Views from the porches provide relaxing times and engaging conversation as you view the waterway and ocean from our second row home. Short walk to public beach access, pier, & Ice Cream, General Store. Enjoy two seating areas, three nice sized bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Upstairs two bedrooms give lovely views of the water. Downstairs, the bedroom canal side is a cozy spot to wake up to coffee. An outdoor table and couches on the canal side awaits to enjoy your morning coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, happy-hour under the cool covered porches with canal views and sunsets. View from afar sailboats and barges traveling the intercoastal waterway. A short stroll away from the pier, beach access, and shopping. Boat dock available.

Perfect Beach Get Away!

Kizzy's was sparkling clean with the softest sheets ever! Communication with the host was terrific after we ironed out some initial kinks and they were very accommodating. The house was just what we needed. Terrific views and about a 2 block walk from beach access.

Great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay and would book again. Updates have been done I wasn’t expecting and the house was very well stocked. The views were awesome and loved the inter coastal water behind us. Great communication with the owner! Highly recommend

Cute and Comfortable

We enjoyed our time at Kizzy's Place. The house was perfect for our family. We loved sitting on the front and back decks before and after our trips to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes, and the furnishings were cute and comfortable.

Very comfortable home

My family enjoyed our stay. The owners were very responsive to questions and offered assistance with all our needs. The layout of the home is great for two families and children. Everything you will need is right there!! Very clean and well kept home and property!!

Wonderful Retreat!

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious and the layout of the home made it so everyone had a place to relax the entire time. The kitchen is fully stocked with any cooking item you could need. The home was very clean and smelled great when we arrived. And communication with the owner, Caroline, was super smooth from beginning to end. You’ll love your stay here!!

Terrific beach house

House with views of the ocean across the street, and located at the end of the canal. Enjoyed watching the boats come in and out on the back porch in the evenings. Good location to the beach. House had everting we needed. Great owner communication!!!

Great location

My husband and I stayed along with our daughter and her family, including an 8 and 6 year old. They loved being able to fish from the dock on the channel, could not have been more perfect. The ocean view is no longer wide open due to construction, but we preferred the deck over looking the channel anyway. The house was very comfortable and we all agreed we'd stay again.

Wish we didn’t have to leave.

We had a family vacation for the week of the fourth. The house was perfect. In fact there was a situation with the dishwasher and the repair man was there 5 minutes after the message was sent.

Hidden Gem at Holden Beach

I cannot give enough stars about this vacation home. The owner was great, communication was the absolute best and the house was perfect. You can tell that this house was originally built to be a home rather than just a vacation rental. Comfortable, convenient and a perfect location. We owned a house in Holden Beach for nearly 20 years and sold it just a couple of years ago...this house made us feel at home again. Holden Beach is the only beach vacation spot where we would stay and when we come back, we hope to be able to use this house again and again. 5 stars is not enough for the overall experience we had here

All Decked Out!!

Had a great week, mostly spent on the canal deck when not at the beach. We had some young ones with us. One six, one three and a four month old and the house was just perfect for us to enjoy them and for them to enjoy the experience. The house was clean and well stocked. FYI a new (BIG) house is being built right across the street, so you really don't have a beach view any longer. The grill left something to be desired but other than that it was perfect. We are already planing to return to Kizzy's Place!!

We had a blast at Kizzy’s Place

We very much enjoyed our stay. We had five people in total, 3 children and two adults. The house has ocean and waterway views. Great deck out back with nice furniture and cool lighting. The dock out back was super fun for the kids...and me. Caught zero crabs but had fun trying. We did catch some fish, but not as efficiently as the Heron that was plucking them from the dock. We’ve not rented a house on a canal before, and we don’t have a boat, but having the water back was quite nice. It was a shorter walk than we anticipated to the beach. Also an easy walk to the pier, and close to the fitness trail. Not the fanciest house we’ve rented, but one of the most comfortable and fun. Overall we all had a great time!

Great fall visit to Holden Beach

The house has some age to it. But it was clean and as depicted in the pictures. The owners are great to deal with, the kitchen is well equipped, the hot water and A/C worked well, and the beds were comfortable. It was nice having an unobstructed view of the ocean, plus the canal in the back. Overall we had a very enjoyable weekend with family!

We had a great week here. Loved the front porch with unobstructed view of the beach and the back porch with the canal We appreciated the exceedingly well stocked kitchen Beds were all comfortable The house is a block from the pier and a little ice cream shop and a mile from the bridge where you can get Italian Ice and sweets. An easy bike ride We look forward to coming again

Kizzy's Place brings the original beach vibes to our modern day living. Originally built in 1969, my grandparents added on another story in the 80's to create more space for our big family. Four generations of my family have enjoyed creating memories here, spending time on the back porch with our unique canal view and easily walking to the beach only .2 miles away from the public access.
