Harborside Resort At The Atlantis- 1 FULL WEEK

As the resort also rents out units for owners, we must review all requests to confirm availability. I have some dates blocked on the calendar, and others open, but the changes due to the resort holds/hold releases and bookings are constant and it's very difficult to keep current on them.

Additionally, if this sized unit is booked up, the resort will sometimes make a different sized unit available for rent. If this is the case we will offer it to you at the appropriate price difference. If you are interested in the smaller one-bedroom, or in a two-bedroom, please feel free to ask and we will check on availability for a unit that size.

While we've listed this as a week block, we will consider stays that are 5 or 6 nights. Ask if that is what you are interested in.

THIS RESERVATION IS FOR A LARGE 1 BEDROOM PREMIUM VILLA WHICH GIVES FULL ACCESS FOR UP TO 4 PEOPLE AT ATLANTIS!! This includes the many aquariums, and pools, and water park features.

This luxury One-Bedroom PREMIUM Villa has a Fully Equipped LARGE Kitchen.

This unit is 862 square feet. There's a master bedroom with king size bed and whirlpool tub and Queen sofa bed in living room. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to create meals and snacks in your villa, including a range/convection oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender, Entertainment centers in living room and bedroom featuring cable TV with remote and video cassette or DVD player,

The will bring a crib to the unit, but the max capacity, regardless of age, is four.

There's a washer and dryer, large kitchen and compartmentalized bath, Gorgeous furnishings and fabrics. Each PREMIUM Villa has a Full Balcony with table and chairs.

Harborside at Atlantis also offers a trip to a local Grocery Store over the bridge in Nassau. We did that just once, and in subsequent visits we had our taxi stop us at the grocery store on the way from the airport to the resort; he'll take you where the locals shop. Not only is the kitchen comfortable (wake up and have a quiet coffee /enjoy a family breakfast prior to starting your day) but it's a MAJOR cost saver. Food is expensive on the island in general, but it's really expensive at the Atlantis. Save up with room meals for that really special night out at a celebrity chef restaurant.
There are free shuttles running around the clock. This resort is closest to Marina Village and right next to the harbor where all the yachts are docked. We often skipped the shuttle to rather walk around the marina. The shuttles have always taken guests over to the One and Only club (where Oprah and other stars will stay). We would always go there once a week and enjoy the restaurant or bar there.

Harborside has the best working hot tub in the whole compound. It also has a cute restaurant at the mouth of the harbor, which many people never get to. We always enjoy a meal or two there when we visit.

We've been to the Atlantis many times now, and believe this is the only way to do it (unless money is no option!)

You must have a passport to go to the Bahamas.
The cost of this auction covers your week's accommodations in full. Food and drink are extra. You must have a credit card to check into the hotel, for a hold against additional charges to the room. All charges/purchases are made to the room by way of the room key. They do not accept cash.

This is a condo, there is no daily maid service.
