¡Gracias por considerar el "hogar lejos del hogar" de nuestra familia!

Nuestra Villa es una deseable unidad final 423 'Direct Oceanfront' del piso 4 en la popular zona de Forest Beach. Una renovación importante incluyó la eliminación de paredes, la instalación de nuevos gabinetes de madera en la cocina, el comedor y los baños, encimeras de granito, nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, una ducha a ras de suelo en el baño principal y el segundo dormitorio, iluminación LED en el techo, ventiladores de techo, pisos de madera y más. El resultado es un ambiente muy abierto, aireado y playero. ¡A nuestros muchos huéspedes que regresan les encanta el nuevo look!

Hay 2 dormitorios, cada uno de los cuales tiene su propio baño privado. Hay un gran balcón en la sala de estar / comedor y uno más pequeño en el dormitorio principal, perfecto para disfrutar de las comidas y observar los cuidados jardines, la piscina, la playa y el océano Atlántico en constante cambio. Esté atento a los delfines que juegan cerca de la costa, los barcos camaroneros que atrapan su próxima comida y los barcos que se dirigen al puerto de Savannah o al mar abierto. Coligny Plaza, con sus numerosas tiendas y restaurantes, se encuentra a poca distancia. Hay un sendero pavimentado para caminar y andar en bicicleta al otro lado de la calle desde nuestro complejo. Y si le apetece aventurarse más lejos de su "hogar lejos del hogar", haga una excursión de un día a Buford, Savannah o Charleston. ¿No te unes a nosotros?

This is a beautiful, well-appointed condo with a lovely view of the ocean and the pool. Elke is a fantastic host, very responsive and generous. There was a beach project going on in front of the condo for a few days of our stay and beach access was limited. Elke was very apologetic and understanding about the disruption (even though she had no control of the project) and sent us a gift card to use at a great restaurant on the island. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the island.

Perfect beach retreat

I spent 2 weeks in this condo and loved it! It was just at described and was a pleasurable place to stay. Property is well maintained, condo was spacious and well equipped. I loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean. I would definitely stay here again!

The accommodations were better than expected! The unit was updated and quiet. It was an end unit. The kitchen was fully equipped. The location is the best! We have stayed at Ocean One many times before and it is so convenient to the beach and a very short walk to Coligney for eating and shopping. Elke was so easy to communicate with. Perfect Beach Condo!

Clean, spacious, updated condo with everything you need! This is probably the most well-stocked condo I have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking and eating in. Communication with the host was excellent and friendly. This condo is basically right on the beach with a pool in between. Definitely hope to stay again!

Beautiful Ocean One Property.

My family has stayed at Ocean One almost every summer that I can remember (and even they years i can’t remember as a baby.) We found this unit absolutely perfect for our group of three. It was updated very nice and being at the end of the hall we found it very quiet and private. We are hoping to stay here many more times!

Great Get Away

We really liked the location. It is close to everything, restaurants, shopping center, bike rentals. It was clean and it was a great view and the beach was easy to reach. It was quiet and not much to do on the island, if that is what you like to do, which we do. Our teenage son would had like to have more things to do, but he survived. Wonderful vacation!

Just Perfect

This condo was perfect in every way. The location was perfect and the beach was not crowded at all. The view from the balocony is spectacular. The condo is beautiful and spotless. And Inge is just wonderful to deal with. We had a fabulous vacation!

Awesome Condo and Location

This Condo by far was the best I've ever stayed in. The owner was so nice and helpful, she called the day we arrived to make sure everything was okay. The condo was fully stocked with any dishes, pots/pans, coffee pots, etc. you would need. The location is wonderful, very close to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay at this place again.

Great location - Close to everything

Just came back from a great week at HHI. We were very pleased with this condo and Elke, the owner, was very responsive. The beach at HHI can be quite busy, but this condo property had their own little piece of heaven. Great pool and easy access to the beach that was not overwhelmed with back to back umbrellas that comes with the higher-rise condo buildings. The condo itself was very clean and close to Sea Pines golfing and the many restaurants at Coligny Plaza.

Perfect in Every Way!

We have stayed at numerous properties in Hilton Head and this is by far the best! The location was great, very quiet and private. The condo was so clean!! Nice condo. It had everything my husband and I and 2 friends needed. Well supplied with kitchen utensils. Beautiful view of the ocean. Pool is in the view also, and pool and beach are both easily accessible. About 2 minutes to the pool, 3 or 4 minutes to the beach. We would stay at this condo again if ever in the area again. I recommend it for 4 to even 6 people.

