Amazing stay

The dock was nice to sit at with a coffee and watch the manatees. The pool was extremely crowded with a lot of kids who were not well supervised . The sheltered area always had a party that took over and went late with loud people .

Beautiful sunrises

The condo is in a great location. My family loved the pool and the dock where we got to see the manatees in the evening. It was a short walk to the beach. We will stay again.

Mother/Daughter weekend

My Cousin, Aunt, Mom and I (all over 50) enjoyed the condo. It fit our needs perfectly. The view and location were what we had hoped it would be. We will visit agin.

The condo and property is very well kept up and clean, excellent location. Had a lil trouble with door locks and tv, but management was right there to address it and got everything corrected, we will definitely stay here again.

Great location, very good condo

Very nice condo. Lots of amenities; they included mini detergent and dishwashing soap, and lots of kitchen utensils/pots/pans to use. Wonderful location close to everything you need on a visit to St. Pete beach. Biggest con is the sheets were a bit too scratchy and could use replaced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was in a convenient location across from the beach. Overall we enjoyed our time there as we have stayed there in the past. It would have been nice to have more towels as we had to wash them more frequently. In addition, the white towels although clean, had some stains which was not appealing. Cutliere supply was limited in addition to pots and pans. There were also no oven mitts. The last two nights of our stay the lights in the pool and hot tub were turned off. This was disappointing for our evening swim. Overall a pleasant experience.

Great locationn

I brought three of my grandchildren to SPB for a short vacay. This condo was excellent for us. Great surprise to have a washer and dryer. The kids absolutely loved the pool area. The screen slider out to patio needs repaired. Other than that it was perfect for us and we cant waiting to return. I have stayed at many places on SPB, this has taken the prize on our fav place to stay.

It is also across the street from the Tradewinds Resort, so you cross the street to get to the beach. The pool and sea wall area on the intracoastal waterway is very nice. We saw a manatee one evening and then some dolphins one afternoon.

As advertised...

Last minute stay for my daughter and I in the greater Tampa region. Foind this condo across the street from the beach overlooking the channel in St Pete's. Easy communication with the mgmt team, easy instructions to get in the property and room (and believe me I've had trouble there on other rentals before so don't take it for granted). Place was spotless, cooled down and ready for us. Enjoyed the location, easy access to beach by walking or short drive to public beach parking. Lots of restaurants and shops all up and down close by. Would stay here again

One week stay with family

We loved room 206 and will rebook next time we visit. The location didn’t offer a ton of late night food options, but if you drive a little ways down you can grab whatever you need. We had a great stay and couldn’t say greater things about the property. My only note is that the washer is extremely loud. I started a load around 11:30 pm and had to stop it midway because I thought it would disturb the neighbors.

Business Trip stay with extra space

Great little place! I own a family business and took an employee ( a relative) to a business conference at the Tradewinds resort directly a crossed the street. We enjoyed the extra space while being very close to the meetings. Our two bedroom condo was very comfortable with a great pool and waterway view for less than half the price of a 2 room stay at the resort. Plus the kitchen had everything we needed to make a quick lunch or breakfast (instrcart groceries) giving us more time to sleep and regenerate after conference meetings and parties. The rental company was excellent with instructions and communications, too.

Well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable sitting area...perfect. Loved the nice amenities greeting basket upon arrival. Thank you for letting us stay and hoping to return soon. (Also...had minor issue with TV box that was taken care of within minutes...wonderful communication and answered all questions!)

We also like the fact that we make our own meals with a full kitchen. Close to many restaurants if you like dining out in the evening. My only complaint about this unit were the pillows. They were horrible. It’s a shame that such a great condo would buy cheap pillows. We all said the same thing. I would probably pick a different unit for this reason.
