Welcome to the charming Alerio A303, a family-friendly third-floor condo that accommodates up to nine guests and offers a truly memorable beach experience! Finished off with fine flooring, high-end appliances, granite countertops, and comfortable furnishings, Alerio A303 offers a picturesque accommodation for your next vacation to Santa Rosa Beach. The living area comes equipped with an inviting set of sofas and a large flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and a DVD library for movie nights. At the end of the hallway, you'll find a washer and dryer combination, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The fully-equipped kitchen is located at the end of the hallway to the left and has all the upscale finishes, boasting stunning granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, as well as all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. If the beach is too packed for you and you'd rather enjoy a quiet time, the shared outdoor pool will be perfect for you.

With the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico within walking distance, beachgoers will have a blast. A sunny resort town with a friendly attitude, Miramar Beach offers sand, surf, and sightseeing, and you're about to experience all of that and so much more! Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away.

Very convenient check in and out!!!

We love the convenience of checking in, but it could’ve been a lot cleaner. The furniture need to be replaced ASAP. It was filthy and so was the patio furniture. We had to clean and sanitize ourselves. It was stocked with everything you need and not far from restaurants, shopping, and other enjoyment. It was okay.

Family vacation 2021

The condo was spacious and up to date. The beach was a short walk across the street. There was a pool in the complex, although is was very crowded and the water was murky. The furnishings in the condo could use an update I.e. mattress, sofa. Also, the dryer needs to be ran 2-3 times per load. If you don’t want to do laundry while there, bring extra towels. The AC does not cool properly, but the unit manager was very helpful and offered resolutions. We had another family with us, and they parked their car in RV parking for a daily fee. All in all, we had a decent stay.

Enjoyed our vacation

Overall things were good. Just a few small issues with the keypad on the condo door, ice machine, and the dryer took a while to dry the towels.

Family Vacation

The property was very nice and the location was great. The condo was everything we expected. Wish there was more parking available, other than that it was great.

No beach access

The place is great. Unfortunately, the money grab greed has taken over Fl beaches. This place is really nice, in fact one of the nicest I have stayed at near the beach. It is located across the street from the beach (thus no beach "ownership"). It is managed by Vacasa who looks to be part of the money grab. There is NO beach access provided with this rental. Read carefully. The money grabbers (Vacasa and others) have claimed the beaches as private property in Florida. So, when you walk across the street to the boardwalk with no gate and walk over you are greeted with private property signs. Vacasa and others have made a deal with an umbrella company called La Dolce Vita that has lined up umbrellas and chairs arm to arm as far as you can see. Want to rent one, it is ridiculously expensive but you can't if you try because the places on the beach have claimed it as private property so you are not entitled to a rental of the chairs that now line the beach. Feel free to read the ordinance and use the strip of property along the water that remains public but it is of little use. You CAN go about 300 yards down the beach to the public beach but it is tiny and jam packed. We didn't let this ruin our vacation but let's face it, this is not what Florida used to be about. People come to these places to go to the beach and Florida is ruining the experience. I did call and complain to the local Chamber of Commerce and they agreed that it is a mess, but it is a court case that is unsettled at this point. I would strongly encourage you to read the ordinances and ask questions of Vacasa (good luck getting an answer) before visiting. We are choosing another beach state to visit from now on until this mess is sorted out. Hopefully the money grabbers don't win!

The location of this condo was perfect and my family enjoyed the stay.

The property was everything we imagined for this trip. Everyone enjoyed their beds and the living room was spacious Enough for family movie night, big thanks to the dvd rentals they offered for free as well. Everything was absolutely perfect and even though there was a minor issue with the kitchen light, the management team went above and beyond to get it resolved quickly.

Nice condo

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. My family of 8 were all able to stay here comfortably. One room has a trindle bed, and the living room has a pull out couch. There was also an extra mattress in one of the closets, so we were able to pull this out for extra sleep spots as well. The rooms were clean, and had all of the ammenities needed for cooking at the condo. The beach was in short walking distance. There were a few restaurants within a short walk as well. The only thing I might recommend would be to replace the dryer (takes 3-4 attempts to completely dry a load) and the front bathroom shower curtain (may just need a good cleaning). Also, there is a strict one car parking pass association rule that isn't very convenient for a family of 8, but we were able to find extra parking in there overflow lot. Overall, very pleased and would revisit this condo and recommend it to others.

New clean condo directly across from the beach.

The condo is brand new, clean, and well stocked with towels. It’s on the third floor of a condo building directly across the street from a beautiful public beach. It has a master bedroom with a large master bath and two smaller bedrooms with another bathroom in the hallway. Nice outdoor pool.

Awsome family vacation

Our family had a blast during our spring break trip to Alerio resort. Beach is pristine and not crowded, and there are plentiful other things to do within walking distance like restaurants and shopping, including an outlet mall. Our party included toddlers , tween and teens, and everyone enjoyed themselves. The condo is brand new and well appointed, with comfortable beds, flat screen TVs in every room and nice furnishings. We cooked most of our meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The beach is super close right across the street, pool is nice and there is a splash pad for toddlers. Sunsets were spectacular. We can not wait to go back!!!
