Cute 2 BR Chateaux unit, pool, hot tub, on shuttle route. Parking for 2 vehicles.



The Space:

This charming, partially renovated Chateaux unit sits on the 3rd floor with mountain views. The front door opens to a fully equipped galley-style kitchen, flowing into an open-concept dining and living space with 2 bar-top seats, a dining table for 6, and a living room featuring a wood-burning fireplace (wood provided) and a large smart TV with cable. The living room couch includes a full-size pullout bed with a new mattress for 2 additional sleepers.



Both bedrooms offer queen beds and ensuite bathrooms with tub/shower combos, with the primary bedroom also featuring a smart TV with cable hookup. Wi-Fi is available throughout the Chateaux complex.



The Chateaux complex is known for its outdoor pool and hot tub area. Please note: bikes are not permitted inside the building, condos, or on the decks (a $100/day HOA fine applies)—please use the bike racks in front of each building or store bikes on your vehicle. A coin-operated washer and dryer is available on the building's second floor, and there is no elevator; this condo is located on the 3rd floor.



The pool, hot tub, and sauna are open seasonally: typically, the full winter season, then reopening late May/early June through Labor Day. The pool/hot tub area will be closed 10/1/26-11/25/26.



The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, except children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. 

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.

Guest Access:

Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST.



The Neighborhood:

The Chateaux is about mid-way up Mt. Crested Butte and about a 7 minute walk to the base area.



Getting Around:

There is a shuttle that runs through the parking lot that will pick up guests and take them to the base area. From the base area you can get on the Town Shuttle which will take you to the town of Crested Butte.
