Perfect property. A touch of luxury in a wonderful location. The photos do not do justice to the tranquility and relaxing ambience of the villa. There was so much space, the attention to detail was on point and the standard of cleanliness was outstanding. The villa had everything you would need and the hosts were so helpful and available. In close reach of Girne (Kyrenia) and surrounding towns and walking distance to Ozankoy where the bakers cooked your bread fresh to order! The pool was idyllic and we spent many hours in the cool breeze of the ample veranda. Thank you for your hospitality - we will definitely be back.

The Villa was everything we hoped for and more. Spacious, well maintained, incredibly well equipped, beautifully decorated and prefect for our families. Songul was brilliant and took great care of us and all our needs. We will definitely be back!

Greeted by Songal at an unearthly hour which wasn't a problem , A perfect start in an amazing beautiful villa, spotlessly clean totally relaxing with a pool that was very welcoming , amazing views , the photos don't do this villa justice , to see it it is breathtaking , 5 star+ totally recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing top class villa , will definitely becoming back

High quality, luxurious villa

We have visited North Cyprus 8 times over the last 14 years and this was by the far, the best villa we have stayed at. It had been very thoroughly cleaned before our arrival and had everything we needed, including a welcome pack. The location was perfect, especially as we were able to walk to a few restaurants, but a car is definitely recommended. The views are stunning, especially the sunsets, and there are several outdoor spaces to sit and relax. The pool bar was a great addition and was well-used.

An amazing villa for our chilled holiday!

Villa Azhara is a beautiful villa and very spacious. The pool and gardens are also gorgeous and make a great place to relax in. The view, especially from the top terrace is wonderful and a great place to watch the stunning sunsets whilst sipping a gin and tonic! Songul was amazing when we arrived and helped us get some initial provisions and was on hand for other requests. We really felt that we were privileged to be sharing somebody's beautifully kept home rather just than renting a holiday property! We shall be returning next year!

Perfect Villa

The pictures do not do this villa justice. It is beautiful, fantastic pool and the most amazing balcony. Just know that you will be charged for electricity if you spend more than £50 per week, and this basically obly covers essentials and no air conditioning. This was not in our terms and conditions or on the listing and although the hosts Father who manages the property out there was super helpful throughout, the host Adam, was unapologetic for this issue. Apart from this, the villa is absolutely perfect!

Stunning Villa in Northern Cyprus

Our stay at this exquisite villa was nothing short of exceptional . The property boasts vasts area to relax in all of which are meticulously maintained and decorated to high standards offering comfy living room areas, a dream kitchen fully equipped with the state-of-the art appliances, 4 extremely large well appointed bedrooms all with stylish en-suite bathrooms and patios with sea views, magnificent sunsets overlooking a well manicured garden and large rimmed swimming pool with plenty of outdoor furniture, large umbrellas and a well appointed pool bar. Security is top-notch, allowing you to feel safe and the hosts are incredibly accommodating, ensuring that every need is met with promptness and friendly demeanor. Their local knowledge and attention to detail significantly enhanced our experience, making us feel right at home. In summary, this villa offers a perfect combination of luxury, comfort and security set in a beautiful location. The exceptional hospitality of the hosts made our stay truly memorable. Simply Superb

Spacious and luxurious property. Excellent communication from the owner. We felt thoroughly spoilt , whilst staying here for a week, the attention to the style and conmfort of the villa, was next to none. A beautiful swimming pool set in a landscaped garden, lent itself to relaxation. Would thoroughly recommend this to anyone.

Brilliant Villa

This is a beautiful villa. The rooms are large and well laid out and everything is spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and we were given a welcome pack of food and fruit which was really good as we arrived late afternoon. The garden is lovely and the swimming pool is great, a good size for a private pool and enjoyed by adults and children alike. We will definitely be back.

Stunning villa

We have just got back from a 8 nights stay at Villa Azhara, the villa is absolutely stunning, the pictures were fantastic but they really do not do the villa justice. The villa was huge, with lots of outdoor and indoor seating spaces. Kitchen was so well equipped, including outdoor BBQs, which we used during our stay. Eray and Songul were there to meet us when we arrived very early on the first day and to say bye when we left. They were both really lovely and made us feel so welcomed. We have already recommended this villa to all of our friends and would definitely come back again. I could not fault our stay here.

