Make memories at Lake of the Ozarks! There is something for everyone here at the Lake, whether you are looking for a family friendly vacation, romantic getaway, outdoor adventure, shopping trip, or a round of golf. This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom newly updated condo that sleeps 4. Located in the family friendly complex of Compass Pointe.

Compass Pointe is situated in the Heart of Osage Beach right on the MAIN channel at the 19.5-mile marker. You can walk to the Outlet Mall or visit one of the many fun boutiques. Several championship golf courses are located close to the condo. Big Surf Water Park, Go Karts, Parasailing, Miner Mike and the Trampoline Park are all within a few miles. Besides its magnificent view, Compass Pointe has one of the largest and most unique pools at the lake. It is a zero entry making entering and exiting the pool a breeze, has a color changing feature for night swimming, and not to mention the dumping water buckets that are sure to create laughter from your kiddos.

This property is newly updated with quality and comfortable furnishings. By water or by land it is conveniently located. Walmart and Dierbergs are close by for groceries and drinks. With a fully equipped kitchen it meets all your cooking/baking needs. Want a night off from cooking? That’s not a problem either. It is located a quick boat ride or car ride to many great waterfront restaurants, such as Redhead Yacht Club, Dog Days, and Backwater Jacks.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat screen tv, cable, and an ensuite bathroom that connects to the common area.
The second master bedroom features a queen sized bed, tv, cable. and a private attached bathroom.
Living area includes a flat screen tv, cable, and a sliding glass door that leads to the balcony. Sunsets are breathtaking from this spacious area that overlooks the main channel for miles. Grab your favorite beverage and enjoy the view. There is plenty of room to relax and unwind.



*To make your stay more enjoyable we give you the convenience of traveling light. We supply linens, 5 bath towels, 2 paper towel rolls, 10 garbage bags, 4 rolls of toilet paper, and soaps (such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent). We also have a full-size washer and dryer for your extended stays.

Comparing this rental within the last year. One at Bridgepointe, Park View & the other At Park Place, this rental fell short on comparison. The stairs & stairwell need a good pressure washing, was not a welcoming view before arriving at the unit.. The unit was clean. The Bed was comfortable. Does appear to need some updating & touch ups here & there. The deck appears to not have been cleaned in some time. Maybe the cleaning staff only do inside condo, no sure. The bathroom stool off of the main bedroom needs new mechanics in the reservoir. After each flushing, we would need to adjust the float to stop the cycle. Did not find an ironing board. Did not find towels or dish clothes in the kitchen. And there were only 5 miss mate towels & a few miss mate washcloths in the entire unit. Offering this as constructive criticism. We have stayed at Park Side several times in past (2000-2021), always same unit, until owner sold & moved to FL (guess we were spoiled) Peace & Everything Good, Judy

Close to any where we wanted to go.Clean and spacious unit. Loved having cable!! Downside, the stairs, but the view was worth it. The one time we had an issue with the lock, the owner responded quickly and issue was easily resolved. If we ever go back to the area we will book again.

What a beautiful view!It was perfect for 2 people to have own bathroom and bedroom. You could easily do 4 people comfortably. Perfect covered balcony to sit and view the lake. Location was perfect for sightseeing and hiking and dining. Centrally located. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean place to stay. The pool was very nice and clean. The only issue we had as the thermostat changed constantly and we never set it under 71 degrees. I would wake up hot in the middle of the night and it was set at 85 degrees. It was 93-98 degrees outside the whole visit.

The location and the view is very good. The property is a little dated and is in a “well loved” condition. If something can be done to clean up the cobwebs all along the stairway and on the back porch that would give a better impression of the property overall.

The condo was very clean. I was not prepared for 4 flights of stairs. Twenty eight stairs should be added to the description. However this did not take away from convenience of the location for all of our planned activities. The pool is wonderful and added bonus of cornhole is nice. Host is prompt with replies when contacted. Definitely will recommend to others.

The only issue was the unit was on the 4th floor with no elevator. The unit was clean and close to several activities and restaurants. We enjoyed just hanging out in the condo.

Great location

Quick get a way for our 10th anniversary. Married at the Bridal Cave so we re-visited the Cave. Did some shopping and a lot of eating and sightseeing. The condo is in a great location as far as viewing the lake, would make a great summer location. The condo is very roomy, and the bedding is comfortable, We would definitely return

Friends getaway

Was AWSOME. Very clean. Taken care of. Great response from property owners. I thought I was going to have to leave early because my grandkids had been in a car accident but was able to stay. Would definitely come again.

Good for the price

You have to turn on the water and water heater upon check in. That was not in the confirmation e-mail. Inside of unit was clean but needs updating. The patio had to nice view of the lake (cove) but had many cobwebs and wasps flying around. Great location!

Lovely

The location was great and the view was priceless. A little freaked out when we arrived there was a cluster of wasps on the wall near ceiling, but took care of them. A side note the Make up station was pretty much empty, but we brought our own , so no big deal. Would definitely stay there again!!!

Decent stay

We had a good experience with this stay. The condo needs some updating but was good for what we needed. Kitchen was well stocked! My only things I'd give a heads up about is, the unit is up a few flights of stairs, our bed was very bouncy and loud. Probably just need a spring.new box
