Stunning pet/smoke-free fully renovated one bedroom, one bath condo in a quiet building located on downtown Rehoboth Avenue and only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach! The building has secured access, elevator, and one private reserved parking spot. No need to worry about street parking or dealing with downtown traffic. Park your car behind the building and walk everywhere! The Rehoboth Beach Jolly Trolley bus stop is also located right outside the building. This gorgeous one bedroom, one bath condo was just fully renovated in 2020 and has everything you need to enjoy the beach, restaurants, shopping and more. Fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV’s (2), WiFi, sofa, and stackable washer & dryer. Not your typical beach rental, this is an immaculate unit that will sleep 2 comfortably. Walk to all the downtown restaurants. Dogfish Head is across the street, blocks from Starbucks and steps from other four- and five-star dining options. Shopping options are endless – walk to quaint tax-free shops, drive, or bus to Tanger Outlets which is just 5 minutes up on Rte. 1. Short Uber ride to downtown Dewey or Lewes.

This is not a party weekend rental

( Guests are expected to empty out refrigerator, remove all trash, put all furniture and decor items back where they were found, fill the dishwasher with items used and run before leaving and wipe down all kitchen and bath countertops --clean the pots and pans that were used)

Great Place to Stay in Rehoboth Beach

I highly recommend this condo for a stay in Rehoboth Beach. Great location, a 15 minute walk from the boardwalk - a bit away for the craziness which is great - but close enough to everything you want to go to. Clean, comfortable, balcony. Host was great with communication.

The pictures accurate show that this is a really nice renovated place for two people to operate out of when exploring DE beach towns. Very close to good restaurants that are also fun. Highly recommended.

Christopher was great at quick response!

The property is even nicer than it appears in the photos! Extremely clean, well stocked and comfortable. Deck faces street and is very pleasant! Everything you need in walking distance. Quick walk to the boardwalk and beach! Great place!

Last minute beach trip

The Condo is good for a couple. Mom and daughter stayed this trip. Good space to relax. The city and neighborhood can be a little noisy. It is an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. City parking pass was included (should mention that in the listing, I didn't notice it). WOULD RECOMMEND.

Amazing Stay

This condo was amazing for our quick trip to Rehobeth. The apartment was so beautifully decorated and the location was close to everything. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location was unbeatable. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful week!

The condo was nicely renovated, clean, and comfortable. Christopher was very responsive. We rode bikes to the beach, and walked to restaurants/shopping. The kitchen was well equipped with sharp knives and everything needed to prepare a meal. The dishes are all plastic (except the coffee mugs), so I’ll bring my own wine/cocktail glasses next time. It was a really great week. Thank you, Christopher!

Beach Condo Living At Its Smartest

Immaculate, well-designed space that rings all the bells and whistles. As we were celebrating a wedding anniversary, we wanted the beach essence, casual luxury, as well as partial seclusion. This property delivered on all. Prime location in Rehoboth within walking distance of everything you may want to do -- bike riding, a visit to the farmer's market (literally next door), beach/boardwalk, dining out, etc. This was one of the few times we enjoyed staying in as much as we did going out -- my husband enjoyed the comfy patio most of all. Personally, I enjoyed the quiet quarters, comfortable sleep, private parking (we never moved our car) and all the at-home amenities including the washer/dryer. Final notes: The condo is located near the entry of the island in a very secure building and the owner, Christopher, is highly responsive and a delightful host, having shared some of his favorite spots in Rehoboth with us and providing detailed what-to-do guides for all guests. I wouldn't have known about the Tuesday farmer's market without this direction. Thanks for all!

Mothers' Day Escape for Empty Nesters

Property is very attractive, neat, comfortable, uncluttered, and has all the kitchen equipment and accessories we needed. Owner was quickly accessible by telephone for the few questions that arose. Lighting and A/C were governed electronically for efficiency but controlled by renters and very responsive.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Loved our stay at the Ark. The condo design is really unique on 2floors- perfect space for a couple. Make sure you are ok with stairs- there are a few within the condo and with only 1 elevator, we also took the 3flights of stairs up to the condo also. Everything is very clean, modern and new. Bed is extremely comfortable- make sure to bring the sheets! Kitchen is well stocked with both a Keurig and drip coffemaker. Nice Balcony to relax on- Was very quiet during our stay- we rarely heard our neighbors. Be careful with getting in and out the of the parking lot- its super tight- but once you park- leave it there- walk everywhere since you are close enough to everything that makes Rehoboth Beach special- Dogfish Head, Rise Up Coffee, the beach, boardwalk and bike path!! Check in and out was all remote and worked perfect- Owner was always responding quickly when I had a question- Just book this place, you will love it like we did- Will be back!!!

Excellent stay

Our stay was truly excellent. This condo was recently renovated, was super clean, was in a ideal part of town, and communication was fast and thorough. The renovations were well done and everything felt new and fresh. The condo was immaculately clean with clear guidance on what we had to do before leaving. The condo was in an ideal part of town for us. About a 1 block walk to Rise Up which is the best coffee in Rehoboth, another 1/2 block beyond that to breakfast at Egg. We tend toward cocktails before dinner and then fine dining and we easily walked to all our favorite restaurants amd cocktail bars. For the beach, we alwaya head to Henelopen State Park and that requires a drive no matter where you stay in Rehoboth but if you are interested in walking to the beach it may be a bit far or totally fine depending on how much stuff you take. They provide a parking pass for the condo and one for in town to make it convenient if walking isnt your preference. Finally, Christooher was great to work with. He was very prompt when i asked him what size sheets we needed to bring for the bed, queen is needed and his instructions for accessing the unit were easy but thorough. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay! Loved the clean, modern beach decor - just as pictured (just don’t forget sheets and towels like us!). And we absolutely loved the balcony - spent most of our time not at the beach just relaxing there (coffee, book, drink). We also loved the location...a bit removed from the crowds yet still walking distance to all Rehoboth Ave shopping/restaurants. The perfect close proximity to new favorites, Eggs Rehoboth and Rise Up Coffee :). Greatly appreciated the easy condo parking and Rehoboth parking pass. Parked for free at Henlopen State Park beach - less populated and beautiful. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend! Thank you Christopher!!

Close to the beach and east access to anywhere you could want, there were a couple of dirty dishes left in the cabinets but by no means could it have been noticed by the owner.

Perfect getaway in a prefect condo

Can’t say enough about how lovely our stay was. It was my first time in Rehobeth and the condo was the perfect place to stay. Quiet, private, perfectly appointed and beautiful, Christopher has thought of everything you need to have a home away from home. The location was centrally located and within walking distance from anywhere you want to go. Beach, boardwalk, stores and restaurants all a mere stroll away. Not too far but far enough to enjoy the quiet. Sitting on the balcony with a chilled glass of wine after a day spent biking and beaching-yep this place was perfection. Will definitely return!
