Cozy So End Suite

This is a sweet studio apt, small but very cozy. This apt is attached to our main residence, but completely private, no shared spaces, private entrance. Off street parking, very convenient quiet street close to highway and downtown Burlington make this unit a desirable place to call home while visiting the area. Walk to grocery, health food store, beaches and hiking, or a very short drive to Close to bike path as well. Other features include heated marble bathroom floors, full tub/shower, washer/dryer. Full mini kitchen includes small freezer/refrigerator, full size sink, large toaster oven, crock pot, 2 burner hot plate, dishes/pots/utensils, keurig coffee maker and pods, french press and fresh ground coffee, tea kettle and tea. There is a very comfy murphy bed, very easy pull down-place up, and in the up position has a roomy desk and shelves that you can leave your things on when you lower the bed. Also a smart t.v. ( no cable ) wireless internet, and an electric fireplace for ambiance and additional heat.

Lovely place to stay for a couple's getaway. Convenient access to both points of interest in Burlington and also major roadways for visits to other towns like Waterbury and Stowe.

Hosts were so accommodating-the unit was sparkling clean and the owners did not leave any details out-kitchen was well equipped as was the bathroom and they left snacks for us. It was a cozy place and a really nice experience.

The room was very clean. There was a very thoughtful and complete collection of utensils, household items, and even some snacks. The heated bathroom floor was a nice bonus. The location was quite convenient - a short distance to grocery stores and only a 5 minute drive to downtown Burlington.

We Loved that Oakridge park, the Lake, and bike trail were 1.5 miles down the road. The beds were very comfortable and the tiny kitchen was well equipped and even had snacks! The parking is a bit tricky as there is limited space behind the house, but the host graciously parked in front, which had plenty. Their gardens were also very pretty. We had an amazing time and would definitely return.

Everything was great. Check in was super easy. Very nice kitchen set up with lots of little extras. Heated floor in the bathroom was amazing. The owners were super nice. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a very nice alternative to a hotel stay.

The space was very cute and exactly as described and pictured. It was very clean and had a really nice kitchennete with a great little fridge and freezer, two-burner hotplate, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Everything was clean and in good working order. The bathroom is really nice and the floors are heated! There's a small stacked washer-dryer. The shower is nice, and the tub is large and deep but also quite narrow. The bed and bedding were clean, soft, and very comfortable. The area is a nice quiet neighborhood in the South End of Burlington, very close to both downtown and I-89. The only drawbacks were that if you have a sensitive nose, the bathroom sink had a mildew smell that was drawn out when the fan was running, and that the tub might be challenging for someone with mobility issues.All told, the whole space was great, and check in/out and communication with the owners was easy. We would definitely consider it for future stays!

The room was the perfect size for the two of us. The bed was super comfy. The heated floor in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. I loved that there were snacks available! After running a marathon I sure needed them.

This was our second time staying here and we loved it again! Location can’t be beat - close enough to Burlington with easy highway access to surrounding towns. It’s walkable to the bike path, Pine Street, the waterfront, and even Church Street if you are up for a longer walk. Check in and out was easy with a code. The pictures are accurate so obviously the space is not large, but I’d say it’s the size of a comfortable hotel with kitchenette. We used the toaster oven (no microwave), tea kettle, and small fridge which was perfect for breakfast and heating up leftovers. Looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect Getaway

This studio/suite is the perfect place to stay during a little getaway. It has everything you need and the hosts are fantastic. I have stayed here twice and I definitely plan on staying here again next time I’m in Burlington.

Great Stay

We had a great time up in the area and this was the perfect size for the two of us. We were able to get up to Canada and down to Boston easily from here. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and very nice!

Great Stay

Great location and even better rental. Communication with Laurie was very easy and accommodating. Rental property is in a great location and close to great dining and breweries. Will stay there again next time I’m in Burlington.

Great Location, Great Hosts

Very clean and neat, had snacks, candy and coffee at the ready. It was the perfect little getaway for a quiet weekend with easy walking access to Burlington's South End.
