Cute Beachy 3 bedroom 2 bath, corner unit located in building 11. Balcony overlooking the gorgeous pond. Walking distance to the car-free beach. Tile throughout the entire unit. Spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV and plenty of room to relax. Dining room with seating for 6 with additional seating at the kitchen counter for 2. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite island delight. Spacious master bedroom with king-size bed, TV, full-size dresser, and access to a private balcony and private bath with walk-in shower and garden tub. 2nd bedroom with a queen-size bed. 2nd bathtub/shower. 3rd bedroom with queen size bed and a TV. W/D. Wireless Internet Access.

Wonderful location and property

My family loved this location. Had no issues with check in as we arrived after hoffice hours and our packet was ready. The condo was super clean and very welcoming. Never had an issues during the stay. We would definitely go back.

Love this condo community!

Such a fun week at Oceanwalk! Our second time staying at this condo community and it did not disappoint. This condo specifically is clean, well stocked with everything you need for your stay, and comfortable for a family to have plenty of space. Love the heated pool(s), nature walk, and friendly neighbors in the community. The short walk to the clean beach is nice, too! We had one issue with the door lock beeping (low battery) and they sent someone right over to fix it. We had a great week!

Nice apartment but need a deep cleaning

Check in process was smooth. We did not loose time, everything was prepared for us. The manager called us prior arrival time and instructed. After that, unfortunately, the communication was poor. The cleanliness was awful. On a listing I filtered this property to make sure the cleanliness is outstanding. Unfortunately, when we arrived (evening time) I smelled inappropriate smell from bathrooms, it was bitter old smell of urine. Next day I spen all the time cleaning the bathrooms, floors, collecting some things after the previous guests. Washed the dishes. I sent the pictures to management but they never answered to me. Only when I called them they checked the email. The apartment itself is good, new renovated, washing machine, dishwasher, but because it was not clean and fresh, I couldn't be relaxed till the moment I cleaned it. The area rug in the living room had marks, obvious stains after someone spilled something on it. The rug definitely must be changed. I stayd in the apartment with three kids, they love playing on the floors, and the rug was a kind of pain in the neck. I always asked them to leave it. The balconies are perfect to be there, but the floora have weird finish. When you walk there with bare feet, you come back like you cleaned the chimney. My feedback is about the cleanliness because I stayed there with three kids including the baby, who was crawling on the floors. Cleanliness was my the only concern.

Comfortable Condo

We rented this condo as overflow for our families for the easter weekend, as we also own some units in Oceanwalk. This property is well maintained and has most of what you would need/expect. Our only improvement would be the coffee maker...this did not work very well, and we ended up bringing a coffee pot from one of our units to use during our time.

Amazing vacation

Absolutely the nicest cleanest vacation rental that we have ever stayed in. We do on an average of 4 a year and this property stands alone. Location is outstanding Property is meticulously maintained. Rental agents an Absolute pleasure to work with. We will Absolutely rent again and and refer family and friends.

Retreat for distance work for a week

Overall we had a nice stay at the property. We liked the seclusion and enjoyed working from the screened in porch. We enjoyed walking to the beach and the spending time by the pool. We did not mind the short drive to town for groceries or dinning out. All and all it was a great place for my daughter and I to stay for our get away. Our questions were answered quickly by the rental service. Small touches would have been nice like the fridge water filter needed replacement, the internet code needed updating on the information given to renter, and we were not allowed to park in the garage. A few amenities individually wrapped due to COVID go a long way like dish or laundry individual containers or salt and pepper but we managed. We would return to the rental at a future date.

Beach Week 2020

We had such a nice time. We love NSB! The garage parking, PVC carts, elevator, and trash shoot, made staying on the 5th floor convenient and easy. We felt safe with the gated property and prominent security. The views from our condo were gorgeous and we loved our time on the porches. The kitchen and bathrooms have all been updated recently and everything was so clean! We loved having the washer and dryer in the unit, too!
