We are about 1 block from the Hockhocking Adena Bikeway. Ride your bike there, no car needed. This is also a great walking and hiking pathway that goes for miles. We are also very close to the Little Fish Brewery, ride you bike there, walk or drive. Very easy. Larry's Dog House, the iconic hot dog, lunch, dinner, soft serve milk shake haven is one half block away!
There are two dedicated outdoor parking spaces plus a garage for your use. If you are bringing bikes, the garage makes perfect storage or use it as an extra parking space.
We provide a coffee service with a Keurig machine and a Mr. Coffee brewer. Bring your own coffee or try ours.
There is a small private deck in back to hang out. The TV is located in the living room and is a state of the art smart flat screen with Hulu.
The bedrooms have black out curtains for your sleeping pleasure. Our furniture and mattresses are new.

We are a locally owned company (Athens Short Term Rentals LLC). We live here in Athens and we have a retail store, Athens Furniture where our office is located. Questions or problems can be addresses by the in town owners and the office people in our store. We are always a phone call or text away.
The neighborhood is a bedroom community tucked into an enterprise zone of mixed residential and businesses. We are extremely close to everything.
The city bus stops on the main street from the townhouse, about 50 steps away. The bike path is about 1 block away. Athens city has smart parking meters so there is almost always parking, bring your quarters. Uber and Lyft are fast and just a couple of dollars to the University. Ohio University is 3 minutes away. OhioHealth O’Bleness Hospital is 1 minute away.
