On the Oak Hills Golf Course w/Screened Pool, Hot Tub, Outdoor TV, Firepit, BBQ Grill, & Large Fenced in Yard. King Master Suite w/Garden Tub and Shower. Two Separate Living Areas with Recliners. Open Floor Plan, and Incredible Panoramic Views! Step outside and play a few holes or take a quiet walk.

Close to everything! Located in the heart of Florida's Adventure Coast! One mile from Weeki Wachee Springs, home of the legendary Mermaid Show! One mile from crystal clear, spring-fed, Weeki Wachee River, where manatees abound! Hiking, walking trails, bike trails, rafting, canoeing, kayaking, boating, beaches, & swimming. Tampa, home of the Tampa Bay Rays, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Busch Gardens, Downtown Riverwalk, Ybor City, and everything Tampa has to offer, is only 1 hour away. St. Petersburg and Clearwater are also only 1 hour away. Orlando and all its' theme parks; Disney World, Sea World, Universal, etc., are only 1 ½ hours away. Cyrstal River, Homosassa, Tarpon Spring, Hudson, and Cedar Key are just 30 minutes away.

Dogs are welcomed, just let us know the the type of dog and weight prior to booking. (Below 50 lbs preferred but larger dogs may also be approved). Fence around the yard is vinyl and if pushed, it may break. No Cats (Allergies)

Setting is perfect for families and gatherings. No Loud Parties, but family get togethers are fine with prior approval.

Extended Stays (3 Weeks or Longer):
Complimentary Home Freshen-Up Includes; Bathrooms, Sheets Changed, Floors Vacuumed, Stainless Polished (No Dishes, Laundry or Heavy Cleaning), every 3 weeks. Just let us know when no one will be there for a couple of hours and we'll schedule it.
First 2 Freshen-Ups are Complimentary (Up to 6 weeks). Longer stays will require a minimum charge of $100. Please check before booking.

This rental experience was outstanding in every respect. Our host was exceptionally responsive, communicative and helpful throughout the 8 days we were there. The house and its kitchen are very well appointed and met every need of ours. It is also very spacious inside and in the back yard. We loved our walks with our dogs on the adjoining golf course. The furnishings were quite nice and comfortable and in very good shape.

Home was as described on VRBO, Vivian stayed in communication with us. Home in great location, convenient to many attractions as well as groceries and other necessities. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Pool was great for entertaining children when we wasn't out and about.

Wonderful, peaceful, place to stay

This was our second time staying at this VRBO property and we loved it. My sister lives about a five minute drive away, so it's very convenient for us--and there are lots of choices for restaurants if you choose to eat out. The house is large and well equipped, with a beautiful pool and hot tub. The owner, Vivian, is so nice, and always available when you have a question or problem. We plan to come back on our next family visit.

Spring 2025

We have stayed at many VRBO (we started with Home Away) homes and this is the first one we have requested a return booking. The house and property are very nice and the location is ideal.The kids (age 15 to 23) loved the back yard, pool and hot tub.The home was extremely clean and well stocked. Communication with the hostess was excellent.

Golf Trip Success

My friends and I stayed at this property for 3 nights and had excellent accommodations during our stay. The house was prepped and ready when we arrived even shortly after hurricane Helene came through just days before. We traveled to different golf courses in the Tampa area during our stay and enjoyed the location. We were extremely pleased with all of the amenities offered and making it feel like home from beginning to end!

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our visit, it was quiet. The only downfall was we could not enjoy the hot tub because it was dirty, with that said, the owner offered to send someone but we were all out and had the dogs there, we opted out of that. Overall it was great, I highly recommend the property, the owner was super easy to communicate with and it was well stocked.

Wonderful Accommodations!

The property was as described. It was clean, check in was simple and the host responded to questions quickly. Loved all the little amenities...toiletries, water, granola bars, apples, etc. There were plenty of towels, we had a large group. We enjoyed the back patio, pool and hot tub. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, we were in town for 4 days for a wedding. Thanks Vivian!!

We visit Spring Hill often as we have a lot of family in the area. This home is just what we were looking for this past visit, the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and we all hope to become repeat visitors! Sub Zero escape

The property was fantastic, our 1 year old Cavapoo loved the yard and the house. the weather was probably colder than usual for Florida, so we were unable to take advantage of the pool. we did use the hot tub a couple times. Our Grand daughters wanted to move in.

Excellent Rental - we stayed for a month

We spent the month of February at the property to get away from the cold in the northeast. The property is exactly as advertised. It is very large with a great lanai. The pool was too cold to swim in but we really enjoyed the hot tub. The home is clean, well-maintained and beautifully decorated with every amenity you could ever want. While we were there we had to call about a problem with the garbage disposal and the property manager showed up within 30 minutes and fixed it right up. The owners were very responsive to any questions throughout the whole process. We would definitely rent again.

The perfect home!

We picked this home because of the spacious room it has. We were there for a family wedding and we were able to have family come visit us. The pool area was nice to hang out in. Having a golf course right in the back yard was fun. Please beware of the turtle or turtle's, they were on the golf course and once in the driveway when we were trying to leave the first day, so I checked everytime before leaving for them. Vivian is extremely nice and accomadating. If I have a situation where I need a rent a home close to family again, I will be looking to see if this one is available.

We love our neighborhood! It's quiet, safe, and close to everything! Everyone is also very friendly.

Our home was custom built around the views. We chose the lot for the location on the golf course and then designed our home around it. The neighborhood is quiet, serene, peaceful and safe. Sandhill Cranes and migrating birds frequest our home. Relaxing by the pool with the gorgeous views while we BBQ or sitting by the firepit watching the stars, are always a favorite activity!
