Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location & beach cleanliness was lacking

This was our 2nd time staying in this specific unit. The location is great, steps from pool, beach, parking, trash, etc. However, the cleanliness of the unit left a lot to be desired this time around. The floors turned the bottom of our feet black within 30 minutes of arriving. Carpets have some major staining, the glass top on both the dining and coffee table were dirty. The dining table had crumbs and dirt in the border details around the glass. So much so that we got cleaner and cleaned it before eating. All seating in the living room is showing dark spots, stains and wear. To the point that it rubbed off on light colored clothing after sitting there for an evening. The toilets, showers, kitchen and bathroom counters and sinks were clean. The bedding also appeared to be fresh and clean, as well. The beach is clean, very nice and chairs/umbrellas are very easy to get and rent extra, if needed.

Location Great, Condo Disappointing

This condo was in a perfect location right on the beach and next to the pool. The condo itself was very disappointing. Cleanliness was a major issue, it was very dusty and moldy, and even had food from the previous tenant left on the floor when we arrived. Huge moths hung out in the bathroom where mold collected around the faucet and tub. Fans, dirty/old cleaning supplies, and rusty paint cans were stuffed in bedroom closets and the kitchen pantry making them unusable. The carpet felt crusty like it had been wet then dried numerous times over the years, and the master bathroom rug was so old & stained it looked like it hadn’t been washed in several years, it should be thrown away and replaced. I’m not usually one to leave a bad review, however, it was hard to relax in the condo with our little ones when everything felt so dirty. This would be the perfect getaway spot with proper cleaning, updates and some TlC.

Love The Beach House!

This was my third time staying at The Beach House and it is still my favorite vacation spot! The location is amazing! We had an issue with the air conditioning not cooling properly. While it wasn't able to be repaired during our stay, we were given additional fans for use.

Family vacation

The condo was in the perfect location right by the beach access and pool. Great view! The beach was great with the chair/ umbrella set up. Close enough to go back to the condo for food or drinks while out there. Condo was clean and had everything we needed, close to stores and anything you might want. The AC wasn’t working when we got there, he was there fixing it. It worked for a bit went out again the next day. They promptly came to fix it. It never really worked great the rest of the trip but ok enough you aren’t dying. It just kept shutting off, we would just have to go turn it back on. They had fans in there to help. The pull out bed in the living room was not comfortable at all my oldest said. Over all we loved it though. Small issues and all.

Emerald coast and friendly people

The property is located right next to the beautiful white powdery sandy beach. You can enjoy the spectacular ocean view right from the comfort of your living room or patio. The water is turquoise color and crystal clear. The property management and maintenance staff are also extremely courteous and helpful. We definitely will come back to stay at this resort next year.

We loved the view and walkout patio to the ocean. It worked perfect for us. Perfect 2 bedroom place for us. We borrowed some of the bikes and played Pickleball. The place is so convenient to the grocery store, fish market and shopping mall. The condo was perfect for fishing off the beach! A few suggestions that I wanted to bring to your attention: one of the shower nozzles in the does not work quite right, a few more better pans would be helpful and we couldn't get the DVD player to work. The hot tub wasn't working when we were there, which was a bummer. We also noticed some hot water issues (lack of hot water on the last 2 days) and internet connectivity issues (last day only), Just need to address some maintenance issues.

Exceeded our expectations

We booked this condo last minute and there weren't too many options available. We wanted to be in front of the ocean. The pictures in the website does not make it justice. The condo is super cute and super clean. Easy access to the beach, the parking lot, even the dumpsters. Well equipped kitchen and reasonably priced. I never leave reviews but I think was worth leaving one because we weren't sure when we booked it if we will like it. But honestly...we are so happy we did!. We had the best time.
