Gulf Shores 209 Gorgeous Oceanfront View 2nd Floor 2 Bed 2 bath Condo

This corner unit offers extra outdoor space with two balconies. A bay side balcony that provides a great view of the sunset and the 27-foot gulf side balcony for the ocean views. This unit is perfect for monthly rental in the winter, week-long vacations, or a two-day getaway. It has an open floor plan with happy, bright beach décor.

You can enjoy the view of the gulf from your 27-foot-long balcony or take the private boardwalk across the dunes to the expansive beach, perfect for sunset walks, lounging, and enjoying the surf.
Both balconies include beautiful furniture. Bay side equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. While the gulf side includes 5 bar-height chairs and 2 tables, allowing you to see over the railing onto the sand and surf. The balconies are great for early morning coffee or dinner overlooking the ocean. With a sliding wall of windows on the second floor you feel like you're on the beach even when you are inside.

The gourmet kitchen is bright, white, and clean. Take advantage of the beautiful quartz countertops because this kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and disposal. The fridge has an internal water dispenser and ice maker. The dry bar provides extra space area for food and beverages. The beautiful blue hues of the backsplash mean the ocean is never far from mind.
The dining table seats 6 and the island seats 2.
Relax in the living room with the new 50-inch Smart TV while still gazing out toward the ocean. The media library is loaded with books, movies, playing cards, games, and puzzles.
The private bedroom includes a king size bed and a mounted Smart TV. Hall bathroom to include a shower/tub combo while the second bedroom has two queens, overlooks the ocean and an ensuite bathroom that includes a beautiful walk-in shower.
BONUS- This condo offers the washer and dryer for your use with detergent to make laundry a breeze!
Amenities include Free Wireless Internet (WiFi), Cable TV, coin operated on-site laundry, pool, hot tub, BBQ pits and fish house. Indoor game room features an indoor shuffleboard, board games and a 42 in. TV.

Coast trip

Property was clean but a little noisey with construction but that was clearly stated in the reservation. Great view of the water from the balcony. Would stay here again .

Awesome Ocean Views!

Stayed in many places in Port A in the past forty years. This one rates among the best. Although 10-15 minutes from town, we all loved it. Nice furnishings, comfy beds, awesome views. This complex has more of a resort atmosphere than others.

Winter Getaway

Visiting from Western Michigan, we had a foot and a half of snow on the ground the week before our trip. The temperature was in the 20's and the winds were strong and cold. This was a wonderful place to relax, warm up, and enjoy the beautiful area. Perfect spot, we enjoyed the area restaurants and shops while enjoying temperatures in the upper 60's and 70's. Enjoyed the deck and watching the waves, dolphins, and pelicans playing in the gulf surf. We had a great time, all was perfect and we'd return in a heartbeat! Thanks for a very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful Time

Cozy, cute decor, beautiful views and clean… except for the some of the corners of the tile floor. I did not mark off for that because it’s possible it’s ground in grit from sand. It a minor flaw.

Beautiful views

Only issues was the workers out side the windows blocking views and nose from generator every day we where there! Monday Tuesday Wednesday left on Thursday morning and im sure they are not done the ropes were still haning i. Front of the balcony.

Great stay

We were pleasantly surprised with the location, the complex, and the condition of the corner unit. We had an issue the 1st night with the GSI in both baths clicking off when simply turning on the lights. We alerted the administration and they are to set up an electrician to check it out. We noticed grout cracks in the tile of the front tub/shower. We suggest moving the mirror between the door and closet in the front bedroom for easier access. Overall we had a great visit. Thanks!

This property was immaculate and so very pretty. The door handle going outside was broken. We didn't think to tell the office and basically got accused of breaking it after checkout, but that was our fault for not reporting it when we found it. This property was amazing!

1 year Anniversary stay

The unit is beautiful. The view amazing. They were still cleaning when we arrived we drove around checking out places to go to dinner. It was about 4:45 when the unit was ready. The only complaint is the coffeemaker did not work. It would not drip. Other than that we had a fabulous time♥️Oh the bath tubs are really slippery almost fell and god forbid they have to rescue me from the shower. I would die 😂🤣