Location was excellent as was communication with the apartment owner. The property needs a new mattress in the master bedroom as the existing one had an impression on the right side. The sofa was old and shed feathers. Other than that, the property was in a great spot, overlooked the ocean, and was within walking distance of Cologny circle.

Happy to hear you enjoyed the location of our unit. Your complaint of the king mattress is the first I have gotten. Previous reviews have pointed out that the beds are comfortable so I will have my housekeeper check this out for me . Historically I have replaced mattresses/box springs earlier than necessary to ensure comfort for our guests. The sofa is only 4 years old and unfortunately these feathers can poke through the cushions.

Ocean One Perfect!!

This property is amazing! My 9 year old granddaughter and I made our first trip to Hilton Head. I was so impressed with how clean and well furnished the codo was. Th oceanfront view is spectacular. We loved having our coffee on the balcony every morning. Elke has everything you might need in the well equipped kitchen. Pool at the property is great and not over crowded. Elke checked in and made sure we arrived okay and left her contact information if we needed anything. We had no issues only a fantastic time. If you are looking for a place in Hilton Head I highly recommend this one!!

Perfect home away from home

The condo is spotless and well supplied with everything you need to enjoy a stress free vacation. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Showers have great water pressure and there are ceiling fans in the rooms, which was great. The patio is wonderful - amazing views! We enjoyed playing the board games and puzzles in the unit. Love that this is an end unit a bit away from the pool, too. The grounds of this property are well maintained. The security guards are so nice. The pool is great. Access to beach is easy. Loved the grills (great set up there!) and they’ll soon have fire pits that look lovely. Our kids loved the grassy areas in the back for playing games and tossing the football. And last but not least, the owner, Elke, is so attentive and gracious. She genuinely wants all her guests to have a perfect vacation. So kind and gracious. Thank you!

Thanks for your positive detailed review. Always nice to hear from a happy renter. We try to keep our kitchen stocked with the essentials so renters don’t have to bring or buy while on vacation. Thanks to my renters who replenish the supply until my next visit. I can’t control Mother Nature but I can provide some diff entertainment options ie puzzles, games ,puzzles, beach reads and 3 large TVs for those breaks from the beach. Glad you enjoyed them. Beautiful condo and great week.

This was our first time staying at Ocean One. It was myself, my husband, my 8 year old son and his friend. Overall, we were very pleased with the condo and our stay. The layout is great and the view is spectacular. We loved sitting on the balcony watching over the pool and looking out at the ocean. Mother nature blessed us with an amazing storm one night and we very much enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the most amazing lightning show over the ocean for over an hour. We also spotted several dolphins more than once in the mornings. The grilling area was perfect. Our favorite meal of the week was when we grilled out and ate by the pool late in the evening. Tiki Jim's is right next door and we loved being able to hear the live music while we enjoyed the pool (and it was just a quick walk on the beach to get a pina colada ;) ) The condo was comfortable and spacious although we really weren't in it much. The beds were surprisingly comfy! The only slight negative, the ceiling is very low in the master bedroom as my 6'3 husband quickly noticed. His head was level with ceiling fan. Yikes! We really wished the pool had better hours. The pool and pool deck area is only open 10am-sunset. I absolutely get the reasons for it (allow time for cleaning, and to avoid unwanted noise for pool-side guests). However...those are some pretty restrictive hours. Elke was fantastic about communicating before the trip, the day that we arrived, and while were there. We LOVED that the condo is located within walking distance to so many things. We walked to Coligny several times for meals, groceries, and coffee. We also walked to a really fantastic playground nearby, Adventure Playground. Our favorite adventure was kayaking with dolphins. We did a 2 hour guided tour with Kayak Hilton Head in the evening and we were able to watch fireworks after. Highly recommend this! The one downside we had for our trip is that it was CROWDED and no one can help that. :) Our beach area in front of the condo was very crowded. You definitely had to claim your spot early. Then there is public beach access next to this area and it was insanely crowded the week we went. We weren't used to that at HHI, as we have always stayed in Sea Pines which is much quieter. So the crowd was a shock to us and sometimes disruptive. However, overall, we had an amazing vacation and the condo was wonderful. Thank you, Elke, for sharing your family vacation home with us and being such a great owner.

We are thrilled your stay was great. We too, pride ourselves of the close proximity to the beach , dining, shopping and music. Glad you loved that. The town of HH just enforced very restrictive rules regarding pool lighting after dark. Because our property has such few trees blocking the view to the beach , our complex would not be eligible for these lights b/c of the impact they have on the sea turtles. That is our trade off for breathtaking views of the beach. We are glad your trip was great.
