The Space:

Our villa features 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths, designed for comfort and relaxation. On the top level, you'll find the master suite with an ensuite bathroom, including a luxurious bathtub on one side. The other side offers a queen bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, along with a bunk room and another queen bedroom that share a full bathroom. The spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen are also upstairs, both offering stunning views of the infinity pool and the sparkling ocean beyond.



Step outside to the outdoor dining and BBQ area, which can be accessed directly from the living room, the master suite, and the secondary master. Here, you’ll find outdoor couches, lounge chairs, and the infinity pool—all perfect for relaxing and soaking in the serene atmosphere. Take a few steps down from the villa to one of the Caribbean’s most beautiful beaches, where beach chairs, kayaks, and a paddleboard can be rented for an additional fee.



We provide all the comforts of home, including linens and towels, toiletries, a washer and dryer, and a designated BBQ area, ideal for grilling with friends and family. On the lower level, guests can enjoy a game room filled with a variety of games, as well as a cozy bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom complete with a shower.

Your concierge can arrange a private rental car, pre-arrival groceries, and schedule boat charters and water activities for your group. We can even hire an in-home masseuse or a professionally trained chef for a special night in.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located on a private pocket beach with just 4 other luxury vacation homes on the small laid-back Bahamian island of Little Exuma. In addition to the majestic Caribbean outside your back door, the home has a large oceanfront deck with your own private infinity pool, outdoor kitchen, and living area right out your back door. There is a lot to do in Exuma, but you might not want to ever leave the house.



Getting Around:

The home is conveniently located near Georgetown, which has the island's main grocery store and marina. From Georgetown you can take the ferry to Stocking Island or charter a boat to explore the Exumas, which are comprised of 365 cays and islands!
