Nestled on the 2nd floor, this Orange Beach condo rental boasts a private balcony, offering a serene spot to enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf.

The Primary suite is a luxurious retreat, featuring a comfortable King bed, a private bath, and balcony access for enjoying the coastal breeze. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, while the third bedroom provides two Full-sized beds, ensuring ample sleeping space for up to 10 guests. Each guest room is equipped with a flat-screen TV for entertainment.

Step inside to discover tile floors in the living area, adding to the coastal charm of the space. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite counters, along with a convenient Keurig coffee maker. A full-sized washer and dryer are provided for your convenience, along with free wireless internet access to stay connected. Relax in the living room, where a sofa sleeper and a flat-screen TV await you.

White Caps provides a range of amenities for a delightful beach vacation experience. The complex is equipped with an outdoor pool for sunny day swims and an indoor pool for a more enclosed aquatic experience. The outdoor kiddie pool is a perfect spot for the little ones to splash and play safely. Guests looking to relax can enjoy the indoor hot tub, ideal for easing into a state of calm and relaxation. For those interested in staying active, the complex includes a tennis and pickleball court, providing a fun way to engage in sports. Guests can take advantage of the grilling area, perfect for outdoor dining and gatherings. The complex also features a boardwalk leading directly to the beach, with a rinse-off area for convenience after beach activities.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: January and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

Perfect Location, Great Value

We had a great week. Condo had everything we needed and was in such a convenient location for our family. The only thing that would have made it better was an outdoor hot-tub and/or the indoor pool being behind the property, closer to the beach and outdoor pool. We couldn’t have found a better value for the size of the condo and definitely would come back!

A great family trip!

Our condo was clean and we loved that it was on the 2nd floor! The outdoor and indoor pools are large and the beach wasn't busy which made it great for our children! Would definitely go back!

Mardi Gras get-away

We had a lovely few days getting away from New Orleans Mardi Gras scene to find a family friendly parade right outside the condo! The property had a great view, the beach was clean and the kids loved the indoor pool (since it was a bit cool for the outdoor pool).

Location was perfect! We were close to everything and the views were amazing!

Check in was a breeze and maintenance was readily available when the freezer decided to start leaking. We had an amazing view and the pools were always clean. The condo was beautiful and had all of the necessary extras to enjoy while it stormed outside most of our stay. Definitely want to come back!

Absolutely amazing!

This was the best condo my family and I have stayed at since our visits to orange beach! There is absolutely nothing bad to say about it. We definitely loved that if we needed something we could run across the street to dollar general! Very convenient. We definitely plan on staying here again(:

The unit is exactly as described. Clean, well taken care of unit. The beds and bedding were great, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you can think of. It was simply perfect for me and 5 teenagers. The view is also incredible.

2nd year to rent

We love this condo. 2nd floor is awesome. Only complaint would be for more bath and hand towels. We had one hand towel. Quiet and very relaxing condo.

1st condo flooded- mgmt group found another condo w/upgrade of a 3rd Q. bedroom& bathroom.

Down for family funeral, booked a condo for 6 adults & 2 kids. Got a call that the condo had flooded, when we were an hour from the beach. The mgmt group found another condo, at a different location, upgraded to a 3rd queen bedroom and a 3rd bathroom. My family was thankful for the extra space.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!

The ONLY thing I could possibly suggest is remove about 3 buildings to the right of White Cap so we can watch the sunset in the evenings! Other than that, it was PERFECT. It was roomy, had plenty of towels, the kitchen was equipped with ALL our needs. We did have to clean the vacuum so it would work properly, wasn't a issue, I'm familiar with Dysons (which by the way, is a first. Like who provides a guest a Dyson? )

202 Absolutely delightful

My family and I LOVE the White Caps Condos and have been coming to this condominium for years. This condo was exactly what the listing showed and met our needs perfectly! We were slightly confused with how the lights/electrical outlets worked. They seemed to be all on the same switch and the last night in the condo, none of the electrical items worked in the living room, ie lights, tv, plugs and wifi. This wasn’t a big deal for us as it was our last night and we were busy picking up anyway. We loved it and plan to stay in this unit again next year for our 2024 vacation!

