Thon town for groceries and supplies. 30ish minute drive to Chaweng or Lamai areas. Property manager Fon was absolutely amazing. She was there every time we needed anything but she was completely unobtrusive. She helped us book scooters and tours and was a wealth of information about the island. We came to adore her. If you're looking for a quiet retreat on Samui, this place is for you.

wir werden dieses Haus vermissen....

Alles wie beschrieben,genug Platz für 6 Personen- für mehr dürfte es etwa eng werden,alles blitzsauber, es gibt viele gemütliche Plätze zum Entspannen, wunderbarer Blick auf das Meer, allerdings bei Ebbe- und die hatten wir 10 Tage lang tagsüber- kann man nicht im Meer baden, dafür unendlich schön und weit spazieren gehen, wunderbarer Pool, mit dem Auto ist man schnell an Stränden im Norden, da kann man immer im Meer schwimmen, Fon war jeden Vormittag da, ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat auch für uns gekocht- perfektes Dinner !!!, leider hatten wir außer an den Wochenenden ziemlich viel Lärm, weil am Nachbarhaus gebaut /renoviert wurde, Strom und Wasser müssen am Ende nach Verbrauch bezahlt werden und auch bei sparsamem Umgang genug Baht einplanen bzw auf die Zählerstände achten, Insgesamt wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen

Es war von Anfang bis Ende einfach wunderschön. Vom Erstkontakt bis zur Abreise lief alles reibungslos. Der Eigentümer hat ein sehr schönes Anwesen und sich im Vorfeld gekümmert , das man vor Ort in Empfang genommen und sich geborgen gefühlt hat. Vor Ort trefft ihr auf Fon, sie ist nicht nur die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort , sondern einfach eine gute Seele. Sie hat sich um alles gekümmert , Scooter vor die Tür, Auto vor die Tür, Touren vor Ort gebucht, zwischendurch sauber gemacht und und und. Ein Service den ich so noch nicht kannte. Wir waren als Pärchen mit Kind und 2 Freunden da. Alles war sehr sauber ,alles hat funktioniert . Wirklich das einzige worauf man achten muss sind die ersten 10 m ins Wasser (extrem Steinig), danach nur noch feiner Sand. In der Umgebung ist nichts los. Außer 2 Restaurants in Fussnähe am Strand, brauch man für alles andere einen fahrbaren Untersatz. Alles in allem 5 Sterne. Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Erlebnis.

Paradise on Paradise

This property was everything we imagined it would be and more. Fantastic sunsets, a sparkling pool, all the comforts of home, if your home was on the beach in paradise. Great wifi, air conditioning, everything we needed for a fantastic stay, which is h=what we had. This part of the island is quiet, yet there are great restaurants literally 5 minutes away. Communication was perfect, we felt welcome, and we will be back!

could be lovely but the bedroom layout is unsafe for children

The property cleanliness, finish and the location were good and Mrs Fon, the housekeeper was very nice. We had a significant issue with the layout and safety of the house. We were a party of 6, including 4 children. I specifically needed a 4 bed house and I was very upset that we could only use 3 bedrooms of this property because of the safety. We ended up with our 3 year old on a mattress on our bedroom floor. I paid a premium so we could be comfortable with 4 bedroom and I was really upset that we ended up in this situation. The bedrooms in this property all have doors directly to the pool and garden area, there are no internal doors. The bunk bed room is up a corridor which is also open to the pool and garden. Anyone could walk up the beach and enter the pool area and attempt to enter any bedroom. The owner repeatedly assured me over email as to the safety of the area, but I wasn't comfortable with leaving children in a bedroom, that was connected to the outside area only and was too far from us to hear anything. The bedroom had a simple lock within the door knob. The kitchen door also directly opens on the the pool and garden area and we had to leave the kitchen door unlocked at night so the older child could enter for a drink etc. Consequently we had to keep all of our belongings in our bedroom.

An amazing place!

We have just spent one week in this amazing villa and already want to go back! The villa itself is even better in reality than in picture. A beautiful sunset to enjoy every night. The hotel next to the villa has great food and drinks. But best of all is the villa manager and her brother, Mrs Fon and Mr Dong! They made our stay an amazing experience! Excursions, cooking in the house our just having a chat. Really fantastic people.

Amazing location and fantastic villa.

The villa is just as in the pictures!!! The location is directly on the beach, and the hotel next door delivers great food/drinks to the gate. The communication with the owner, prior to our stay was very reassuring and the replies to our questions were fast. When arriving to the villa, we were greeted by Mrs. Fon and her brother, who made our vacation even more memorable. They helped with everything, from booking massages in the villa, to excursions. We could always contact them if we had any questions, and they came by the villa almost every day, just to check on us and play a little with our son. Amazing people!! We highly recommend Sunset villa and wish to return as soon as possible.!!

