A couple problems like the toilet in the bathroom wouldn’t fill and the living room shade wouldn’t close. Other than that very nice place well decirated

Great vacation

Husband, son, daughter-in-law and I loved the condo and how close it is to the beach. We enjoyed having breakfast and lunches on the balcony with a view of the beautiful ocean beyond the sand dunes. It was nice having the beach chairs and umbrella included. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation! Thank you!

Destin family reunion

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stays in unit 1155. The unit was very clean with plenty of room in the living / dining room for my family of 5 and other family members in unit above us to visit and eat meals. Loved the location to the beach and the deck space. We flew to Destin and used Uber for transportation. Other family members drove and had cars which was good as we had to make several trips to the store and target. Condo does not have any basic amenities such as paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries. This particular condo did not have any blankets for the fold out bed in the couch. The king bed was very uncomfortable and hard. I had to go to target to buy blankets, pillows and an egg crate mattress to help make it more comfortable. The kitchen could use a baking sheet, crockpot and large pot. Only 1 packet of dish soap for a 5 day stay. Overall, it was a beautiful place to stay. My family had an amazing trip. Had I known that I would have to purchase such basic amenities I would have been more prepared and brought another bag along so I didn’t have to make so many trips to the store. OR I would have looked at other options.

Beautiful beach front condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful beach front condo just steps from the ocean. The property was very clean and well maintained. There were lots of glasses, plates, cookware, silverware, blender, toaster, etc. for use in the kitchen. There were plenty of linens and toilet paper. We utilized the washer and dryer daily. Be sure to bring laundry detergent, paper towels, Kleenex, Saran Wrap, foil, spices, cooking spray/oil, salt and pepper, as these items were not supplied. While we were there the deck was under construction and not able to be used. It was extremely loud, all day every day. We were also unable to open the curtains on the ocean side as the workers were right outside of the windows. We were not offered a discount for the inconvenience. The construction should be completed by now, so any future renters should have no issues there. The beach service was also great. It was nice to be able to get two chairs and an umbrella to enjoy the beach each day. Aside from the construction, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this rental.

Our vacation

I believe the only negatives would be carpet in bedrooms smelled, building are built thin so if someone above you isn’t understanding of that, you will here them all night long. I also believe the management company should make aware of smoking laws. Medical card or not, when the smell of smoke is inside your unit with children, it’s very annoying. Should be only allowed outside of units!!!! Other than that, great location, beautiful beaches and pools!!! I would stay at the property again for sure, also the beach restaurant is good! And all the staff at the location are very attentive and pleasant .

Fall Break

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only complaint I have is that there was no dryer and the washer in the unit did not work. As someone with children, this is one of the main reasons I book a condo when going to the beach. The management company could not be bothered to help and was borderline rude about it. (except for one very nice lady who sent over some quarters for the laundry facilities). Not how I wanted to spend my vacation time, though. Otherwise, great condo, great location! The pools and the other amenities are great. With all that being said, I do think this will be the last time I stay here since I did not feel validated in my concerns.

It almost looked like it had been flooded.The front door gets stuck half open because the flooring wasn't intalled correctly.The washer/dryer combo was a nightmare to use. Love the location but will look for a different condo for next year.

The only downside was that we were hoping to have stairs from the back patio but other than that we enjoyed our time!!
