This single-floor home is designed for relaxation and comfort. The open layout flows from a welcoming living room into a dining area, with plenty of space for your group to gather.

**Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Sleeps 6)**
* **Primary Suite:** Features a king-sized bed, TV, and a sliding door leading to the rear deck. The large en-suite bathroom includes a sink, toilet, a separate shower, and a luxurious two-person bathtub.
* **Second Bedroom:** Offers a queen-sized bed and a generous closet.
* **Third Bedroom:** Contains two twin-sized beds and a small closet.
* **Second Bathroom:** A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located near the kitchen.

**Kitchen & Laundry**
* The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with an ice maker.
* Small appliances include a microwave, toaster, and toaster oven.

Great location with tons of space, being able to bring our dog along was so wonderful. Unfortunately the plumbing to the outdoor shower was broken which we were looking forward to using but otherwise everything was as expected!

Prime Hook

We had a wonderful time at this house. The house was comfortable and conveniently located within 30 minutes of local attractions. The extra touches the hosts added for our dogs were very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect relaxing break

Exactly what we wanted for a few days escape. We went in early spring and it was lovely - walks on the beach, quiet beauty. House was very relaxing and the location can’t be beat. Easy communication with owners, all went smoothly!

Beach getaway!

It was a great stay in a small beach community. Super quick walk to the beach and quieter area! Everyone was very friendly and we were able to walk back and forth to the beach easily with our two small children. It was great!

Fantastic stay

House was very nice. It was very clean. Loved the location close to Prime Hook. Easy access to the beach across the street. Well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. Enjoyed kayaking at Trapp State Park and Prime Hook. Loved Bombay Hook and seeing the eagles and Cape Henlopen beach. Location was convenient to it all. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time and the location is amazing! The house has everything you need to enjoy the beach. The owners, Joe and Christine are so responsive and so helpful. We can’t wait to go back. It was so serene.

House was great, location not so much

The house had everything we needed for our stay. The only issue was the location, which of course isn't the houses fault wasn't near much as far as good food or things to do. We had to drive to Rehoboth or Lewes to eat anything good or find things to do.

Natural Escape

The serenity and sounds of nature surround you here! The house is situated steps from the bay beaches and the nature preserve. There were so many beautiful birds, waves, and sunsets. It was restful and relaxing-a perfect place to unwind! The house is located about 30 minutes from the bustle of Rehoboth so if you want to shop, dine, or wander the boardwalk it is not too far.

Property was everything that was advertised. The house needs a good deep cleaning to make it present itself better. We didn't use the stove for that reason.

A week of peace!

This property is absolutely perfect for us and our dog. The fenced yard is without a doubt, the best way to have a stress free vacation with our dog. The house itself is comfortable and efficient. Close to the beach and the neighbourhood is great to walk. Owners are supportive and quick to respond to any issues. We’ll be back!

Perfect location for families with small children. Across street and 2 houses to access to peaceful bay with calm water and clean sand. House was comfy and accommodating with all linens supplied as well as full kitchen. Nice plus was a bottled water system. Nice back deck but was way too hot for eating out thanks to high humidity and temps during our stay. Any question we had was promptly answered. Wouldn’t think twice about returning and hope to do so in not distant future.

Clean and well-appointed

We were so impressed not only with the cleanliness of the house but with all the amenities we have typically been required to bring with us at other beach rentals: sheets, towels, beach towels, toilet paper, soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent...all provided! And we were happy to have a toaster oven, which we have found most rental units don't have. A note to be aware of: the sunroom is only accessible through the primary bedroom, so keep this in mind when planning who in your party will sleep there. We ended up driving to Lewes for our beach days (and walks), but if you are a fan of Prime Hook, this is a great house to rent!