Super Lage, tolle Betreuung

Ruhige Lage mit direktem Meerzugang. Mit dem Motorroller kann man unbedenklich Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Betreuung von Mrs. Fon und Mr. Dong ist super. Die Villa können wir jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Kurz auf den Punkt gebracht : traumhafte Unterkunft!

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf wundervolle Sonnenuntergänge! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Ruhe, das Meer direkt vor der Tür, den schönen Pool, den direkten Strandzugang den wir so gut wie immer für uns hatten, die schattige große Terrasse uvm . Uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Betreuerin (Fon) der Anlage war täglich vor Ort und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir sind sehr erholt zurückgekehrt und können die Villa nur weiter empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Haus und super Service

Fon und Dong, die Houseceeper sind sehr hilfsbereit, kommen jeden Tag & kümmern sich für euch um alles was ihr für euren perfekten Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem sind schöne Strandlokale fussläufig zu erreichen. Zum Einkaufen braucht man 5 Minuten mit dem Roller. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die beiden kommen zum Kochen auch ins Haus, was super super lecker ist👍. Der Strand ist total leer, allerdings sehr von Ebbe und Flut abhängig. Dafür hat man einen traumhaften Pool. In Summe ein echt schöner chilliger Urlaub. Roller lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Danke für den tollen Urlaub!

Dream holidays

This villa is the one of the most beautifull places i ´ve ever been with my family before. In calm part od beautifull Indu beach, just 5-10 min to the nearest villages with a lot of restaurants, shops, fitness, ... Villa is just right as you can see on the photos. Rooms are really clean and beds are comfortable, air condition was good working. Living room had really amaizing view to sea, just to sit and relax. Rooms are each separate, so that there are no disturbing if you need to take your own rest. There are all facilities you need for holiday, even washing machine. Pool was always nice and clean, in the evening with mood light, deep enough to swim. The most perfect thing of this villa is the service by Dominique and Mrs. Fon and his brother. From the begginig of our stay Mrs. Fon helped us with everything. She arranged our airport transfer to villa, welcomed us there with nice cold drink and fresh towels, she arranged even taxi driver to take us to village and make the shopping with us till we rent our car. She arranged to rent a car, each day she and her Brother came to clean pool and grass around villa and asked if everything is ok and we need something. they prepared perfect seafood BBQ dinner for us for extra chargé. The food was so so tasty, quantity and quality highd to price, I recommended to try this amaizing experience. Really thank you Dominique to prepare our memorable holiday. Eva and her family

A dream place!!

Very beautiful villa by the beach, facing the stunning bay of Nathon with wonderful sunsets. Quiet gated community, excellent service from the Thai villa manager to welcome you and advise you, Hee brother is a professionzl cook and prepared delicious and romantic dinners in the garden by the beach. Very nice infinity swimming pool...a dream place!

Sejour parfait, à recommander

Villa tres jolie et très agréable, conforme aux photos . Accès facile. Fon et Dong sont vraiment adorables et très réactifs, de vraies perles. Seul petit bémol : la chambre pour enfants ( 2 fois 2 lits superposés) est un peu juste ( pour ranger ses affaires par exemple), mais le reste de la villa est tres bien pensé.

le paradis sur terre

en vacances du 20/02/18 pour deux semaines avec 6 adultes et 4 enfants , nous sommes reçu par notre hôte madame fon et son frère adorable et toujours au petits soins pour nous dans une superbe villa avec une plage quasi privée d une vue magnifique, le silence et le chant des oiseaux sont exactement ce que l on recherchait. la villa est identique au photos avec une très bonne literie . elle se situe dans un complexe de villas privée et sécurisées à deux minutes de nathon . une pensée particulière pour fon et son frère pour leurs gentillesses toujours soucieux de notre confort et nous guider dans les bons endroits de l ile. nous avons apprécié les massages au bord de la piscine . la villa est orientée de façon à voir des couchés de soleil somptueux.je recommande vivement cette villa à toutes personnes voulant du calme a deux minutes des marchés et commerces et à 3 minutes à pieds par la plage des restaurants

