Clean, brand new, luxurious condo located in the heart of Traverse City, perfect location for staying downtown! You will be within close walking distance to amazing shopping, restaurants, bars, beaches, and theaters. The condo itself is newly built, fully furnished, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials to enjoy a morning coffee and breakfast, to a complete dinner.

We are located on the corner of 8th Street and Cass, walking distance to most of Traverse City's best dining and happy hours! Park your car at the condo and walk to all of the popular spots in Traverse City.

The condo is a 5 min walk to downtown Front Street with all the shopping and restaurants. There is a parking lot behind the condo with free parking, or there is a parking structure located next door to the condo for covered, secure parking; however, owners are no longer allowed to get parking passes for short term rentals, so there will be a charge.

Every season has something to offer in Traverse City! You can’t beat the restaurants and shops downtown or the beaches, golf courses and trails for the outdoorsy type.

This unit is located on the third and top floor, which allows for peace and quiet with no units above you. (There is no elevator, so you will have to be able to manage the stairs.). We have 2 other condos in this area, if you are looking for more space.

The condo is great! Looks quite new, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The only issue is with the parking. The listing states free parking available but the Capri lots are not nearly big enough so we had to park in the paid parking garage next door. Other than that, really great stay!

No word from manager

The place was clean and in a great location, but couldn’t reach the manager when I needed assistance. Confusing details for PINs for check in and cable not working. Also, checkout what somewhat early (10:00 am) but they wanted us to wash and dry a load of towels before leaving. Also some kind of scuffle involving the police at 2:00 am on Saturday night downstairs on first floor

great location and apartment!

This apartment was perfect for our weekend stay in Traverse City! It was clean and new, and the location was perfect! There was easy parking in the garage next door and we were within easy walking distance from downtown TC and the beach. It was also very quiet too. Hosts were easy to communicate with and check-out instructions were easy enough. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Clean and convenient

It was modern, clean, and very close to downtown activities. But I will say that a 10am checkout time on a Sunday is aggressive when the town doesn’t really open until 11am. Also, we were happy to do the required cleaning, but compared to other places we’ve stayed it was substantial- the cleaning fee should be reduced then.

This apartment was adorable and quiet. The location is a perfect walking distance to town. No elevator - third floor - but not a big deal if you don't mind stairs.

Visit to Traverse City for a family wedding

Really enjoyed our time at Traverse City. The condo was in a good spot but given the bridge construction on 8 th street it was difficult to get around. Otherwise it was a very nice place and area. The parking garage next door was convenient and the pass got a lot of use! Thank you very much!

Great place to stay

Really enjoyed being able to walk to many sights and bars and restaurants. The apartment very modern and comfortable. The use of the parking garage next door was very convenient. Also appreciated the welcome package. Would recommend.

Awesome-super clean & walkable to great shops, yummy restaurants & super fun bars!

Our stay at Jeff & Maria’s TC property was awesome from start to finish! They were quick to respond, left us snacks & wine, info on area & a parking pass! We spent our 10 year anniversary in Traverse City & this apartment was just perfect for the two of us with great finishes, an amazing location & almost free parking! We walked to lunch, dinner & some great bars! We will definitely stay at their place again & I hope it is soon! Thank you guys for everything!

Great location

This location was ideal for walking around downtown. Very clean, comfortable bed and a nice welcoming touch that included a bottle of wine upon our arrival. The host was prompt in their response while we were visiting. Would definitely stay during a future visit!

This condo is very well decorated and well stocked with everything you need. Great location for walking around downtown Traverse City. Many restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Parking available right behind or next to the building. We will definitely book again.

Great place!

We loved our long weekend at this place. It so close to downtown. The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed and living room furniture. The owners responded to my messages within minutes. We had no issue at all. I would strongly recommend the place.

The condo was clean, attractive and had a great lay-out. Within easy walking distance to shopping and dining. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would happily use this property again. People with mobility issues should be aware that the condo is on the third floor.

Best experience I’ve have

The location was wonderful. Easy walk to everything in downtown traverse city. Entering the rental was very easy. Place was super clean. Communication with owner was helpful and their responses were quick. Overall it was a excellent expierence.

The location of this condo says it all! You can park your car when you arrive in TC and let your feet get you wherever you want to go. The Capri Condo was just built in 2019. Everything is clean and new in this unit. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to have a relaxing vacation in Traverse City.
