Wow! Look at this incredible condo. It's just a short walk to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Located in a private gated community, this condo is just a few steps away from the two community pools; one seasonally heated and one with a hot tub and kiddie pool. This wonderful third-floor condo has one of the largest floor plans. There are two balconies with sliding doors that overlook the beach and the tennis courts with prime seating to watch the tennis games on the courts below. Mainsail 4434 has gorgeous living room furniture that includes 2 full-size sofas one a sleeper sofa. Throughout the rest of the condo, you will find new artwork and tastefully decorated beach décor and tiled floors. The living room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, and a CD Stereo System. The fully equipped kitchen has been beautifully upgraded with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and light wood cabinets. You will enjoy plenty of seating with a dining table for six, three high backed counter bar stools, and patio furniture on the balconies. The master bedroom features a beautiful king bed, wicker furniture, a TV, a DVD, and carpeted floors. The guest bedroom features two comfortable twin beds, and white cottage style furniture, a TV, a DVD, and carpeted floor.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