Traumhaft

Ein wunderschönes großes Ferienhaus mit eigenem tollen Pool direkt am Strand. Was will man mehr? Herrlich gelegen an der ruhigen Westküste mit ein paar Restaurant, die man gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Wir haben jeden Abend ein Anderes ausprobiert und sind nie enttäuscht worden. Das Haus ist mega und der Pool klasse. Ein kleines Paradies auf Koh Samui. Man braucht für die Erkundung der Insel allerdings einen fahrbaren Untersatz. Wir sind erst mit den Taxen gefahren, später haben wir uns Motorroller ausgeliehen, da ist man flexibler. Alles kein Problem. Auf jeden Fall haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und waren sehr traurig als wir abreisen mussten. Hervorzuheben ist auch Mrs.Fon, die Managerin vor Ort, die sich herzlich und liebevoll um Einen kümmert. Wir haben noch nie so einen wunderschönen Empfang und tollen Service vor Ort genossen. Auch mit dem Besitzer Dominique hatten wir immer einen sehr netten Mail Kontakt und er hat uns im Vorfeld bei allen Fragen sehr geholfen. DANKE!

Villa super chouette, idéale pour les familles

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa pendant 9 nuits à la mi-avril 2017. Notre groupe comprenait deux familles avec un total de 4 adultes et 5 enfants de moins de 6 ans. Le villa était parfait pour un tel groupe. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées avec de bonnes A/C, il y a beaucoup de lits et de nombreuses salles de bains. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris un énorme réfrigérateur-congélateur particulièrement utile dans le climat thaïlandais. L'emplacement de la villa est parfait lorsque vous voyagez avec de petits enfants et que vous êtes un peu limité à sortir tard dans la nuit. La villa est directement sur la plage et a un aspect pefect pour des couchers de soleil spectaculaires. Il y a un certain nombre de restaurants locaux accessibles à pied, dont deux excellents et d'autres très bons. Cela dit, il n'y a pas de ville à distance immédiate, donc si vous cherchez une grande variété de restaurants, magasins ou bars, cet endroit est moins susceptible de fonctionner pour vous. La piscine ici est belle et nous avons passé de nombreuses heures heureuses à jouer avec les enfants et à leur apprendre à nager. Le personnel de la villa était toujours à la main si nécessaire pour répondre aux questions et pour aider à organiser les conducteurs et autres. Pour deux familles restant ensemble, nous avons pensé que le prix représentait une excellente rapport qualité-prix et j'ai déjà recommandé la place à des amis à Bangkok.

magnifique séjour

villa très agréable situé sur la cote la plus calme de Koh Sami. nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Beautiful villa

sized private pool but not too deep for younger ones in the majority. access from the airport is a short 30 minute drive and being supplied with a well placed map prior to arriving we found the villa easily. management of the property during our stay was again maintained to a high level with mrs Fon helping to organise several trips for us and always being available at the end of the phone should we need her. As mentioned before, the villa is very well designed and maintained. Being of modern asthetics but still creating an authentic thai feel. Having the luxury of 3 double rooms each with ensuite and seperate bedroom containing 2 bunks sleeping 4 it is perfectly built for families. Aircon was efficient being complimented with ceiling fans in all bedrooms, kitchen and living area. wifi was reliable and sky was connected although only offering thai channels. All in all we were very impressed with this villa and look forward to returning as soon as possible. It was a pleasure to stay here and i find it very hard to think of a single thing that we would change.

petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passés quelques jours très agréable dans la villa, très au calme face à la mer avec un beau coucher de soleil. La villa est spacieuse et bien entretenue et sur place Me Fon veille à ce que tout se passe bien. Seul bémol si c en est un il est nécessaire d avoir un moyen de locomotion pour se rendre dans la ville de Nathon qui est la plus proche et après pour des excursions les compagnies viennent vous chercher. En bref je recommande ce lieu nous étions en famille et avons passées un moment des plus agréable.

Awesome Experience!!!!

It was an awesome experience. Being a 1st guest in this new villa, I really enjoyed alot. It was very spacious lots of room excellent kitchen and above all fantastic location. Just next to sea it was really a wonderful and once in a lifetime experience. After low tide when water starts rising again in the morning you must enjoy Champagne with your love at an island created in front of the villa. Just pick chairs glasses and champagne bottle and enjoy the memorable experience. Mrs Fon(caretaker) service was superb!!!She made us feel like staying at home away from home. Overall experience was 5 star. Still I would like to highlight few minor issues and points for visitors. - Use of mosquito repellant is compulsory in toilets as you have greenary all around and so mosquitos. - There were few leakages from roof in the passageway and one of the bathroom, which I am sure Mr Dominique will take care. This was very minor as we had rain only twice. Binit - Krity - Alysa - Alyna
