 B206 is a nice one bedroom one bathroom partial ocean view, with AC, condo with filtered views of the Ocean. B206 has a modern tile backsplash in the kitchen and has a large glass table setting where the bar has been completely removed. The bedroom has a California king size bed. The kitchen has been reworked with a glass and tile backsplash, canned ceiling lighting, tile floor and table in kitchen. Two luxury recliners give superior comfort as you relax in paradise. A full wall mirror graces one living room wall, providing a great deal of natural light. You can review more Luana Kai condo rentals.

Located on the 2nd floor, there are NO elevators so you walk up 2 flights of stairs.

Luana Kai is near several Boss Frog’s locations where you can rent bikes, scuba, snorkel gear, and book just about any activity you can imagine. Look for Boss Frog's in the Long’s center.

Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

Maui vacation 2025

The location is great, close to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Resort is really pretty with a nice pool. No complaints.

The stay was amazing, we loved the resort and how homey it felt so far away from our home. It was really easy to settle into and relax in. The location put us pretty close to the center of the island which was great for doing things in kanapali and on haleakala

The location is very convenient and has beautiful beach and views. The resort has hot tub and a little swimming pool, which the kid likes the most. The beds including sofa bed are comfortable. The beddings and bath towels seemed 100 years old and need to be replaced. The carpet and floor are not clean. The room is small but ok for 4 people. The dish washer and washer are very old. The washer machine is super loud.

I had a wonderful 9 days at Luana Kai. The condo was very clean and welcoming and the lanai was lovely for watching sunsets and having morning coffee. The furnishings are all very comfortable, the unit has split AC in both the bedroom and the living area...a must for me. They provide 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and 2 boogie boards. There is also a putting green in front of the unit but the unit doesn't provide putters (that I could find.) Very comfortable, hosts were welcoming and I had issues with the TV a few different days and Mario was right there to help solve the issue. Good communication and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

This property anticipates your needs for a trip to HI by providing those extras you need for an island adventure. Umbrella, Snorkeling Gear, Boogie Boards, etc.. We had a slight deviation on our arrival time, and it was handled with ease. When we arrived a day late the facilities person told us about the property, and things to help make our stay more enjoyable. The accommodations are outstanding. It's like being in your home. Not only do you have a great kitchen. The kitchen is also replicated on the pool deck. This facility exceeded expectations. I would choose again.

Cleanliness

The bathroom needed more attention to cleaning. Tub is dirty and faucet was too. Other than that office was superb in communication and helpfulness.

Amazing stay!

My friends and I loved our stay here! The location was perfect—easy access to the beach with a beautiful view from the balcony. It was the perfect size for the three of us with comfortable sleeping arrangements and lots of amnesties. We would 100% stay again!

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago.  I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here.  I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY.  I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now.  Such a delight.  

I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years.  We are on site in the front office and can take care of you.  We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
