Newly renovated beautiful apartment in the heart of Edgartown. Full kitchen with brand new appliances, hardwood floors and cozy atmosphere makes it a perfect getaway location.
The apartment is located right on the bike path with off street parking. Located above a quaint little fly fishing shop and is quiet in the mornings and evenings.

It is less than a 10 minute walk to historic downtown Edgartown with restaurants closer. The grocery store is located less than 5 minutes by foot. Edgartown is full of amazing restaurants, galleries, coffee shops, bars, lighthouse and beach.

All was great and it was the perfect landing spot for my trip. Only feedback I have is the light out back was really dim or out in general so it was dark at night and the mini split didn’t seem to cooperate with changes. Overall it was fine because I wasn’t there much other than to sleep and get ready for my day but wanted to provide that feedback. Thanks so much!

Just a quick stay... but the location was great. Just a 10 min walk to Edgartown. We did have a car but the weather was so perfect we walked. Bed was comfortable. Many great restaurants close- We loved Rockfish!

Do not book for more than two adults!

I was amazed at the number of 10/10 reviews for this property, but the devil is in the detail, and the reviews from Patrick W in June 2023 and Rachel L in September 2024 paint a more accurate picture. First the positives, excellent communication throughout, flexible bag drop, a powerful shower, and a helpful shop manager Steve downstairs to address the problems we had. Upon arrival, you are greeted by a pile of old sports equipment outside the accommodation, see the photos below. We booked the property for 3 adults, it is marketed for up to 4, but on arrival, only the double bed was made up, there is a small sofa bed, but no sheets, this certainly couldn’t fit two more people. Secondly the property is described as newly renovated, it seems this is no longer the case, as the wood in the bathroom was rotting away. Finally, there were very few basics in the apartment, let alone the personal touches you expect from a host. Toilet paper and soap would be the minimum you should expect in a VRBO, shower gel, shampoo and given the price, perhaps coffee for the machine wouldn’t go a miss either. The apartment would suit a young couple looking for a no frills base on the island, but VRBO should remove “newly renovated” from the description and the host could consider cleaning up the outside entrance - first impressions - and adding a few welcome touches. It has potential, but currently leaves a lot to be desired.

Very Cute and Excellent Location

We stayed for the 4th of July weekend and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Short walking distance to downtown Edgartown, parade, fireworks, shops, restaurants and convenience stores. Place was as described, cute, clean and parking was great.

Perfect location

Tidy apartment perfectly located near grocery stores, restaurants and downtown. Bike path infront to South Beach or Jaws bridge.

The apartment is in a great location for walking into Edgartown and the near by grocery. It was perfect for the four of us. We enjoyed our stay! Great mother-daughter week!

Not exactly as described

Way too small for 3 people. Glad we brought a small air mattress, did not use the uncomfortable pullout couch (couch looks tired). Very bare bones, no outside seating and not as updated as described- oldpainted cabinets with new granite counters.Very dark,lightbulb out in the bathroom. Bathroomway too small for 3 people to get readyOld sponges, not new ones, and a small bag was left outside our door after checking in with 2 rolls of unwrapped toilet paper, one paper towel, hand soap, and dish soap because we had 2 basically empty bottles of both upon checkin. The location to town was fine, however, for the price I should have booked a hotel. Would not stay here again. Perhaps its fine for 2 young adults. No more than 2 people should stay here. out couch. Not as newly renovated as described.. posinly

Vineyard escape

The place is just as the picture shows. Definitely on the smaller side, but comfortable for a family of four with two young children. The location could not be better! You are in walking distance of a Stop & Shop, bike rental, car rental, restaurants, and downtown Edgartown. Right on the bike path. The place could have been stocked with towels and more kitchen supplies.

Condo is in a great location. It’s right on the bus line and near grocery store and nice restaurants. Great for those that don’t bring a car over. Not overly priced and it is comfortable.

Never again - super dirty location

Immediately upon arrival we were greeted by an extremely dirty apartment. The entire kitchen, including dishes and floors, was extremely dirty and poorly equipped. The highlight, however, was the completely filthy sofa. the apartment is located above the fishing equipment shop on the main street to Edgartown. the kitchen was extremely poorly equipped. no tea towels, no rags, not enough glasses and so on. We contact the owner 3 times - no answer. The owner is also the owner of the shop - unbeliavable.

Great Stay!

We loved our long weekend stay at this property. Great location (car rental shop on one side, bike rentals the other, convienence store across street, Stop and Shop and a liquor store down the road and plenty of restaurants) with the heart of Edgartown a short walk away. Host were easy to work with and we hope to return!

Better choices can be made

First the positives....the host was great to communicate with and responsive. Furthermore, the check in/out process was really easy. Additionally water pressure in shower was great. On the downside the place was overpriced when I compare it to what our friends paid for rooms at inns nearby. The furniture was wet from what I assume was a prior occupant leaving the windows open when it rained; the bed needs to be upgraded and the entrance from the rear of the building leaves a lot to be desired. My guess is if you are in your 20's or 30's this place is fine but if you typically stay at nice places the current in place rating is too high.

Great location and cute apartment

We were in town for a weeding and found the location to be super convenient. The apartment is great for a couple. My only recommendation would be for the apartment to have a full body mirror ($20 mirror from Walmart) especially when getting ready for a wedding. The only mirror is in the bathroom. Other than that great spot and stay.

Great escape!

This was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway for three moms before the summer craziness with kids begins! Perfect location, cozy and well appointed, prompt communication with the owner and ample parking which you can’t take for granted in Edgartown. We brought linens just in case…which we did need for the pullout couch as they weren’t provided. FYI. Gem of a place! Would definitely return!
