Condominio recién agregado. Bienvenido a Almost Heaven, uno de nuestros condominios recientemente agregados, ubicado en el piso 13 de Beach Colony East. Este gran condominio de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños ofrece 1750 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable y un gran balcón donde puede disfrutar de las magníficas vistas del golfo. Alfombra bereber en todas partes, hay un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 "en la sala de estar. Esta unidad duerme 8, con el dormitorio principal con una cama queen, TV de pantalla plana de 32 ", acceso al balcón frontal del golfo y un baño en suite con bañera, ducha y tocador doble. Hay una habitación de invitados con una cama queen y baño en suite con ducha, la otra habitación tiene dos camas individuales. Esta habitación tiene acceso al baño de la sala, por lo que si desea que sea posible en la suite. Ambas habitaciones también tienen un televisor de pantalla plana. Hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Navarre Beach te ofrece unas vacaciones inolvidables con las aguas color esmeralda y kilómetros de playa de arena blanca azucarada por las que somos conocidos. Another perfect vacation

Stayed here 6/21thru 6/28 .Condo was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Had problem with air conditioner on the 3 rd day. Called and they had it fixed in 2 hrs. would definitely stay here again. Close to pool, beach and pier. Loved It .

Almost Heaven Indeed

We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was that our condo did not feel clean. The floors were truly filthy, we had to keep our feet covered the whole time, there was a black sticky film on all the floors. There were alarming evidences of a spotty cleaning job, such as a used bandaid by the nightstand, used dental floss in the floor, and even a sanitary sticker from some ones baiting suit stuck to our bed? This was disappointing because we never felt quite at ease with the sanitation of our environment.

Stormy weather!

This is the second time staying in this condo. It seems that they are not keeping their amenities updated. The jacuzzi tub in the master still doesn't work and now the automatic icemaker no longer works. Although they weren't listed, it makes you think that the property is not maintained well. Although it appears they put new vinyl flooring in the living area instead of carpet throughout. We came during April and some extremely stormy weather. Didn't get to enjoy the balcony due to high winds and all furniture was inside the condo. No mention of weather, etc from property manager upon check-in. Still spent time on the glorious beach. May have to look at another place

Nice location and beautiful view but the baths and showers need to be cleaned better. The tv remotes barely work and it’s hard to get the tvs to work properly. There really needs to be instructions on which remotes to use and how to use them. We spent hours getting the tvs to work. There is no WiFi that we could find from the condo. There is a sign that says connect to an unsecured network but there were no unsecured networks to connect to during our stay. There was mildew in all the showers and in the jacuzzi tub. I spent hours cleaning the showers before I would allow my family to use them. There is no condiments, no extra items left in the condo other than dish liquid and washer pouch. It surprised me there were absolutely no extras, no salt/peoper or condiments of any kind in the kitchen. There was plenty of cooking utensils to cook though. My elderly father was unable to go on the balcony due to a huge sliding door threshold step his walker or wheelchair were unable to go over. There were no discharge instructions so check out was a little confusing other than 10am. Other than that the condo was roomy and accommodated my family of 8 nicely. The pool and grill areas are nice and the Beach Colony staff was very kind and hardworking. Navarre Beach was beautiful!

The Beach Colony as a whole is wonderful and has great amenities! However, Unit 13D is in need of some maintenance, deep cleaning, and updating. Upon arrival, we noticed the tile floors were sticky and high-touch areas, like around the handles, had been missed by housekeeping. The wicker furniture throughout is quite dated with noticeably worn paint, and two of the three shower heads function with pretty low pressure. While the resort itself has incredible views, a great pool, and a friendly community, I would suggest looking at a different unit within the building until this unit’s condition and cleanliness have had a chance to be addressed by the owners.

Almost Heaven is a bit of a stretch

Elevators were both not working properly. We got stuck multiple times for several minutes. One time up to 30 minutes! It was very disappointing to pay so much for a condo and have to take 13 flights of stairs.

The place was clean and very nice. The only downfall was their were no beach rental for chairs or chairs in room to take out. Excellent views from balcony and nice size rooms and comfortable beds

Pics on vrbo are old. Everything was covered with Furniture covers. Patio furniture was rusted out.

This property did not ruin our stay but is in need of definite updating. It is the worst condo I have rented. Not that it affected our vacation, but there are much nicer more updated places for the same price.

The place was very nice. It needed one of the balcony door handles fixed and both balcony doors were very hard to open and close. The master bathroom commode wobbled but other than that it was AWESOME! We would definitely stay again. See you next year!
