Located at 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe is a condominium resort with a Caribbean Flair. This 3 bedroom 3 bath unit has 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen in the 2nd bedroom & 2 Fulls in the 3rd bedroom, sleeping 8 people.

This spacious condo has all the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. There is an excellent ocean view from this 7th floor balcony. All bedrooms and living room have a flat screen TV. Your entire family can enjoy whatever cable channel they desire. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Granite countertops. The appliances include built in microwave, dishwasher, flat top stove, oven and refrigerator. There is also a full size washer and dryer in unit as well as free Wi-Fi.

For amenities on the property there are outdoor and indoor pools, a hot tub along with a delightful lazy river and a kiddy pool. For those adults that like working out there is a glass enclosed exercise room with a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool areas. This property is NOT motorcycle friendly!!

Spacious Condo / Great Location

This 3 bedroom condo was the perfect size for our multi-gen family vacation. From each bedroom having its own bath & the spacious living quarters to the desk and closets galore, large balcony and short walk to the beach, not to mention the pools/jacuzzi/lazy river option for the kids, we had a great stay. The realty company was easy to communicate with too!

this place bed was very uncomfortable and we experienced roaches, a roach was crawling on one the guest back on our last night sleeping there.

Also the view was awesome, we couldn't of asked for a better one staying across the street. The only thing would of been nice was if more of the light bulbs work over dining room table. It was a little to dark for me.

Family beach retreat

So easy and close to the beach! Nice condo and the pools are fun and give you a break from the sun. Family friendly beach area. Will definitely go here again!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean when we arrived. Just a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed walking to the ice cream shop that’s just around the corner.

Family Friendly and Spacious

Overall, excellent experience with the vacation rental. Responded to our needs immediately. We would stay here again in the future. Location is perfect for family, especially accessing the beach front. Parking is plentiful, pools were great, balcony offered perfect views of the ocean, workout room was a nice extra. The kitchen was perfect for our cooking needs!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed in the condo for our yearly beach vacation! We loved the location, which was perfectly located to the beach and plenty of things to do but away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle’s strip. The condo was very clean! My only complaints are that there was hardly anything in the condo. Not even cleaning spray to clean the counters with or a smallamount of dish soap. So forget about anything great to cook with. Which resulted in us needing an expensive trip to Walmart since we were cooking a lot.

Great Location

Everything was as expected. This is a good choice for family or couples with each bedroom having its own bath. Convenient location. We were so glad that we chose North Myrtle Beach area. Myrtle Beach itself has really gone down hill in the last 20 years. It’s no longer a place for young children!

We had a nice condo, no complaints with that either! The only thing was the chairs on the balcany were ripping but I am sure that is normal wear on them so totally fine!

False Advertisement

This property needs a major upgrade. There is mold in the kitchen and master bathroom. The beds are hard as rocks. The jetted tub in the master bath does not work. Can not control the shower head. The sinks in the master baths clogs up. This property I will never go back too. I do not recommend. We stayed 5/18/23-5/21/23 The location is ok and you can see the ocean off of the deck. The only plus for this stay.

Only stay as a last resort

We weren't able to get into our condo until 4:30pm. About 10 minutes after getting in the inspector came by to see if everything was ok, we didn't have enough time to check everything. After he left we found out the TV in the 2 double bedroom wasn't working and we went 3 days until it was fixed. The jets in the master bathroom tub didn't work. We received a credit of $80. They gave us $50 for the late getting in and $30 for TV and jets.

Loved the condo, Hated the cleanliness

Let me start by saying this condo is beautiful and in a great location in North Myrtle but my issues are with housekeeping, when we got there the floors, counters and stands were so dirty, We spent our first full day their cleaning with cleaning supplies we had to go buy bc they didn’t supply any so we could feel comfortable which sucked bc we were only there for 7 nights and then the real kicker was we had to check out by 10 and housekeeping tried to show up between 8:30-8:45 and kick us out to clean, literally stood outside our door for 20 minutes when I already told them I had until 10 until I opened the door again and said I will not be out of here until 10, I just wish they would of had that attentiveness before we came

September Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really liked this condo at Malibu Pointe. It was clean and comfortable. We had no issues at all except for having new towels in the condo that had never been washed. And when we washed them we had a big lint problem. But I don't think that is something that would happen often. We had a great beach view and a small walk over to the beach. I would recommend this condo to all my families and friends. We were not aware of free daily activities and did not take part in that offer.
