One Ocean Place 306 is a three-bedroom, three-bath oceanfront condo located 1.4 miles north of the Garden City Pier. This unit includes a private oceanfront balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Four TVs, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king size bed, one queen-sized beds, plus two double beds. Complex amenities include two oceanfront swimming pools, sundeck, hot tub, covered parking with clearance ranging from 6'-7.3', interior elevator system, and outdoor shower. Limit two parking and pool gate access passes at check-in. No trailers or golf carts. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 8

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants, Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.
Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.
Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems, and the Lowcountry Zoo.
If you're looking for places to shop, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, two Tanger shopping outlets, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, and many more shopping facilities are all within an easy drive from Garden City Beach.
Looking for entertainment and attractions? Take in a show at Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Alabama Theater, The Carolina Opry, or Legends in Concert. Then visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Odditorium, Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park.
Other points of interest close by include the waterfront community of Georgetown, the third oldest city in South Carolina, and the second largest seaport in South Carolina, and historic Conway, with its downtown Riverwalk area nestled on the banks of the Waccamaw River. Lovely accommodations and location
This property has a double porch to enjoy the beach front views. It is modern, has a beautiful kitchen with high end appliances and well equipped with everything you need. The condo is fully furnished with beautiful bedroom suites. The only negative is the worn, somewhat tattered sofas/chair in the living room that should be replaced.
