Important: You must register for and print parking passes prior to arrival. https://www.aquavistapcb.org/parking-permits/
If you do not print, Beach Repro by Winn-Dixie will print for $5. There is also a UPS and Office Depot on Panama City Beach Parkway. However, this is not recommended to rely on as they are not open on the weekends or evenings.

Starter Sets:
For your convenience starter sets of mini-toiletries, roll of paper towels, and toilet tissue will be provided. This is not restocked.

Towels & Linens:
One bath towel and wash cloth per per person. Please utilize washer and dryer. Beach towels not provided. Do no take white towels to beach.

Rental Agreement Required
Upon booking we will send you a Rental Agreement for e-signature.

Security systems/cameras:
For the security of our guests and condo, we have external security cameras.

ID and Selfie Required
Upon booking, we will be requesting a copy of your driver's license and a selfie holding it. While tedious, this step critical to protect both us and you from fraud.

The rooms were clean and in order when we arrived. Check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The hosts left a small care package to get through the 1st night which was great so we didn't have to run to the store right after getting to the property. The view of the beach was amazing and easy to access. The pool and hot tub were clean and in working order. A worker was happy that the pool was getting some use during the week as well.Check-in and access to the building was very easy and codes were easy to remember. All of the elevators were in working order. There was some updates being done to other units on the property but we wouldn't have noticed them if we didn't see them from the beach. They were very quiet and respectful.The photos of the property were as advertised. Everything was in working order. The only issue that we had was the WiFi. We had received two different instructions/passwords and neither worked. All the devices directly connect (TV's/Cable) worked perfectly, but we were not able to connect personal devices. Not being able to connect to the WiFi made it so we restricted our kids electronic usage and made them enjoy the location and moment so it didn't cause any issues during our stay.Overall, I was extremely happy with our stay and we were able to relax at the property/beach or go find something happening nearby. There wasn't very many others at the property so it made for a quiet relaxing vacation.

Our entire stay was excellent. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was very well-equipped, and there were lovely views from the balconies.

Host was easy to reach if needed. Loved the location. The condo is played out very well and has everything you need if you plan on staying in and cooking which we did some. The new McGuires is 2 tenths of a mile to the left and we walked there 2 times. Great food. Winn Dixie across the street and CVS. And luckily a nail bar with fantastic employes which was great when we had cold weather. Pier park is also very close. Elevators were pretty quick as well. But those views from all those windows in the condo make it great! I would definitely stay there again.

While we had a great time we had some issues/concerns we just can't overlook. For starters, when we arrived we noticed we could not connect to the wifi. We brought this up to the management and stated it was imperative we connect to the wifi as we had work that had to be done. We tried for 2 days to get the wifi fixed and was told “there is an outage”, for the whole week? We also couldn't help but notice the vents were hanging out of the walls/ceiling. The outlets in the bunkroom were loose and basically unreachable. We found one beside the bunk bed and that one worked fine. The beds were very uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on a trampoline. Overall in disrepair.

Aqua Vista

Parking was great. Elevators were not crowded. Condo clean and cute. Beach not crowded. Needed more towels and the master next to pool was loud at night. The pool did not close at 11:00. Kids screamed having fun into the night. Just be aware that if want quite in master after 9:00. Will stay at aqua vista again next year.

Spring Vacation PCB

We always like Aquavista a little smaller buildings easy access less crowds but close to everything. Walk across the street to shop for food and necessities. Will check back next year.

Amazing views and quiet beach

Enjoyed our stay at AquaVista. The unit is exactly is as advertised. The views are amazing and the kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfy. The pool was well cared for by management and people were on site daily cleaning up and adding chemicals to the pool. The building is close to a grocery store so convenient when you need something quick. AquaVista is only an 8 story building and not next to any high rise buildings so the beach was never crowded and the elevators always easy to access. Parking was convenient under the units so no far walk to the car and we kept our beach stuff in the car and could grab quick when we headed to the beach. Aqua Vista was a very family friendly place. We were happy with our choice and would stay here again.

Last Minute Vacay

My husband and I booked a last minute trip to PCB. This place was more than we needed (3 bedrooms) but it was such a good deal we couldn't pass it up. The pictures are 100% accurate. Very nice furnishings. Great location. We definitely recommend and hope to be back soon.

Easy/short access to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed. The property manager was just a txt away if we needed anything. The views of the beach was amazing. Location of condo was perfect not to crowded but still close enough to the strip. Pool area was extremely clean and nice. Will definitely be booking here again 😊

Amazing place

It was just as pictured. It was clean. The lay out was amazing especially with all ages of kids. The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the other rooms. Walk to the beach was short. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Summer getaway

We had an amazing time at this condo! We had a few minor hiccups but they were attended to quickly. The major issue we had was the elevator did not work the whole week were there. Being there for a baseball tournament we had a lot of equipment as well as groceries to haul up the st airs which was challenging. It was fixed the day before we left which made leaving easier thank goodness!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in this condo so much! It had everything to offer during our visit and accommodated our family perfectly. It was very clean and the view from the living/dining areas is beautiful! This location was amazing and not crowded on the beach like you get with a high rise type facility .We definitely recommend this unit!

Good condo by the beach

Condo was mainly as expected. Great view of beach, bedrooms were all nice. Just needs a bit of general maintenance and a good floor cleaning to get a 5 star. I would stay here again.

Pros and cons to this condo

We had an ok stay The space was good, however there was no pull out bed or extra bedding so it only sleeps 6 not 8 as advertised. It was quite dirty, like Walmart feet if you walked barefoot our first night there, candy wrappers in couch and dust bunnies under all beds, mold on cieling in bathroom and all around kitchen sink faucet. The balcony was great, short walk to pool and beach which was great for our crew. The beach was not very crowded compared to other locations at the same time we were there. Several things needed to be repaired, but the furniture was nice. Hopefully they make the changes and this would be a great rental.

Enjoyed the very close proximity to the beach. Easy booking and check in and out. We had 7 people. There was sleeping accommodations for 6 even though it was indicated the property would sleep more. The couch where one ended up was not comfortable for sleeping. Was a regular couch. One of the beds was older and broken down. They replaced it immediately. Very responsive. Very nice. Good location to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice condo, good location

Aquavista is a great place to stay, located pass pier park mall. It easy to get to everything, but quite as hectic as the strip
