Great location. Host was super quick to answer any stupid questions I had. If I had read I would have known what I ask. I figured that out later. She is super nice. Partner lived the bed. Hot shower Cute place right across from beach walking distance to everything

Illusion of privacy

Do not be fooled by the blinds in the bathroom, they do not hide anything. When I reached out to the host about this, she offered no resolution besides telling us to hang a towel and offering to refund the remainder of our stay if we left early. When stating it was not possible to hang a towel, she ignored the problem and told us nobody could see through the tiny bathroom window while ignoring requests of contact info to send pictures to. Pictured below are some of the pictures I tried to send her but could not. There was also no ironing board, which listing said there should be. Nice location, but we would NEVER stay somewhere owned by host again when a concern like this was essentially brushed off.

Great location, but…..

The wrong code was given after a long day of travel. We stayed for 10 days, we could not tune in any channels on the tv in the living room, we were told to turn it on on the side, still nothing. The bed had a very thick memory foam on top of the mattress. It was extremely uncomfortable, we used the pull out most of the time. Paint was coming off in the bathroom ceiling. You are not allowed to turn the air down past 72. It was so hot sleeping. Very disappointing for the price we paid. Some very easy fixes to make it more comfortable.

This place was adorable to stay in and the perfect spot for this area. Right in front of the beach and the bed was SO comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great location

This property is perfect, so close to the beach & close to many restaurants. Bed is uncomfortable, but the place is great, everything you could need is already there. The view is perfect. Would definitely recommend this property & would stay there again.

We just returned home for our perfect stay in St. Pete. This is a sweet little spot close to the ocean, with all necessaries included. The property is within walking distance to a few of the local restaurants. Great, friendly place. Looking forward to our return!

Beach Retreat

Great location. Condo was clean and comfortable. Five minute walk to the beautiful beach. Within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay again.

Great spot right near the beach

A very chill spot that's right next to the Beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The bed is pretty lumpy and check-in was kinda confusing because we didn't get a code until after we arrived, but overall it's a very affordable spot with an excellent location.

Mid-winter break in St. Pete beach

I really recommend it, my family and I had a lot of fun! Beautiful beach, good beach infrastructure and the condo localization is close to the beach and stores, I will plan to come back.

This condo offers a quick trip to the ocean and beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. Quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of anything you may need.

Cleanliness and online photos

80's condo, great location and walking distance to dining and the beach. Condo is outdated and was filthy. If you like clean and new this is not for you. The bedsheets were the cleanest thing in the unit which allowed you to sleep. Shower was moldy, ceiling in bathroom was old dropdown and most panels Cracked with debris. Toilet wasn't working when we arrived and had to have a plumber fix the next day. Cabinet and silverware/utensils were old and wouldn't let a dog eat off of. Floors needed swept and sand from previous renters still in couches. The photos make it look like a nice unit but it needs updating. The location is great and steps to the beach which is what you are paying for I guess.

Inexperienced

I have stayed at hundreds of hotels from Europe to Alaska, but have never vacationed in a condo. We did not realize there was no fresh soap provided. There was bottled soap and shampoos remaining from previous guests staying during the pandemic, but We were not going to use those. We went and purchased fresh soap. There was only one face towel for 2 people staying 3 nights, but we’re advised after I contacted the agent that there was laundry soap and laundry available. The discussion in writing with the agent about a balcony overlooking the ocean turned out to be a small balcony on the side of the bldg with a small view of the surf between trees from 500 yds. I had expressed in writing how the view of the surf was a priority to me and she assured me I would have that. The living area was neat and all appliances available, but the bathroom was in need of an update and all of the used shampoos and conditioners need disposed of. That was unsettling to suggest we use those products that were used by others during the pandemic. The agent advised that most condos operate in the same manner, and I have no reason to doubt her comments, but I do wish I would have had a clue that there aren’t sufficient fresh towels and wash cloths and soap provided for a 3 day stay.

Perfect for us!

Me and my grandmother stayed here for a beach wedding. This condo is tucked away in the back but it was perfect for us! We were in walking distance to a few restaurants and super close to the beach! Paradise grill is right across the street and had great food! The walk to the beach was easy enough for my 72yo grandma! There were beach items provided which was a big plus! We loved our stay! Thanks so much!

Great for Weekend Getaway

We had a lovely time over a long weekend at the beach! We had everything we needed for a short stay, including towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. The place is right across the street from beach access. The host is very quick to respond, and the check in/out process is easy. The one thing that was hard for us was not being able to turn the air down below 72 degrees. It felt hotter than 72 and humid in the unit at times, though the box fans helped a bit. Just something to consider for those who like to feel cold when they sleep!

Great location. Two minute walk to beach and close to restaurants. Condo not very clean.

Outdated and not terribly clean. Had to wash every dish we used before using it. Pillows smell awful. Carpets need to be changed. Property has so much potential but it’s unkept.

Please remember less than a year ago our paradise was devastated with 2 historic storms which affected this area tremendously even though we are on the second floor, specifically anything on the first floor ie: entrances & hallways. We have bounced back rather quickly and 95% of places, attractions and restaurants are back up but there still are some unfortunate circumstances and areas under construction so if that is something that could effect your experience in anyway please reconsider. Otherwise come relax enjoy the beautiful beach, weather and experience this paradise for yourself.
