Beach Peach' is the perfect vacation getaway offering additional sleeping space and lots of room! This two-story, three-bedroom, three-bath home is beautifully decorated with Florida decor and features a second-floor sitting room for quiet relaxation, a large front porch, balcony, master bath Jacuzzi, grill, and stacked washer/dryer. Conveniently located close to the beach. Parking is limited to the driveway only. No streetside parking is allowed at any time.

THINGS TO KNOW:

Wristbands are required to be worn at the pool and beach during the season (Mar-Oct) and can be purchased from the beach vendors located at the beach pavilion for $30.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Wonderful Home

Home was big and roomy - about 5-10 minutes from the beach, dollar general and a couple of beach restaurants (kenny d's and captain daves). Kids had beach, pool and safe neighborhood to play in. Great stay.

Great summer vacay!

Beach Peach was a nice house with lots of space for 7 people. It was also in very close proximity to the beach, with golf carts to take you from your rental to the drop off point to cross the street to the beach. The house could use some updates and more small things like hand soap, detergent and dish towels. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would visit again!

Very good property!

Overall, our experience was great! We arrived ahead of schedule and were able to check-in early. The driveway accommodated our three vehicles with ease The house is laid out very well and had been cleaned nicely. The reason that I give 4 stars on cleanliness is that the living room furniture could use a good steam cleaning. Other than that small detail, we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and the amenities. We would stay there again!

Close to the beach

We liked the fact that it was a gated community and we didn’t have to check in with the company. The living room furniture and table chairs need to be cleaned better or upgraded. You could see stains on them. Would have loved it more if the pool was open longer. We enjoyed our time there and would book again.

Beautiful property

The large cockroach problem is something you have to deal with but after the first two days we learned to keep all doors closed and put a towel down at front door because of the gap. Didn’t have a problem after that. I’m so afraid of bugs so it was a big deal to me.

Disappointed

When we got there we found there was cock roaches in our house and we could not use the washer. They did give a refund for the washer, and said they would spray for the cockroaches although we never seen anyone come. BUT after seeing the house had cockroaches it was a huge inconvenience as we planned on eating mostly at the house. Instead we ate out our entire stay.

Ok stay

To start off we were given several wrong codes to get into our place which was super inconvenient. We found out the kitchen had an infestation of roaches absolutely disgusting. The furniture needs some major cleaning. The washer and dryer were terribly outdated and barely did the job. The beds barely had blankets and the extra sleeper sofa had only a sheet given. With a family of six, staying a week, 2 trash bags was not sufficient. Master bath had an old jet bath needs updated. Thankfully the air worked and it was in a nice location, close to the beach.

Will not stay again

This house is in a great location and Vacassa was very good as a rental company. The house, however, needs attention. The living room furniture is old, dirty, stained and uncomfortable. The master bedroom mattress is in desperate need of being replaced. We ended up sleeping in a guest bedroom due to the state of the master bedroom mattress which required us to roll uphill any time we moved. The toilets all seem to need frequent plunging and we believe this might be an ongoing issue with all the plungers in the house. So although we love the location in emerald shores and we are pleased with Vacassa, the house just has too many issues to be comfortable for us to stay again.

Good location, needs some work

Arrived at property to find downstairs shower apart and leaking with towels all over a wet floor. Put in a work order to have it repaired. Then the same night handles came off kitchen sink when we turned it on, and we couldn't turn it off, so had to shut off main water valve to kitchen. Called in another repair. All door handles and locks are very loose, furniture/carpet is stained, and in general the place just needs a lot of maintenance and repairs. Location is very nice, and the house is roomy and well laid out. Enjoyed the upstairs deck. Beds were pretty comfortable. Overall enjpyed pur stay because of the beach.

Was a beautiful place

The houses are a little used I guess is the best way to explain it but are modern designs. Just a few people precious that partied hard and need some repairs but we had a great stay and was very comfortable!!!

Great place

The house was nice and clean. Very spacious for my family of 10. I woild stay again. Close to the beach and the pool Only thing I would change is, I would add a shower to the outside like the other houses to rinse off and I was disappointed that I did not have a beach wagon like the other houses on my street it would have made transfer easier.

Amazing

Nice spot but..

The location was close to the beach and driving distance to everything else. The unit smelled fresh and clean upon entering. The only issue we had was the AC unit went out and it was hard getting a hold to someone after getting the run around.

Great location and amenities!!

The house was less than 10 min walk to beach. House was clean and roomy. Overall, a great house but needs upgraded WiFi, better AC on 2nd floor and grill needs to be replaced. We reserved through Vacasa which was NOT a great experience due to lack of detail and communication. IE - company responded very quickly when they needed my payment but zero response with any issues I had concerning the house or questions re check in. We would absolutely rent this home again with improvements using Vacasa.

Beautiful!

This property was amazing for our trip. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, super spacious, and overall in great condition! One of the things we loved most is the way the layout is set up. The upstairs is super isolated from downstairs and great if you have kids! You can’t hear anything up there and they can’t hear you downstairs. We will definitely be staying in this home or this neighborhood again.

Great Destin Location

Everything was great for our stay. Really enjoyed the house and all the amenities. House is on a secluded road right off the beach, location was quiet but very accessible. Must check in at main office to access house, but it was very smooth. Would recommend!

This was a lovely home, in a nice area. I would love to stay here every time I visit the area.

Nice and quiet!

There was a safety issue with the placement of one of the bedroom televisions. The table was too small for the feet and It actually fell off the stand some could have sustained an injury. The charcoal grill was difficult to keep water out of due to rain. We had to be creative with finding a way to keep the heat in, due to the fact that it did not have a cover but we used foil and it worked out. Otherwise it was a great opportunity for us to fellowship!
