Walk down the palm tree lined walk to your own little 1924 Hacienda. A little bit of Old Hollywood. Cute one bedroom apartment with living room, full bath, microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot-- All next to a cute breakfast nook. So much nicer than a hotel room. And close to Griffith Park walking trails, and close to Burbank and the Disney and Warner Brothers offices. A perfect location to be close to it all. In between two bus lines that are walking distance.

Work trip

The unit was clean and we had no difficulty getting inside. It was a little hard for us due to the very noisy neighbors who were also living/staying on the property. Granted, we were there over New Year and we were not partying...we were trying to work veyr hard and they had a party going until 4:30AM. But...it served us well for the time we were there.

Terrible communication with host lack of wifi

The place was nice and clean and spacious. Problems were:1. No WiFi 2. Communication with host- tried to contact host multiple times for wifi password bot the host never returned our messages. Spent the whole 5 days without WiFi3. Loud neighbors in attached home. We had arguing/ verbal fighting going on with a screaming baby one night.4. We were told the driveway was ours to park on, we came out to our car to find it covered in water spots and had to take it in to get washed. Cost us 49 to get it hand washed in order to get the spots out

Great location/clean

We enjoyed our stay. Pro’s: Great location, (near Burbank, Hollywood, and site seeing) unit is very clean. The unit has plenty of room. Off street parking was a bonus. Nearby stores, restaurants and laundry mat. Con’s: WiFi spotty, Thin walls so you hear everything the tennents on the other side of the walls are doing/saying. Theres a lot of rules when you get your check in instructions regarding bringing anything into the rental and to be extremely mindful of what you plug in so you don’t blow a fuse. Since there is no kitchen, it would be helpful to specfically state that in the description along with not being allowed to bring anything extra IE: blender, sandwich maker, etc. it would have helped with preplanning for food if you know you are staying for more than a few weeks. Again, the location is great and we had a good time. Would recommend staying there.

Nice and clean apartment in a quiet area

We have stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks and the value for money is great. It's simple, clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood. I would come back again.

The house was accurately described, clean and in a great location. The neighborhood is very quiet and they’re stores and fast food places to eat nearby. I would stsy here again.

MY hide away experience

GREAT location, Clean, convenient, beautiful little street, info on how to work TV would be helpful (i.e.- push ALL button even though 2 remotes), Bed would be more comfortable with thicker more padded covering between the plastic and sheets. Overall Great place for the price! would absolutely stay again.

Great For the purpose!

Great area, not too far from LA. Great proximity to grocery stores etc. Only thing, and this was my faulty for not seeing, not having a kitchen was a bit of a bummer, but have the fridge was helpful for the food I got from the grocery store.

Didn't sleep

This is a home shared by many people and the front of the home is sectioned off for the vrbo. I had people outside my bedroom window talking and a gate that slammed all night long due to wind. The bed was hard and my husband and I didn't sleep our whole weekend there. Was very disappointed

Beautiful location

Bathroom was beautiful and full length mirrors were great. Located right between two bus lines, it’s easy to get into downtown form here.

3-month stay, would reserve again

A family member stayed here for 3 months and everything went smoothly. Photos and description are accurate. Host is friendly and responsive.
