Fab stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect space and all equipment in the condo was perfect for our needs. The condo facilities, pool and use of sports equipment was great! Friendly vibe. Big thanks to the maintenance guy who really looks after the facility and grounds.

The unit (606) was spacious and had everything that we needed, the pool area and gardens are very well kept. I have visited many times and will be back, can’t recommend it highly enough.

Great Location

Great Location!! Two minute walk to beach and the condo has a great pool and a pier to fish. The kids loved the place. Will definitely be back.

Awesome condo, but

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at The Sunrise Resort for over 15 years. Our family and friends have made many wonderful memories there. We love the condo and the grounds are well maintained. Dawn has always been very helpful and Steve is very attentive if anything needed to be repaired. Unfortunately, when inquiring about booking our next years vacation, we were informed of a tremendous rate increase, together with no longer offering a return customer discount. So our normal $1900 vacation will be $3000 next year. I could understand a small increase if there will be additional amenities offered, but sadly there will not. While I am aware that prices across the board are going up, paying over $1000 more for the exact same thing is excessive. For that price, we could stay across the street at a hotel that has housekeeping, onsite restaurants, multiple pools, and cabanas.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Sunrise apt 606. The unit was updated, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The morning sunrise over the bay was a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee from the balcony! The air conditioning was cold, the linens and towels were comfortable and the in unit washer and dryer is great to keep up on the laundry. The staff at the sunrise was responsive and helpful! My only recommendation would be to consider updating the mattresses or adding a pillow topper but that may just come down to personal preference!The sunrise is in walking distance to many great restaurants including Caddy’s and Crabby Bills, the grocery store, liquor store and the beach store. We used instant cart to get food delivered too!We have stayed in 608 in the past and both units were beautiful and comfortable!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On our 6th stay at Sunrise Resort we found the unit we've stayed in 3 times to be the lovely spot we remember. Unfortunate timing for us as Hurricane Elsa came through and red tide with her. This was out of the control of anyone at Sunrise, but I'd suggest that they and all coastal businesses, along with residents, let the state government know more needs to be done to protect and preserve the very things that bring the tourist industry to places like Sunrise. Some of this could have been prevented. Thankfully the beautiful pool was clean and inviting, but the beaches were definitely a "no go."We are former residents so we know the area quite well. We enjoyed refreshments right off the beach at Rum Runners and always get a pizza and salad from Gigi's.The tide wasn't as bad at Ft.DeSoto or a short drive over the Skyway to Anna Maria Island.

Reviewer Comments: This is our third time staying in unit 312 of the Sunrise, we keep coming back to this unit and are pleasantly surprised each time with ongoing upgrades including new furniture! This unit is not missing a single item to make our stay comfortable. The unit is spotless and has great views of the ocean and inter coastal water way. The terrace furniture both on front and back patios are very nice. Highly recommend. Great location.

Florida vacation

The stay overall was great but there were a few things that made it a challenge which is why I rated it 4 stars. We intended to cook, but the kitchen did not have a disposal so after the first time we had to clean dinner dishes we decided to eat out. The wifi in our unit did not work and we were give the password for the unit next door. To get a strong enough signal to work we had to work on the balcony or in the bedroom which meant working in bed. Made it really tough. We were told it was fixed but it never was. We also discovered the ceiling fan in the guest room did not work and we had to pull out the box fan they had available. It was just these small things that made it a little hard to relax. Location was amazing and we loved using the patio looking at the bay.

Sunrise resort in St. Pete beach, Treasure Island

Good location and close to everything: restaurants, shops, grocery… Property is stocked with everything a family possibly need. Beech is in close proximity, across the road. Gorgeous views from both balconies. We had troubles with washer during our stay, responsiveness of the staff was amazing and timely. Thank you, Steve, for everything you do, you are a true first responder coming to the rescue for those who had been dreaming of perfect Florida vacation for a quite long time! Property could be cleaner and needed minor repairs, like fan did not work in kids’ room. Otherwise, very pleased with all amenities this property provided: beautiful view, pool kids enjoyed after ocean swim, grill by the pool many residents utilized, and fully equipped kitchen with all necessary tools to cook home meals if desired. Especially appreciated friendliness and responsiveness of management and staff. Thank you for sharing your property for our vacation stay.

All our needs were accommodated in a quick and friendly manner! We really enjoyed our stay at Sunrise resort! Beautiful views and lots of places to visit nearby! The pool was a blast to hang out at and felt like a family gathering at times!

Great Location to WFH

This was the perfect place to work from home for a week. Worked during the day and still was able to get to beach for a few hours in evening since it was right across the street! Plenty of restaurants and bar nearby too!

Fantastic location & view!!

Perfect 6th floor condo for our family of 4 to enjoy St Pete! We woke up each day to a beautiful sunrise from the back balcony overlooking the pool & enjoyed sunset in the evening from the front balcony. Short walk across the street to the beach & easily accessible to restaurants, Food Lion, CVS, etc. We did not eat out much so the small kitchen and grills by the pool were perfect to make easy meals. Had some ants enjoying the condo when we arrived & property management was super responsive in sending maintenance up to spray. Would defiinitely stay here again!

Just another day in paradise

Nice and quiet condos, loved the hot tub and pool, and especially the dock/pier in the bay. Lots of stuff to do and enjoyed every minute there.

This property is beautiful! It was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies and bedding. The bay was beautiful and just a few minute walk to the beach! We enjoyed watching dolphins and manatees in the bay. We will be back!!!
