Loved our stay. Watched manatees, soaked in hot tub, went to Yankees spring training games and had lots of R&R.

Wonderful vacation

We were very pleased with our condo. It was perfect for two adults, very clean and well maintained. Great pool and lots of chairs to sit and soak up the sun. The walk to the beach was easy too. Located right on the main beach road with lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Small, but nice

We weally enjoyed our stay. The people in the office were friendly. The place was clean, but smaller than we expected. There were so many restaurants nearby.

Great place for a St. Pete Beach getaway

Great property for two people. Wonderful location. The only problem was that the closets were full of owner's things .... looked like mostly linens? Clean out the closets, add a few kitchen things like baking pans and cookie sheets and this would be great!

Great location

It has a lovely view and the beds were some of the most comfortable I've experienced. I gave check-in a lower rating because they emailed about an hour prior to my arrival and I didn't have a way to connect to email, making check-in a challenge. I'd recommend they use the app for communicating details, as that would have been more accessible. Otherwise a great stay, though. Lots of great restaurants nearby and lovely sunrises and accessible beaches.

It's in the details

This unit was very clean and included towels and beach chairs. It's a short walk to some very nice sit down restaurants. We were in town for a wedding, so sadly we had little downtime. The beach is just across the street and across a parking lot. Check in was just walking up to the door and entering code. The same with checkout. It was the little things like the way the towels were folded, everything sanitized, the little sampler pack that made this place stand out. We will definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: I absolutely love the sunrise resort do you have the best of both worlds of a beautiful intercoastal view and easy beach access across the street. The condos are great for individual or family needs. The only thing I did not know about on this trip was the Gulf Boulevard construction - It made it a lot more difficult to get over to the beach and had I known I would’ve bought different shoes for a more lengthy walk- Overall this is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy some quiet moments!!

Great little condo

This is a slightly older complex that has been upgraded. Quick 2-3 minute walk to beach. Beds were comfy, loved having a washer and dryer, and both showers are tiled and roomy. Only thing missing was a sheet pan. Let management know and they were on it to replace. There were four beach chairs on the balcony to take to the beach(important because we flew) and enough comfy seating for four to watch a little TV. Pool could be bigger, but wasn’t a huge deal for us as we usually stay at the beach. Not an overcrowded area at all, but also not a lot of extras to do like in PCB or Myrtle beach. Management was very helpful at check in. Our room happened to be ready early. Great little place to stay.

Beach Bums

The condo building was overall a clean place with a nice pool area and bay view. This building is located on a busy road, so be careful when crossing to the beach. St. Pete's Beach was beautiful and centrally located to Pass A Grille, John's Pass, Treasure Island and Downtown St. Pete, which all have great shopping and dining. The bay side balcony unit was a relaxing view. Downside: our unit only had two beach chairs for a four person unit, no throw blankets for bed. Most importantly there was no way to securely lock this unit from the inside (lock or deadbolt) for nighttime security. The only lock was the exterior combo lock, which many have used that combo lock, though I'm sure it's changed,often but still would be a much better feeling to be able to lock up inside at night. Lastly it is taking a while to receive security deposit back. company said, it was credited back last week, but still nothing on visa card. We checked out two weeks ago and still waiting!

Things that need improvement. Our kitchen floor was dirty. May have been because the weather stip on the entrance door needed replacement. Some better quality towels in the bathrooms would be a nice improvement along with some better quality hand soaps. No hand soap at the kitchen sink was disappointing. The window blinds were falling off or didn't pivot when you tried to close them. Biggest disappointment was the hot tub didn't work. That I feel we should be compensated for. It was listed as an amenity that we were looking forward to using. We would rent in the complex again.
