We live in the Chicagoland area and have owned property in the St. Pete area for over 20 years. I've been coming to the area visiting family since childhood and have a love for the location.

We think St. Pete Beach offers the best of Florida. The beaches are a beautiful white powder, and are particularly wide in contrast to other areas of the country. The Gulf water remains warm nearly year-round. Accessibility to the vibrance of Downtown St. Petersburg and Tampa is unmatched.

We love our elevated 4th floor for the views over the palm-trees of the Bay and Gulf. Also, being an end-unit, we enjoy the privacy of fewer people passing by and peering in the windows.
