Ideal for a romantic getaway for two or even a quiet retreat for one, this cozy condo is ready to be your next home away from home close to Paugus Bay. During the winter months, visiting skiers and snowboarders will delight in being just eight miles from the Gunstock Mountain Resort; however, during the summer months, the opportunities for local fun are endless! Head just a few miles east to Lake Winnipesaukee for boating, fishing, swimming, and lakeside picnics. Adventurous guests will want to check out Monkey Trunks Weirs Beach for a zipline tour, a ropes course with tightropes, swings, and other challenges. If you want a change of pace, don't hesitate to venture out to nearby towns such as Laconia and Plymouth.

Inside, you'll be treated to a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining table, and an inviting living area with a large sectional sofa and a TV. Rest comfortably on the new queen size Purple mattress with additional sleeping accommodations on the twin trundle beds. This vacation rental includes a small, furnished balcony, perfect for your morning coffee or lunch. You will also enjoy access to a shared grilling area and laundry facilities with machines that accept credit cards.

Cute condo but definitey has seen better days

The building is in horrible shape but I won't blame the unit owner. The pool was a joke and the attached shopping(?) building was nearly abandoned. The unit could use some updating. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and squeeky. Every movement either my husband or I made was loud and kept us both awake. The velvet bedding was extremely strange in the heat of summer and was uncomfortable. The shower/tub bottom did not feel secure and felt like the plastic was going to fall through the floor. To be perfectly honest, I would not stay here again.

Nice place, uncomfortable beds

This place functioned well for what I needed.. a mini “working retreat” with a lake view. I liked walking by Weirs Beach and got one little hiking excursion in. Overall, things in the condo were clean and the layout was nice. I just wish there had been somewhere comfortable to sleep! The main bed was hard as a rock and extra daybed not much better. I ended up sleeping on the couch which was ‘meh’ but at least a little softer.

Great proximity to Weirs/Bank of NH Pavillion

Clean and tidy. Restaurant downstairs Myrna’s was a nice surprise. Just stayed one night for show. Would rent again

Perfect bargain spot

Place was great for what I needed. Had nice views of the lake, and was very quiet. The location was good & it was better than I expected for price. It was pretty clean although some of the dishes had dried food on them & I did have to vacuum the rug again cause there were crumbs & stuff left from the last people. Plenty of parking & laundry on site was nice. Also it’s ground level from parking which was convenient. The checkout process was unclear as there were multiple times & instructions posted in different areas. One spot said 11:00, one said 10:00, there were different tasks listed to do. I just went with what made sense, but it might be a good idea to update. Really Good spot for the price though!

Centrally located and easy access. Comfortable living space but the bed needs up-grading. Cleaning needs to be more thorough under furniture.

Good condition

The property was in good condition. It was clean. The only thing I would say is the pool is closed for the season and that needs to be communicated to renters. Especially if they have children. I put myself in a swimsuit, grabbed a book, but found it was completely under construction with a note on the door saying it’s closed for the season.

Styx concert

Belle endroit lit confortable , grandes pièces, relativement propre sauf quelques cheveux des locataires précédents sur le sofa. Un peu bruyant par contre, mais dans la chambre à coucher c'est acceptable. Nous avons passé de bonne nuit et est situé pas très loin de Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion et d'une épicerie. Une note de 4,5 sur 5. Si l'occasion se présente je vais y retourner.

Pleasant stay

Had no complaints. There were a few minor issues, the bathroom heater didn't work, and the thermostat in the living room seemed to have a mind of its own. But it was off-season, and for just myself it wasn't a bother. Fully stocked, with just about everything you could think of, that lasted me easily for a week. Being near the lakeside is relaxing, and everything you need is in easy walking distance.

Loved the condo !

The condo was very nice and comfy , perfect for what we needed. However , we were disappointed in the advertised lake view , and there was some confusion about parking ( we had a Uhaul) .

Great location

This rental was great for what my husband and I needed for a weekend getaway to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary. The location was great as we had a lovely view of the lake and it was centrally located to businesses and restaurants in the area. Overall it was wonderful.