Resort in the Hills

We just got done staying at this place, and it was absolutely amazing. The owners were extremely friendly and were always available in case we needed anything. We had to spend a few days in quarantine, since we came from the States, and we couldn’t have asked for a better paradise to spend our quarantine with four master suite bedrooms, and a private pool in the midst of an incredible garden over looking Kyrenia and the Mediterranean Sea. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Also, after our quarantine ended we had some local friends visit us, and they all raved about the property as one of the best spots in the TRNC. We wish we could’ve stayed longer, but we will plan for that in the future… definitely coming back to stay at this house.

Stunning Villa

Villa Azhara is wonderful, supremely clean, and spacious. The thought that the owners have given to the decoration and furnishings is superb. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything any cook could need and the knives are sharp! We loved our 10 days – great pool, beautiful garden, very comfortable outside sitting area, wonderful sunsets. The villa’s location is quiet although, had the villa adjacent on the left been occupied, we would have found that a little daunting. The plot on the right has no building. As is the case all over Europe, the local dogs bark from time to time, particularly early in the morning. We were a party of 8 adults – the tables provided for eating outside only seat 6 but we overcame that with a little bit of furniture moving! The bathroom to the twin room is not ensuite but very adjacent. Songul met us on arrival and is a national treasure – utterly charming. Eating out : Ozankoy : Erol’s was disappointing; Stone Cavern was good. Bellapais : Kybele in the grounds of the monastery was wonderful with delicious food; Bellapais Garden Hotel : food again disappointing but lovely setting. Kyrenia : Azure was fabulous. Set a short distance up the hill from the harbour, with the delightful Venus and her staff. Food shopping : there are 2 supermarkets on the coast road within easy distance. SAH is “Waitrose” equivalent. Supreme is more like Aldi! Watch out for the sleeping policemen on the way down to the coast road - some are vicious. There is a lovely walk from the villa to Bellapais up the tiny back roads. Thank you Adam, Eray and Songul.

Wow what a villa

Fantastic Villa both inside and outside. The villa is spotlessly clean with everything we needed for our stay. From initial communication with Adam through to on site support from Eray and Songul could not have been better. Been to Northern Cyprus 7 times and this is the best villa we have stayed in. Most certainly would stay here again.

Fantastic property with everything you could want. Great pool with so many different areas to sit and relax outside. The owners are incredibly helpful and sort out any issues immediately. The gardens are maintained to a very high standard. Wonderful holiday.

Fantastic stay in a wonderful villa

I recently stayed at Villa Azhara with my family and we had a great time - the photos really do not do this place justice. The villa was spacious, comfortable and decorated to a high standard. It has all the facilities and amenities you would expect, including some extras such as an easy-use speaker system which allows you to play your own music out by the pool, multiple seating areas on the terraces and balconies and a bbq. Location wise, the villa is set in the hills above Kyrenia which gives lovely views of the sea, particularly at sunset. The hosts were incredibly helpful, meeting us at the property late at night and showing us the basics before returning the following morning to thoroughly explain how to use everything, to offer assistance with car rental and site seeing suggestions. Both Eray and Songul were in hand during the week to answer any questions. We had a great week and will definitely be returning in the future!

A very luxurious villa in a great part of town

We have known the owners of the villa for a few years now and we have stayed at the villa 3 times prior to this. It really is amazing. We recommended a few of our friends and their kids to visit - they did and the response was the exact same. I really appreciate the cleanliness of the villa we have had experiences where we have gone to stay at a place that looks really good online but when you get there you realize the condition isn't the same. With Villa Azhara the villa is always IMMACULATE and if anything the photos do not do the property justice!

Super Holiday Home!

We had a last minute holiday to North Cyprus and had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa. Genuinely a luxurious place to stay, it's somewhere you can't really find in northern Cyprus. The villa was immaculate and you can see the owners really take care and keep it up to a top standard. It's close to the town center - we will be sure to visit again!

This a fabulous property - beyond our expectations.

A luxury villa in a great location. It's big, well kitted out and the owners have thought of everything. Would we go back? Yes. We were a party of 5 and all of us rated the villa highly. Our normal destination is Florida and this one rates with the very best.

This villa's location is ideal for all types of holidaymakers. It allows you to be in the town centre within a five minute drive where you can visit a selection of beaches in the daytime and enjoy bars, restaurants and casinos in the evening. On the other hand for example, you are in easy reach of Bellapais Abbey (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bellapais_Abbey) where you can dive into architecture dating back to the 13th Century. Lastly, the villa grants you the option to take a break from exploring and enjoy the home living; the property spans 5,000 sq ft, has it's own private pool, fully equipped kitchen and outside bar area. The views from the property can be admired any time of the day.
