Million Dollar View of Lake Winni w/Kitchenette, Balcony. Flexible check in/out

Typical hotel room set-up with two queen beds and a private, en-suite bath. Centrally located in the heart of the beautiful New Hampshire Lakes region and all its attractions, shopping and restaurants! 1/2 mile to Weirs Beach, 4 miles to the Bank of NH Pavilion/Meadowbrook concert venue, 6 miles to Gunstock. Your private balcony view is breathtaking in any season....See the autumn leaves change in New England.....Ski/Snowboard nearby Gunstock in the winter, enjoy the short walk to Weirs Beach in the summer. Hike. Bike. Boat. Ski.

If you haven't visited our property for awhile it's definitely time to take another look! The entire property was renovated in 2024 - interior and exterior -increasing our amenities and moving the pool adjacent to our building while adding the hot tub, changing facilities and observation looking over the lake.

I think the best part, however, is the hosting. I am retiring in June, 2025 after 30 eventful years in the field of education and I am devoting myself to hosting full-time, on property. It's good news for my guests in the sense that I will be able to lower my hosting fees (and cleaning fees, since I will be doing the cleaning myself). Also I will be nearby if something goes wrong or if you need anything (this was tough to do, living in Maine!) Finally, because I am doing it all myself I will be able to offer early check-in and late check-out - just ask!!!!!!

We had the most incredible stay. We walked in and saw the bright blue views of Lake Winnipesaukee and woke up to the most breathtaking sunrise. This condo is clean, has what we need for a weekend getaway and beds are comfy. I will come back. Very close to NH Pavilion.

Exactly as described, and a good value for the money!! The unit was clean and had everything we needed; Sherri was great to communicate with and even though we didn’t need her for anything, it was clear she was accessible if we had. Great views of the lake & mountains and stunning sunrises. The property itself wasn’t quite as well-kept as the unit but that didn’t matter much to us. The location was convenient and made a great jumping off point to explore around the lake.

We went to area for a concert. This unit is very clean and updates are very nice. The room is comfortable and perfect for our short stay. Location is near so much to do and pool area on site was a great plus.

Perfect getaway spot

Stayed overnight and attended a concert locally. This place is perfect for a getaway! It’s located near everything in the Weirs area. The view of the lake is stunning. The room is very clean, inviting and homey. Our host Sherri is extremely helpful and communicated efficiently with us with perfect instructions. I saved this place as a favorite.

Perfect for our short stay. Property exactly as listed. Under a 5 minute drive to Weirs, Funspot and mini golf. Swimming in the pool was a great way to end the day!

It is a nice location for long visits

It is nice and it is located in the center of the state so it allows you to visit other parts of the state easily. This condo has the feel of a hotel room. It does have some nice amenities, like a pool and hot tub,. Nice & clean. Good rate on a week stay.

Quiet relaxing stay and beautiful view/unit

I stayed at Sherri's with a friend for a girls weekend and the place was perfect. Quiet, relaxing, and a beautiful view. The updated shower and unit were really nice. Comfortable bed. Easy checkin. Conveinent to Weirs, Meredith, Ellacoya State Park. Would return!

Never made it!!!

Unfortunately, we never made it to the property. Our vehicle broke down about 10 hours in and 4 hours away! Go figure. Sherri was absolutely phenomenal to work with in regards to the last minute cancellation and very understanding. Hopefully we’ll actually be able to get the whole way up there on the next trip!

My philosophy is simple: treat guests the way I like to be treated when I travel. Soft sheets and blankets, dried in fresh New England breezes on our clothesline in the summer, a beautiful place that is very, very clean and spacious. The view is wonderful, there is a lot to do in the area, but if you want to stay in and play board games with your family there are many to choose from. We truly hope that our place provides you and your family/friends with many wonderful memories, as it does for us!

The Weirs Beach area has a lot of vintage charm - families have been vacationing here for years. Whether it's the wide variety of local restaurants and the our old-timey Drive In movie theater, mini golf, lake cruise, climbing adventure, arcades, bumper boats or scenic train there is something fun for everyone!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The condo is at the center of the fun-filled Lakes Region area but it's located on the end of the third floor - great view AND a balcony to enjoy it on! The property is perched high above the busy Weirs Beach area. Our location is at the center of it all but the elevator will whisk you away to a peaceful oasis and a wonderful place to relax.
