The first guest room offers a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with its own private balcony looking north for a calming view of the Santa Rosa Sound. The second guest room also offers two full beds with close access to the hall bathroom. The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. And there are community gas and charcoal grills and enough parking for two vehicles!
