Free WIFI. Townhouse with three bedrooms. 1 King Bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs and a half bath down. Complete kitchen with full size appliances and dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes, etc. VERY clean with new mattresses and furniture. The king bedroom is a master-suite with one of the full bathrooms and door that completely separates from other 2 bedrooms (also has walk in closet). Garage is yours plus two parking spots in front. Living room has a Roku TV, channels. Super nice townhouse, the whole townhouse is yours. 1 master suite with king comfy mattress, walk in closet and full bath with shoer, no bath tub. and door that closes and locks. Down the hall is a queen bedroom and another twin extra long bedroom. There is a full bath with shower and tub in the hallway. Downstairs is a half bath. The entire townhouse is yours! *Free WIFI *1 King Bedroom suite with complete bath *1 Queen Bedroom *1 Twin Extra Long Bedroom *Contactless self check-in *Parking for 3 cars (1 in garage) * Stairs Required; Bedrooms Located Upstairs *2.5 baths, each suite has a full private bath *Outdoor semi-private sitting area in back and some yard space. We are about 1 block from the Hockhocking Adena Bikeway. Ride your bike there, no car needed. This is also a great walking and hiking pathway that goes for miles. We are also very close to the Little Fish Brewery, ride you bike there, walk or drive. Very easy. Larry's Dog House, the iconic hot dog, lunch, dinner, soft serve milk shake haven is one half block away! The entire townhouse is yours!

Fall Graduation Stay

Very nice location, well maintained property. Our family stayed here for our daughter's graduation of her master's program. It was great to have a nice 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom place to stay. Everything was perfectly stocked and very clean. Highly recommend. We will return.

Truly, home away from home…

From the time we opened the door, the property did not disappoint. The home was spotless, cozy, nicely furnished and decorated. When I reached out to Mitchell about what supplies I needed to bring, soap, detergent, coffee, etc. he said, “no worries, we supply a little bit of every thing you could need.” He was NOT kidding! Thank you for your again for your hospitality! It was a delight! Will definitely book again when we visit our son at OU. 😄

Athens accommodations for family

We chose this location instead of getting multiple hotel rooms for our family. Everything was exactly as advertised. Perfect solution for a family of 4. Everyone had their own room. Kids had a separate bathroom from the primary. Plus, a half bath on the first floor. Full kitchen with everything we needed if we had decided to cook. We enjoyed the cozy living room and comfortable beds. Will absolutely stay here again if we are in the area. Bigger groups would enjoy the convenience of a home base with personal space by getting units nextdoor.

Motorcycle trip

Super clean and fresh. The owners have really stocked the house with the comfort of renters- everything from games,DVD’s, books, cooking spices— you name it, they have probably thought of it. We will definitely stay again when I’m Athens!!

Nice place in Athens

This rental was very clean and comfortable for my wife and I to spend the long Memorial Day weekend in. Very convenient (approx. a block) to the Hockhocking Adena Bikeway, which was one of our purposes in the area. Also convenient (approx. 40 min) to Hocking Hills State Park, which was another of our purposes. It's a little bit of a hike (a little over a mile) to get into the main part of town, but easy enough to make a quick drive and parking was easy. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen much, except for coffee and storing stuff in the fridge, but it had what we needed, and looked to have a good selection of stuff if you wanted to cook yourself. Overall a very nice stay, and we would rent this place again if we're back in the area.

An OU Thanksgiving

For a number of reasons, we had to book a last minute place to stay in Athens for Thanksgiving. This place was a perfect for our family. It was super clean, quiet, well stocked with kitchen gear, and even had a few toys and games for our kiddos. The Kurieg and K-cups were a god send before our daily travels around town for family visits. The location is right next to the bike path that leads to campus along the river. While we didn't get to enjoy it, it is always a nice way to head toward campus. The area is quiet and away from normal off campus living location for students. If another Athens stay is needed, I would definitely book this over any of the hotels in the area.
