Partial Bay View Cottage, completely remodeled, fresh and sunny! Rest after long days in the sun and surf on a memory foam mattress . Enjoy the lovely coastal art & decor throughout this light-filled cottage. Walk to dining, fish from Fulton Pier directly across the street, or bike Fulton Beach Road along the bay. The unit is stand-alone with an attached carport, brand new bath, full kitchen, and two sunny bedrooms. The fish cleaning shack is just behind our unit and community grill is next door - catch, clean, cook and enjoy your coastal meal! Or, walk less than a block to several great seafood restaurants. Enjoy the newly refinished pool with bay view. We are in the very best spot to enjoy the charming coastal town of Fulton and the Rockport area.

Cute Cottage

The cottage was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It is decorated super cute with the owners artwork displayed throughout the rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking our own meals, as well as some pantry staples. WIFI worked great. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walk across the street to view the Gulf (I saw dolphins swimming close to shore one morning). The owner was easy to communicate with although we didn't encounter any problems. The neighbors were all super friendly, and we made a few new friends. We hope to return again next year. One tip would be to pack light. There isn't a lot of storage space. Overall, a great stay.encounter any problems. earbyWIacable

Quiet community

We loved the cottage. Well suited for long term stay for two with a bonus- 2nd bedroom with twin beds for occasional guest visitor.Awesome water pressure and plenty of hot water in shower. Private wash and dry.

Quick family getaway for Oysterfest

Cozy beach cottage just steps from Fulton Pier and the Oysterfest Fest grounds. Very friendly and accommodating host. We'll definitely visit again.

Charming, cozy cottage in walkable area by the harbor

Clean, comfortable, and central. The cottage has all that we needed, and we plan to come back again. Great location for bike riding and walkable to harbor fishing and Fulton dining. And we loved the pool.

Fulton Beach House

We had a great time in Fulton and Rockport, and this house was in a perfect location for our stay. The house was perfect for our small family and it had everything that we needed. There is a pool on the property, and a park and pier for fishing right down the street. The place was clean and ready for our stay, and the property manager was very communicative with us whenever we had any questions. She also went above and beyond with giving us suggestions for things to do and places to eat during our stay. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends. Outstanding vacation to the beach.

Late Summer Getaway

It was our first time using a vacation rental and the stay was amazing. The property was clean and fresh. It was decorated very cute. It was great for a family of 3. Everything was in walking or driving distance. Only drawback was no blinds or cover on the kitchen window which was facing a back yard. We put up a small cover for privacy. Overall very happy with everything from beginning to end.

Loved, loved, loved it.

We loved our stay at Harbor Cottage Inn. Gwen was awesome and easy to communicate with. Only recommendation I have is leaving two keys for guests. We locked ourselves out and another key would have been great, but Gwen worked hard getting us back in as soon as possible. My expectations were exceeded from the property, to the cottage and the pool. Best location I'm Rockport/Fulton. We look forward to staying here again.

Great place to stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing because you are able to walk across the street to fish on the pier or down a few blocks to restaurants and shops. We also had lots of fun at the pool! We plan to come back and stay here again.

Great Property & Great Owners

This was our first Vrbo experience and it was fantastic! The property was exactly as described and appears in the photos. The owners were awesome and extremely responsive to any questions. The unit is a corner unit, so the set up allowed us to enjoy grilling and playing cornhole in the driveway! We also walked to the pier to fish every night, as well as enjoyed the pool (when we weren’t at the beach), which was very clean and 8’ deep…bonus!! 😁 They had plenty of utensils, dishes and cookware…so no need to bring all that with you! However, I will say the steak knives weren’t great, so if you are having steaks you might want to bring your own…or you can just use the bigger kitchen knives! The unit was extremely clean and well kept. The beds were super comfortable and there is even a small washer & dryer in the outside storage unit which was convenient for us to wash our towels since we were showering at least twice a day. The kitchen window faces a back wall to another unit but there are no blinds on that window. There likely won’t be anyone back there, but I would recommend bringing something to hang over it. We just used a plastic table cloth and some big clips we happened to have and that worked fine. The fridge has a few common condiments, but otherwise is empty and ready for you to fill up. There are no cabinets to store your dry goods, so if you plan on cooking and bringing all your own snacks like we did there is nowhere to put them, which was really the only drawback of this cute little cottage. We just pulled the living room chair out a bit and kept all the food in our tote bags and out the rest against the living room wall on top of our cooler. It worked ok. There is one a/c unit in the living room and no vents in the bedrooms, but we brought our own fans and left the doors open at night and it stayed plenty cold! But I would definitely recommend bringing your own fans! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent this unit again! In fact we have already sent the info for this unit to several of our friends!! Thank you so much to Gwen and her husband for being great Vrbo owners!

Perfect place for a getaway!

Lovely little cottage. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable! It is cute and cozy. The owner was responsive and helpful. The location is nice and is within walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. There is a park with a playground very close too. We hope to return and would definitely stay again and recommend.

We love Fulton, Rockport, and especially Harbor Lights. We have made many friends over the years and have come to love this warm, breezy spot by the bay.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our cottage is newly restored (well, it will be basically brand new inside when complete this May!), yet still maintains the unique character of this small collection of cottages spread on lovely tropical grounds. You have the pool right out front or can enjoy the bay across the street. The pace is relaxed and the fishing is great!
