Million Dollar View of Lake Winnipesaukee! Private balcony Flexible check in/out

Our guests love the view and our property amenities in every season but if you're looking for fun and adventure there is plenty to be found in the lakes region. Summer offers an on-site pool, spa and sports court plus lots of off-site dining opportunities and family fun. Winter offers skiing, skating, tubing and ice fishing nearby.
If you haven't visited our property for awhile it's definitely time to take another look! The entire property was renovated in 2024 - interior and exterior -increasing our amenities and moving the pool adjacent to our building while adding the hot tub, changing facilities and observation looking over the lake.

I think the best part, however, is the hosting. I am retiring in June, 2025 after 30 eventful years in the field of education and I am devoting myself to hosting full-time, on property. It's good news for my guests in the sense that I will be able to lower my hosting fees (and cleaning fees, since I will be doing the cleaning myself). Also I will be nearby if something goes wrong or if you need anything (this was tough to do, living in Maine!) Finally, because I am doing it all myself I will be able to offer early check-in and late check-out - just ask!!!!!!

For a quick over night stay the property was easily accessed and comfortable with a beautiful view and communication with the owner was clear and friendly. If given the opportunity again I’d like to spend more time in the surrounding areas.

The studio is the perfect size for 2 people. It was a quiet end unit condo with a spectacular view of the lake. The location was close to most of Laconia's main attractions.The studio has everything you need in the full kitchen if you decide to cook. The ac kept us very cool during the heat wave.Everything was new and well maintained. Communication was quick and excellent with Sherri. She is very accommodating......TIP.......Bring an eye mask as the bright morning sun comes right through the blinds and curtains.We had an excellent stay and would stay here again.

Wonderful

The place was cute and had a great view, the bed was comfy, and it had all the amenities you could possibly want or need. It was such a steal for all it had to offer. We loved playing ping pong and using the pool and hot tub. We were provided with lots of games in the room that kept us entertained. Sherri was great to communicate with and was super accommodating and informative. We’d love to stay again sometime

Perfect Getaway

Couldn’t ask for more for a place to go to for a weekend getaway in the winter! Near to restaurants and gas/convenient store. Perfect size for 2. The views are amazing! Sherri is a top notch host - always available if you have any issues. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Magical place

Dropping off my daughter for her second year of college, I was lucky enough to rent this spot for 2 nights before the long drive home. The overall facility is a bit older, but that is part of the charm of NH. Access could not have been easier. The owner sent me everything I needed well in advance. I was able to arrive early enough to have dinner in Weirs Beach with my daughter at Dox, before her move in the next day. The place is 5 minutes from the lake. Lobster in the Rough was a great place for takeout. The grilled chicken sandwich and homemade chips were yummy! I loved all of the small touches inside the unit. The incredibly comfy Murphy bed, great shower and vanity area, large kitchen island, solid countertops, modern appliances with a retro feel. The fridge was of course the star of the show. It was still warm, but I never needed AC, and the fireplace wasn’t used, but must be great in the colder months! One thing I can’t get out of my brain is that view, it was unreal! No matter what time of day, you are treated with the feeling of calmness and tranquillity. It’s far enough away from the busyness of Weirs Beach and perched just high enough to have sweeping views of the lake, and still feels private. Even though I visited with friends while in NH, I couldn’t wait to get back to the deck! Leave the curtain open when you go to sleep at night and wake up to the most amazing sunrises. Thanks to the owners for sharing this special place!

My philosophy is simple: treat guests the way I like to be treated when I travel. Soft sheets and blankets, dried in fresh New England breezes on our clothesline in the summer, a beautiful place that is very, very clean and spacious. The view is wonderful, there is a lot to do in the area, but if you want to stay in and play board games with your family there are many to choose from. We truly hope that our place provides you and your family/friends with many wonderful memories, as it does for us!

The Weirs Beach area has a lot of vintage charm - families have been vacationing here for years. Whether it's the wide variety of local restaurants and the our old-timey Drive In movie theater, mini golf, lake cruise, climbing adventure, arcades, bumper boats or scenic train there is something fun for everyone!

This condo is an end unit in the building which means it gets flooded with sunlight and also tends to be a more quiet, peaceful place to be!