Beautiful view of Ocean! Loved the layout of condo and 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family!

We enjoyed the spacious accommodations for our family of 5. View was incredible! Couple of issues (Fire alarm malfunction-kept chirping) was taken care of immediately. I’ve rented condos before for family vacations and they just need to find someone that pays better attention to cleaning details and report Cosmetic issues in a timely fashion. Dirty kitchen towel and a few dirty dishes were put away, curtain to balcony was ripped and stained, laundry room door was broken and needed to be replaced. However we would rent this condo again if they stepped up on attention to these details. It truly was in perfect location and was laid out and decorated well.

Great condo, not so great security

The condo itself was amazing! I would appreciate more parking allowed since the condo sleeps 10 and only 2 cars were allowed on property. The security harassed us about card that didn't belong to us claiming they did and would be towed. They also harassed us walking to the beach because they saw a vape in someone's hand that wasn't being used. We respected the property being tobacco free and were going to use them on the beach. He went so far as to attempt to run my card for extra fees several times, even though we had done nothing wrong

Condo review

Arrived at condo to find refrigerator leaking and called to let liquid life know and spoke to Kim - she said they would send someone out and we should turn off the ice marker. The next morning the refrigerator was still leaking, a picture on the wall was broken, a ceiling fan did not work and we emailed and called liquid life again - a maintenance person was at the condo that morning and looked at the refrigerator and took the broken picture on the wall with him. The refrigerator continued to leak some water and we kept a towel down all week and on Wednesday another maintenance person arrived later that evening and worked on the refrigerator again. Security wrote a warning to one of our cars with in an hour of parking before we could get the parking pass on the car and also wrote a warning about towels hanging on balcony.

View was great

It looks like the pictures posted. Kitchen was equipped well, only one skillet. No big deal they sale them at Dollar General across the street. Very nice to have paper towels and TP to get you started. Bath towels, not enough supplied. First time ever had to go buy some. They did inform before check in only one set per bath. Master bed was very comfortable. Bed in guest room was squeaky. Not as clean as expected, yes contacted them. There was mildew/mold on shower curtain. Sand still on floors. This is a beach front. Dark hairs on shower curtain in guest bath. Toilet was unsteady. Responded quickly and made repair to toilet, while there got them to fix lock on master sliding door. Construction was in process. Didn’t effect my vacation. Would have been nice if had been formed this was happening in condo directly above us. No points deducted for this. It was only during work hours. Loved the chaises on balcony and table provided great place for the kids to eat their meals. Would stay here again. Would recommend this place as well. Location, view and space all very nice.

Great 2nd Floor Unit!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great location. White Caps is close to the restaurants we like. The condos around it are of similar size so the beach is not overrun with crowds. The second floor is perfect - we had a view but didn't have to use the elevator. The condo is comfortable, clean and supplied with everything we needed for cooking. We would go back to this condo again. The supplies are very limited. No hand soap - not even a hotel bar size. We had to run out again and buy hand soap. Not sure if this is a COVID thing or Liquid Life is bare-bones on supplies always. Our Liquid Life Arrival Team emailed us to see what time we were arriving in town. We planned to arrive 2-3 hours early and make our grocery run, etc. The company replied that they would try to accommodate an early arrival but no promises. Hopeful, we arrived at the condo 45 minutes prior to check-in. Since the condo was on the 2nd floor, we were able to see that it was dark and no one was inside. One hour later we received the entry code. I didn't request an early check in and understand that we are paying for arrival at 3:00. But why email and ask when we would arrive and respond to the email if you have no intention of letting us in until check-in? Not a good practice.We enjoyed our week and enjoyed the condo.
